AAAAHHHH... It was shocking in a very positive way, the attention to detail, the courtesy, the manners of all personnel on board, the constant honest smiling. You can see and feel they take pride in all they do no matter how trivial. The plane in general was very comfortable. I can't wait to do it again

Lousy entertainment system. Crews are excellent. Meal is just mediocre.

They did an excellent job helping me with a wheelchair. I couldn’t have asked for any better help.

Good. Obviously there is a slightly condescending attitude of all American workers towards their customers but other than that all good.

It was a great experience in all aspects including passengers are respectful to each other. I will consider to fly with Korean Air again in the future.

They had the same movie choice as my previous flight, not much of a choice, movies were not up to date, music was uninteresting. Other than sitting on the ground for 40 minutes after boarding the plane, with pilot telling us that they couldn't load the plane because of rain, (bullshit) We finally got into Bangkok of course 40 minutes late.

After the gauntlet of unnecessary security, and the two mile jog to make the flight, the flight was delayed 20 minutes on the ground for takeoff.. However, once in the air, the crew gave its usual excellent service.

They destroyed my Michael Kors Carryon luggage, they didn’t announce that only check in the carry on and when we get inside a couple of room to put the carry on bag. I was disappointed and sad because of the damaged of my luggage. They should replace it or fixed it.

WiFi was a major problem and if it does not work on a 4 hour flight then that lowers the overall experience

I was impressed with how quickly the baggage transfers were made.

The Airline Attendant found us in flight and moved us to seats in the front of economy due to the short time we would have to make our connecting flight. We really appreciated it.

Carmen was an absolute delight on the flight staff! Everyone was lovely and made it a very pleasant flight.

Flight was delayed at airport with large backlog and WiFi was spotty

Flight was delayed from San Diego due to being overweight for weather conditions. We missed our connecting flight to our final destination due to the delay, as well as the connecting flight leaving before the scheduled departure time. We missed the connection within 10 - 15 minutes. We were booked on a later flight arriving 7 hours later. There were 7 passengers sharing the same originating and connecting flight.

Flight team was great and we even arrived ahead of plan!

Flight late, the waited for a long time for “personal” to arrive at gate to dock the plane in Rochester. So annoying. This flight was expected, why aren’t personel available for the jet bridge?

Flight delayed for two and half hours and then canceled altogether due to mechanical issues. No mechanic onsite to fix so had to send one from LAX.

Flight and seats were great. Food service was average at best. The real main problem we had is that we got cheeseburgers for the kids but the plates was extremely hot. Like ridiculously hot and the stewardess never said anything. Luckily or unluckily my wife touched the plate and was able to deal with it before the kids got burned.
