Some of the Air hostesses are not that friendly. Need improvement
I liked the meatloaf the chicken was awful but the plane was on time and got there and the staff was nice.
Boarding was quick & efficient; they gave boarding groups due priority; staff & air crew were very cordial and helpful, pleasant flight.
As always, Copa Airlines is great to fly on. The flights are always on time, the staff are pleasant and helpful and it's always a wonderful flying experience.
We had a great flight just wished they had a tv so we can see a movie that would of made my trip excellent.

Had to go through security at the gate again. Had to take off shoes and go through the whole thing again even though we have global entry. They asked us to check in items bought at duty free during our layover and since we checked our luggage at the original departure airport, they forced us to check in a small backpack. None of this ever happened with other airlines. In addition, no vegetarian food option and no snacks during a 7 hr flight. Luggage limits are unusually small. This is unacceptable. Will NEVER fly Copa again and will tell friends and family to avoid this airline.
We paid extra with copa for seats near one another The plane was changed and we lost our seats We were all Separated. We have not received a refund for our seats despite emailing and calling.
Tell people to remain in their seats during the meal/beverage distribution. Enforce boarding by group numbers. No one was checking. Tell people to turn their electronics speakers off. Bigger cups for drinks.
Not even water is offered on the flight. You cannot lean back on the seats and the seats are so narrow you can’t avoid rubbing elbows with the person next to you.
6 hour flight and have to pay for everything 100 dollars to add a carry-on bag is insane
The usb plugs for charging your phone didn’t work, the seats were coarse and hard. Not very comfortable. No inflight WiFi
Very uncomfortable planes , poor service on the plane , take your own water so you don’t dehydrate , in a 6 hs flight they sold one time food and beverage . 1 plane was delayed 6 hs , I lost a connecting flight . Then in the way back they announce a delay of 2 hs so I had to take a different flight to arrive on time for my connecting flight . Avoid this airline .
The check in is the only positive thing in Avianca. The seat is the most uncomfortable I have traveled, the distance is minimal.

It was horrible. My experience with Avianca. I didn’t know it was Pakistan international Airlines but anyway, whatever it is it is bad horrible you guys need to upgrade everything in those planes. And you guys charge $130 for a carry-on did they wanna let me in with my carry-on that I travel everywhere with the luggage you guys are such a dog thank you
why did we have to go through security mid flight
The incoming plane was late and no information was shared. They even announced we would board in 10 muntes 40 minutes prior to the plane arriving, and the website said until takeoff that we had taken off an hour earlier
The checkin in laguardia was a disaster, scrambling left and right, it was constantly a trying to sell you something, better seat, constantly selling
They didn't let me board with a proper boarding pass. I threw away my bags so that I can board and was defined boarding. Had to take the next flight after paying more.
They cancelled the flight 3 hours prior departure. Had to spend $400 for a ne way flight with Delta Airlines! Spirit Airlines are not serios!
Over SOLD flight. It does not matter that you were able to check in 24 Hours before and confirm your flight. At the airport, the company SPIRIT rep wanted to remove people who pay for lower fares.
My baggage broke and they did not offer me anything. No conversation

Cheap flight but really uncomfortable. Seat cushions flimsy. Jammed in middle seat when flight is not full. They don’t even give you water
I don’t like the idea of having to buy everything including a bottle of water when the other airlines are giving it to us
I like everything, my only draw back is us having to purchase the snacks and even water on the flight while the other airlines are offering it to us in flight
I never made this flight. When I got to the airport I had a message to say that the flight was delayed and would be getting into Fort Lauderdale at 10 pm. My connecting flight was due to leave around 10:10 pm so there is no way I would have made the connection. I went back to the Spirit desk and tried to explain this to a desk agent who didn't understand. Eventually her supervisor came over and explained it. The desk agent was unhelpful and only offered options that would have required getting a hotel overnight. She offered no hotel or meal vouchers and when I said that it seemed my only option was to go to another airline she told me I needed to make a decision because they were closing the desk and would not be back till 3 pm. I went to Delta and had to pay extra but they could help get me back to Orlando. I now have to file a claim against Spirit and I am just glad I paid for insurance. Very unhappy and very poor service.
