The flights were great, on time and no problems. I was very comfortable and the food was good. FLight attendents were great except one guy who was not friendly and needed a vacation or another job.

Sold me headphones that were very poor quality. Couldn’t use them. No snacks provided on a very long flight-all was for sale. Drink was a bit more than half a cup
The plane was quite new, and that's pretty much it.
The food is unsuitable for human consumption and so as some of the crew were unsuitable for the position.

This seems like an old plane. Poor quality of screen to watch movies and very small selection of movies. No charging spot to plug and charge our phones. This was a long trip and these two elements are important to make the trip enjoyable.
Luggage took forever to be delivered in Newark--one of the longest waits I've ever experienced.
Announcement was made that flight was delayed for at least two hours and that delay might be longer or might be cancelled. Desk staff specifically said they would not help rebook until the 2 hour delay had passed. I bought a ticket on Delta amd actually flew to London.
Absolute nightmare dealing with British cancelled flight and then having them rebook me with American, their "partner" company. Spent three hours this morning dealing with these two unprofessional companies and their lack of communication between each other.
