Flight delayed then cancelled. Misplaced luggage. Still do not have. Rented car 1100 mile drive. I had to buy some overnight Hotels clothes toiletries gas food at my expense. Still not home. Not sure where luggage is. Over 4 hours on hold to Felta
Everything went well and was good. Nothing exceptional, but no complaints either. Cheap seats are pretty comfortable.
They ended up paying for the bag twice, but the counter wouldn't take my baggage receipt. Left it to me to resolve. Not sure how to resolve the issue.
Non stop on long haul is the way to go. Great experience
Flight was crowded and the woman sitting on my left was large & kept crouching in to my space. You need bigger seats or smaller passengers to fit into the seats you DO have! Snack were OK. Would appreciate if airlines had more savory rather than sweet snacks, thank you!
Delayed flight (1hour) plus a long layover after an overnight flight with no backup plane available.
The boarding process needs to be refined. Sometimes the gate crew call out the boarding zone, and then flip to the monitor to show which zones are boarding. So unless everyone is gathered around to see the monitor there is usually confusion as wi which zones are boarding.
Convient flight. Good experience. No complaints other than the food quality seems to have decreased.
Food tray looked like penitentiary food - little effort to make it look appealing (packaging colour and design)
The crew was very nice and very attentive. However, I was surprised to find that they did not carry small throw-up bags. I got sick from the turbulence and they had to bring me a trash bag.😳 You can imagine how embarrassing is to lift a large trash bag with vomit over somebody else's head. Just bring this small discreet little bags back to the regular supply for the seats. Otherwise, I love Delta airlines.

Everything was good The connects, with no blame to crew. Or pilots. I understand they are short staffed. Everything went well for me. I'll be using you guys again in May if not sooner.
this plane was really old, had exit row seats and tray was in arm of seat so super uncomfortable to use. another seat they could t even use the tray it was broke. seat i. front of me had duct tape on it cause seat was ripped open... this plane should either be updated or retired.
Baggage handling poor. Second time this has happened. My bag went to San Francisco instead of Fiji. No apology. Luckily Nadi airport staff are fantastic. My bag arrived in Fiji the next day.
We loved the steward on the plane. He made the night enjoyable
I enjoyed the extra leg room compared to other airlines. The first stewards made my daughter’s birthday special by giving her an extra snack. Then the last one coming home from Chicago to Appleton made our night really enjoyable Thanks for making our trip enjoyable
The flight was smooth, the pilot kept us informed about delays and we arrived more of less on time
Flight delay was communicated before leaving for airport which caused it to be a non-event. Great flight and crew!
