Everything went smoothly, and we even arrived 40min earlier than scheduled, on an Orland-Madrid route.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Some of the best crew I have met.

I've taken British Airways before and it has been great. On this trip to Spain and Portugal we had two BA flights. On both flights we were taken by bus from the terminal out to the plane on the tarmac. There were many older folks on these flights, and to ask people in their 70s to lug their carry-on and personal items up the long mobile staircase to the plane entrance, is very disturbing. I won't be taking British Airways in the future. Many people on these flights were very unhappy.

Delayed. Mismanagement of gate lines. Passengers arguing with eachother as a result of lack of organization by airline. Avoid this airline.

Food was terrible. Going to Italy I gave benefit of the doubt however returning to the USA was no better. Rolls were frozen. Butter was frozen. Quality of entree poor

I handed in my suitcase in perfect condition at SAL Airport. And in MIA Airport I received it with one corner broken and the wheels bent.

I like the crew they're very friendly. I don't like. on five hour flight they not offered snacks. Any drink. Not even coffee

Not even water is offered on the flight. You cannot lean back on the seats and the seats are so narrow you can’t avoid rubbing elbows with the person next to you.

Horrible experience. Flight cancelled. Arrived at destination 12 hs later. No one gave us an answer or any information. Very very poor service. We won’t ever travel again with Avianca

It was horrible. My experience with Avianca. I didn’t know it was Pakistan international Airlines but anyway, whatever it is it is bad horrible you guys need to upgrade everything in those planes. And you guys charge $130 for a carry-on did they wanna let me in with my carry-on that I travel everywhere with the luggage you guys are such a dog thank you
