There was no food or entertainment so quit asking about that! Everything else was fine.
Food was bad. Just a drink for a 5 hour flight
I liked that the crew was friendly, we left and arrived at near scheduled times, plenty of on-board crew to handle the cabin service for the flight and I found the price of my airline ticket to be excellent!

Despite checking in 30 seconds after it was available I was stuck in last row with non-reclining seat and the stench of the lavatory wafting over me. If airlines are going to charge extra for 1 inch of extra legroom and even a basic meal as Iceland Airways does, then they should definitely give a discount for such a bad seat
I've never flied them before but liked them. Weather was bad so a little scarey but they did a great job landing.
4 hour delays. Poor communication. Loading plane after 3 hour delay and then sitting on the tarmac in a closed airport for another hour. Poor communication was biggest issue.
If they actually let me fly. I was rerouted to United and there was no Alaska airlines reps at all. Then the lady who worked the delta counter told me to go away and figure things out myself. Horrible experience.
Kayak I had marked one carry on, one checked bag. Yet when it completed the purchase marked it as no carry on. Fail on kayaks side! Then extended flight delayed due to computer issues. Crew of the plane did awesome but fail on both kayak and alaskan
Late. Too long a flight for a 737. 0.5 oz of pretzels for a 5+ hour flight at dinner time. One step above Ryan Air/ several below Delta.
Staff on board was excellent. Positive upbeat helpful- like it used to be.

For an expensive flight to another country, United has a lot of nerve serving pretzels and no meals (unless, of course, you want to buy something to eat). Unacceptable.

Flight was delayed 8 times. We were sitting at the airport for 14 hours. We got 2 hours of sleep (if that) on what was not meant to be a red-eye.
It was probably one of the worst flights I’ve been on. The restrooms were never cleaned or stocked. The food was very subpar, and i usually enjoy airline food, so I was disappointed. It was just all around a bad experience. The only saving grace was the flight attendants.
