Flight cancelled, lost a day of travel where we were trying to meet friends we couldn't meet. Iberia website is very difficult to navigate and has lots of dead links. If you do not speak Spanish it is even harder. Tried communicating on their WhatsApp and that was also close to impossible. We were told we'd be compensated 150EU's for this cancelled flight but there is no avenue towards rectifying this issue. I've had to take it up with my credit card to contest the charges and not pay for a flight that didn't happen but doubt I will ever be reimbursed for my two Ubers to the airport where we never even departed or the 150EU's we were told we would receive. I would never fly Iberia again. Clown show.

Great : The crew was awesome ♥️ To improve : - The rice in the "Rice with chicken" was rather s kind of rice pudding, not good at all - No power outlet to charge your phone. 😒

Good plane, excellent food, crew and entertainment. Seats in business could use an upgrade

Flight was OK. Waiting for luggage in Madrid for 55 minutes, unacceptable

It was hidden that I needed a special fee to bring my guitar on. They charged me an extra 69 euros at the gate and did not refund me the checked bag I paid for and the over head bag I paid for which I didn't use because I had to pay for the special guitar case. Criminal behavior. They were very unkind about it as well. Terrible experience. I'd like my money back for the extras I paid for.

Cabin crew friendlier, they weren't weren't unfriendly, but simply professional and not more

Boarding was 2 1/2 late no explanation Captain said he did not know why, but he rested at home for an extra couple of hours. Food was edible, Nothing more.

One of the crew members hit me with the car and not even says anything

The app on phone and the online check in is not good, it would not give me the option of Spain or Madrid City in the drop down menu and I couldn't move forward with online check in.

Even in the premium economy, I found the seats incredibly uncomfortable. I hated that booking through Kayak, it wasn't clear that it was a Level flight, not Iberia. Everything felt cheaply made and not at all worth the airfare we paid.
