Did not leave on time because of a computer malfunction. We sat on the plane for about an hour before we took off and during that time we received little information as to why we were delayed. No drinks or snacks were offered during the delay.
It was not clear that I would be charged $55 each way for my carry on. If I had known , I would have taken that into account and probably would have chosen a different airline for this trip.
I was also surprised to find out that Drinks like water or soft drinks and snacks were additional.
40lb bag weight limit -- would like to see it closer to 50lb.
Web site errors when attempting to check-in or pay for bag online -- wasted a lot of time trying to do this. Spirit airport check-in, however, honored the error output listing without any additional hassle or fee.
Our plane had mechanical problems at a previous destination which caused a chain reaction of delays. We were supposed to depart at 11:59pm. We departed closer to 3am and arrived 3 and a half hours late. As I result I missed an appointment costing me $75. This is our second JetBlue flight this weekend, both of which had major delays and greatly hampered our trip.
I spent 11 hours at the airport waiting to fly out to Nantucket. The entire time we were told the flight wouldn't be canceled. At 12am it was finally canceled. By that time there was only 1 seat left the next day to Nantucket. My flight the next day was canceled as well.
The price and the fact that our flight left late but still arrived almost on time.
The gate agent wouldn't switch our seats so we could sit beside each other. We've done this multiple times if we find ourselves not out beside each other and it's never been a problem before. He claimed he had to charge us to do this. We have never been charged before. We fly Allegiant often.
The on-board flight crew were so not friendly at all. Typically Allegiant flight attendants aren't as happy as Southwest but they're at least cordial. This crew we're just unhappy, snippy, a little unprofessional (saying huh or what instead of excuse me. Pointing people to things instead of getting it for them or walking them to it) and at one point one stewardess was just rude to a passenger.
The low price flight ticket, until I realized it was $50 to check my bag. Would've rather flown a MUCH nicer carrier with half the bag price. Not likely to fly again unless it's crazy cheap for a short distance.
Too expensive of a bag check fee. Small seats. No entertainment. No free food. Cheap, cheap, cheap. No thank you.
Nothing sat on plane 3hr cancelled flight. Stood a line 3hrs to get next flight only to find 3days until I could fly out with them cancell will never fly with them

Flight was delayed by 30 minutes. Reason given was one of the seats needed cleaning as someone had threw-up!
The attendants at the check-in desk were great. The helped resolve all issues from passport information to overweight luggage. I wouldn't have made my flight if not for them
There were 3 different flights to my trip. The first flight I was served a small bag of cheeze its and a Coke. I had two flight changes with only one hour to get to the next terminal check-in and start loading. No time to eat. That one small bag of cheeze its had to last me for 20+ hours travel time. It was all I was served. Wish I'd received a little more info on my booking info that would have warned me to pack my own lunch
