My return flight to Honolulu (UA 1170) was on a 777-200. I’d forgotten the weird seating arrangement in first-class (2-2-2); I was in 1B, so I faced the passenger in 1C. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the flight computer, so we left LA an hour late (6:05pm). The meal I chose was Korean BBQ Glazed short rib. It was served with a nice salad and fried rice. This meal was better than breakfast on the outgoing leg. All in all, a decent flying experience. Ratings: 777: 3.75, food: 3.5, service: 5 (out of 5).

United to needs to use their best planes for long flights like Guam to Hawaii with STARLINK on it

Great staff. Clean plane, but we were delayed for more than an hour due to maintenance issues and had to board another plane.

Overall a good experience, but no wifi available for free or for purchase and we got wet from condensation or other water source during descent.

It was a more comfortable seat don't get stuck in middle, makes for uncomfortable situation

So bad, flight was been cancelled due to aircraft problem, so ended up buying anothet ticket.

I’m so sorry, I can’t remember her name, I believe it was Dimpti. She was stellar, also a mature Asian flight attendant, lots of flowers in her hair, just as amazing! But literally the crew was AWESOME . Only downside is there weren’t any charging outlets. Maybe I needed to ask a flight attendant , but it would’ve been nice to have one easily accessible.

Awful. There was a minor problem with a fridge and they had us 2 hours in the runway before take off. The paper work alone took them half hour. There was no attemp to make up time up while in teansit and when we arrived, they had us another half hour in the plane because of traffic. I, and a bunch of people, lost their onnection flights for 5 to 10 minutes. Not even the attemp to wait given thar all delays, but the taxing, were United's fault. Then another 45 mins to get an agent and no flight alternatives for 2 days. Im am very disapointed with this "premium carrier".

There was a delay that was unexpected. The seats were uncomfortable for the length of the flight.

AA was a very good experience. The employees are wonderful

Flight pulled out on time but sat on runway for 30 mins. It was extremely cold in the aircraft despite wearing a winter coat. Surprisingly they had a vegetarian meal but could have some better snack choices for a 8 hour flight.

For a 5 1/2 hour flite i considered the "business class" to be subpar. The seats were just ok, no amenities, really nothing more than a long domestic flight. Frankly disappointed.

More choices on snacks. Built-in video screen to enjoy entertainment choices.

We had a very pleasant flight with very comfortable seats and nice staff.

Seats in coach aren't padded enough for a 6 hour flight

My trip was delayed for more than 3 hours without any explanation. Also I have a business meeting that I lost.

the handling of my luggage. It was Lost or stolen At my destination.

If we travel with carry on expected to being able to carry the luggage. Could be good if take in consideration the date of reservation to do that

Uncomfortable seats at row 40 A and 40 C, they didn’t recline. Also, my prior seat selection was not honored.
