Pros: "Stairs cause me tremendous pain due to a 4 year misdiagnosed ruptured SI joint. Usually, we have no way of knowing that our flight will end with a downstairs walk rather than a ramp. I emailed American Airlines last week but hadn’t gotten a response yet so when they announced that we would exit by stairs, I was almost in tears as I gathered my belongings. To my surprise, American Airlines had a ramp for us to use. I don’t know it it was a coincidence or if they responded that quickly knowing I was on the plane through todays’s technology. I will be a fan and a customer forever."

Cons: "Flight arrived 20 minutes early and we still deboarded 20 minutes LATE. Wifi on flight is ten dollars instead of being free and they use plastic cups for the drinks which I am sure is not recycled."

Cons: "My issue with flying back American is that...I didn't. They boarded us on the plane, moved down the tarmac, and then checked to see that we had a brake problem. They took our plane out of service (which I get, I would want brakes before takeoff), but then they never updated us on our status, until I physically went to the counter to ask an hour later. This is when they informed me that the flight was cancelled and we were rebooked on the 9pm flight (Mind you, this is 12:30p and I have a 2 year old with me). Luckily, I was able to book JetBlue and get home earlier (8:00pm)"

Once pulling to the gate we waited another 15 minutes for someone to figure out the walkway and open the door tom the plane-- all with no communication from the crew."

Cons: "Plane from BDL was delayed which led do a missed connection in DCA. Rebooked on the 335 pm flight which is 3 hours later than my original arrival time. Very inconvenient for me as I had previous plans."

Cons: "Would be nice to have more modern aircraft amenities, like power outlets for device charging, and display screens with at least some complimentary entertainment, or at least flight path tracking. Boarding counter lady was obnoxiously strict about not letting our carry-on bags to be carry-on. She made us test them in the size device and said they were too big, even though they could easy be pushed into the space, and regardless of the fact that we just flew on an American Airlines flight with them as carry-on and were only on a layover with them! Regarding the previous AA agent who let them be carry-on, she said "shame on them." Complete opposite of the positive experience we had with her counterpart in Phoenix. ಠ_ಠ"

Cons: "Washington airport grounded our flight for no apparent reason while we were on the runway in Indy about to take off, then didn't tell us when we could expect the delay to end."
Cons: "Worse customer service ever inside and outside the plane. Try he daughter was traveling with a 3 year old and they didn't want to change their seats together are u kidding me my daughter had to be asking in the plane but they did it for other people."

Cons: "The American Airlines staff assured us that if we got stuck in DC we would receive hotel vouchers. Not only did we not receive hotel vouchers but we were denied access to our rescheduled flight the next day and forced to rent a car to get us from DC to Massachusetts in time for our event. This "misunderstanding" cost us 2 days of our trip and an additional $500 all together. I have never been more disappointed by an airline in all my years of travel! If we'd been told the truth from the beginning we would of rescheduled the flight for the following day from our original destination and saved ourselves 2 headaches and a ton of money."

Cons: "My flight was scheduled hours before I was scheduled. I checked in very early because I was coming in from another flight. At check-in the flight was still indicated as on-time. When I arrived shortly to the gate it indicated that the flight had been cancelled. I was assigned to the flight before which was delayed. We were not served beverages because we were told that the ride www short. I observed the flight attendant talking abruptly to other passengers When we arrived in DC, we were told that another plane was parked at our gate. We sat on the runway for almost an hour. I was told when I arrived that my bag had been accidently sent to Charlotte. Unbelievable!!"
Shame on this company More than 5 hours delay and what a mess Business class with zero service - no pillows, no blankets, no drinks Economy class with no reserved seats- people were mad

Cons: "Arriving at the gate whilst the flight was still boarding, with a boarding pass in my hand, and being told that my seat had been given to someone else because the Airline unilaterally decided that my connecting flight from Bogotá would not arrive in time. Followed by two hours of Iberia staff being surly, not looking me in they eye and doing absolutely nothing about getting me home. I have now been travelling for nearly 30 hours without sleep, am stuck in Madrid with no certainty of when or how I will get home or see my luggage again, and am seriously seriously pissed off. I do accept that things can sometimes go wrong and that it is nobody’s fault. This is definitely somebody’s fault."

It was around 10 PM and no food was available at the airport, so I could not feed my four-year-old son ."

Cons: "Iberia put me on standby with no notification or explanation. My entire trip came to a screeching hault. The stress and anxiety of waiting to see if I got on a flight with my new fiancé was wildly inexcusable on Iberia’s end. I am incredibly lucky to have made it on but it is deeply disturbing that Iberia would rely on luck so heavily after screwing me out of a seat I payed a lot for. I would have missed my connecting flights and been stuck in Spain for god knows how long since they wouldn’t tell me other flight information. I am very worried about flying with Iberia again."

Why ask the age of children under 11 if they’ll be seated with strangers? Moreover, we were loaded onto the plane from both ends, irrespective of our seats, so there was mass confusion as two sets of passengers were crossing over each other, looking for seats. Using hand signals to communicate, as it was an international flight with passengers speaking several languages. The crew stood at the entrances to the plane, watching."

It was no problem, Staff were positive and acomodating and that lead to passengers being accommodating to each other. The intertainment was great, the only draws back is that I slept most of the time and wanted to watch another movie."

Pros: "My flight boarded easily, and left on time. The seats were comfortable, the food included a hot meal for dinner, and the entertainment available was varied. We even landed in Madrid a little early. Traveling is always trying, especially in coach. The Iberia experience was very pleasant."

Old, dumb, inconsiderate, rude flight attendant wouldn't even attempt trying alternative payment. She humiliated me. I was uncomfortable, embarrassed, hungry, and furious the entire flight. Never ever again! British Airways is incompetent!"

They scheduled us a new flight with Vianca and Iberia: Bogotá-Madrid + Madrid-Brussels. My partner and I could not sit together on any of these flights! 1 of 10 hours and of 2 hours! I would NOT recommend AA to anyone! This was full responsability of AA!"
Cons: "They kept delaying the flight and then cancelled. I had to take uber to Penn Station and then AmTrack to Union Station. Otherwise I would not have gotten back until over 24 hours later the next day. So, in the end I had to spend over $200 more to get home. I really have never had a good experience flying Iberia."
