Cons: "the gate was never posted on the mobile boarding pass, online, the tv next to the gate or the airport boards (it was never posted anywhere). Everywhere said TBD or was blank when everything else was filled. I almost missed this flight because the lack of communication on what gate the flight was from."

Cons: "Pilot or co pilot never spoke once. Was as if there was no pilot"
Cons: "Terrible service from crew. Bad odors from bathrooms."
Pros: "Awfully rude flight attendants Took multiple buses I guess American doesn’t pay good money to the airports"
Pros: "On time and the staff was great"
Pros: "Considering the price we paid for our tickets is the the only drawback I keep coming back to when I think about the VALUE of what I paid for.the entire flight. The overall experience was good throughout; from the airport on both ends of the journey to the actual inflight experience. I'm not sure how much of an influence the airline has on the airport part of it all, but the check-in process was good. The self check-in machines for AA were a little "buggy" and difficult to navigate but helpful staff was readily available as were the short lines. I am 6'2" and was impressed that I had adequate leg room in my seat."
Cons: "We paid a lot for our tickets even though they were purchased months in advance. Then when it came to seat selection, there was none. Our party of three, which was husband and wife plus friend, were all seated separately. We could have opted for "pay extra" seating, but even that did not get us together, so we opted out."
Pros: "Average but what we’ve come to expect from american airline companies"
Pros: "Flight was on time."
Cons: "One bathroom was out of order, staff appeared very tired, food service was missed twice on one side of our class section like they didn't have assigned sections. Also, the food and drink options do not compare to British Airways who we originally purchased our tickets from. All alcohol is free with BA."
Pros: "eh, mediocre but usual service from a US airline. Just enough to get you from point A to B, but you’re exhausted once there."
Cons: "too little leg room, and quite uncomfortable seats, couldn’t relax and was cramping from being unable to move more than an inch."
Pros: "Very nice crew. Thank you. I get to see my family."
Cons: "Flight was delayed by 90 minutes because the incflight mint flight was late"
Pros: "The free movies on the screens in the back of every seat"
Cons: "Lack of leg room"
Cons: "Plane had not been cleaned"
Pros: "British Airways I feel did everything to make it as best as possible."
Cons: "American Airlines (British Airlines partners) are a horrible airline. My 8 am flight has a mechanical issue. Which they kept up on the plane till 11. Now no mater what other plane I catch idmiss my connection in Dallas. Which means I don’t get to Paris on time. Which ruined my plans to surprise my gf and propose to her. It took one call to British Airlines to get me rebooked. Something american was taking hours. I still won’t make it on time but at least I’ll make it. American then misplaced my luggage and it took two hours to retrieve it. Turns out it was sitting behind the counter the whole time the kept telling me it would be on the baggage flame area."
Pros: "Smooth flight, on time!"
Cons: "No food offered on 1st leg, but it was on the menu card."
Pros: "The cabin crew was quite accommodating and professional within their means. NOTHING else!"
Cons: "This flight was over an hour late, as usual...first some vague mechanical problem, then waiting for ONE connecting passenger. The food was WRETCHED. The screen for the movie, of course on this 40-year-old plane, was a single postage-stamp sized screen in front of the tourist cabin, UGH"
Cons: "I've flown a lot, and I really couldn't believe how rude the flight attendants were on this flight. They seemed very inconvenienced by their job. I gave a snack pack back to a FA bc of my allergies and she snatched it out of my hand while walking by me without even looking at me...my husband's jaw dropped, he saw it too. It was unbelievable how rude they were."
Cons: "I was not a fan that the overhead compartment for my row was not available due to the life raft in there. I understand you have to have one on board, but I think it should be more at the emergency aisles. Also the size of the seats and the space you get is not really worth the price anymore. No matter how big or small someone is, its not comfortable. Airlines need to get back to how the seating was back in the day with great leg room and the seats are a bit wider than what it is now."
Cons: "The seats are so uncomfortable"
Pros: "The AC was set at the right temperature, not too cold, not too hot, just perfect! We got to the destination sooner than expected!"
Cons: "Pay to seat next to my husband, our seats were separate before check-in. Not happy about this."
Pros: "Everything was on time!"
Cons: "Flight was canceled, so our young family had to spend the night in the airport because they couldn't give us a decent option to get back home. Second time we have had problems with AA"
Pros: "Im very upset with the flight"
Cons: "What you guys did its unfair I paid for a reservation. The way you run the business its not right"
Pros: "Large selection of movies/TV to keep your mind busy, food is great and plenty of it (liked the additional ice cream and free beer at meals)"
Cons: "I tried to tell the attendant my screen wasn't working but she cut me off and said "it's loading" (it had been loading for 30 min while everyone else's screen was working, but she was gone before I could mention that). I watched my wife's screen for a whole movie and then re-asked a different attendant if they would mind restarting my screen. He did, and it loaded."
Pros: "They crew tried their hardest"
Cons: "There was no one at the gate to deplane us in Toronto. There for I missed my westjet connection home by 5 minutes. I was looking at the plane by the jet way unable to get on. AA staff would not pay for a hotel for being so late to Toronto because the wether was not thier fault, which I agree. But the lack of staffing was and a hotel should have been provided to me due to this. I will never fly America Airlines again due to my incoming flight to Toronto and the out bound to Philadelphia (cancelled on the way to Philly for no apparent reason)."
Cons: "Flight was four hours late departing. Pretty much ruins the whole flight."

There should be equal service for all passengers. Makes me wonder if there are incentives for the sale of extra items"
Pros: "Once we got going, it was a decent flight. Weather conditions made for a bit of a rocky landing on the first leg."
Cons: "Lack of information for delays. Boarding was slow due to unknown issue. We sat at the gate for a while without knowing why (they finally told us 5 minutes before pushoff), then we dawdled for another hour taxing and waiting for the runway, with no explanation until near the end."
Pros: "Crew was very courteous and professional."
Pros: "The Lufthansa crew was very friendly on all legs and provided excellent service. The good was actually good."

Cons: "Did not allow me to have carry on. Had to pay for it to be checked. Unexpected cost."
Pros: "The seats had more legroom on this small 2+2 then the 3+3 we connected from."
Cons: "No entertainment as we were unable to download the app needed and had no notice before we went to the airport. Because small plane and length of flight only snack items available and our connection was late getting us there and left us no time"
Pros: "Flight attendant decided this was a water-only flight. No particular reason, just lazy."
Pros: "Stewardess was pleasant. Left on time."
Pros: "For the first time I did not fly on a puddle jumper. Not only was it a real jet, it had good seat comfort and leg room even in economy class. The crew was friendly and attentive. They came by with offerings of water at least 4 times for a 2+ hour flight. Contrast that with my last two 5 hour flights on Virgin and American where they came by with water — ONCE. WiFi wasn’t working for either flight and of course the lack of decent food is discouraging. The coffee has improved which is a plus. Overall, good job, United! Nice not to be jammed in like sardines for once."
Cons: "Every time I fly to Denver, we land in one terminal and your connection is in another terminal that requires a train ride to get there. ,ayovers are short — generally barely an hour. If the flight is late you stand a very good chance of missing your connection, as I’m betting happened to over half the passengers on this flight. I was the lucky exception — this aircraft was actually the connecting flight too. Why can’t all United connections be in the same terminal? It makes no sense."
Pros: "Crew was friendly"
Pros: "food service"
Cons: "bagage allowance"
Pros: "Flight was on-time; no delays; great crew! I also liked the fact there was a person at the gate to let us know where our connecting flight gate was - that was really helpful!"
Cons: "In flight entertainment (archived TV/Movies) not provided (other than through personal electronics); but that didn't bother me - flight between Santa Barbara and Denver isn't that long."
Pros: "We will never fly united... NEVER EVER AGAIN"
Cons: "United airlines employee Mearle at the check in counter was extremely disrespectful, Rude, and arrogant towards everyone in line at the counter Trying to check in. Many customers including us waitted in the check in line for 35 minutes or more while Mearle proceeded to chat on her cell phone (personal call), and taking a break leaning the check in counter while everyone waited on her so she could assist with check in. Finally the passengers in front of us voice their concern to mearle stating that everyone is going to miss theirs flights if she didn't assist us all right away. Mearle responded by snapping back by saying "it's not my fault that united keep us understaffed and pay us enough to care " then laughed and walked away again. At this point we realized that if we did not get immediate assistance, that we would surly miss our flight. I walked in front of the line on behalf of everyone standing in line and reiterated to Mearle in a firm tone that she insisting check in the remaining 12 passengers immediately. Mearle snapped back telling me to "worry about my own self and don't tell me how to do my own job". Feeling very stressed out And worried about missing my flight went and stood back in line again. A few moments later I over heard Mearle tell the passengers ahead of us " you're too late. You've missed your flight" these passengers became very upset with Mearle telling her that she's the reason they missed the flight and Mearle laughed and said out loud to everyone else in line.. "you all missed your flight. You all should be more responsible next time and get here earlier" and then Mearle walked away never to be see again. Many of us missed our flight which caused many of us to also miss our connecting flights. We immediately called the 800 number and filed a complaint. Then we were forced to drive three hours in traffic to LAX where we caught a later flight and barely made it to our destination in time for our work event. We swore that because of Mearle and her disgusting behavior that we will never ever fly united again (and I fly a lot for my job) and since that horrible experience with Mearle two months ago, I've flown on four trips spending over $2300 dollars and every flight has been booked through American Airlines. Do to Mearle's bad attitude, disrespectful personality, and poor representation of united we will never do business with united again. We suggest united airlines remove Mearle from Having any contact with the general public as we are sure that Mearle is loosing customers for united at a very rapid pace."

Cons: "Late by almost an hour"
Pros: "Overall experience was good."
Cons: "The food and the long layover"
Pros: "I stay 20 hours??"
Pros: "economy is so cramped! It really should not be legal. Any flight at 5:30 AM should give people more than a cookie. All airport food shops are closed at that hour."
Cons: "Why is every connecting flight in Denver located in a different terminal and at the farthest gate? It's always a sprint to make the flight. I got singled out for a complete pat down. I was wearing light summer clothing. I'm 65 years old. It makes no sense. Those machines need recalibrsting."

Pros: "United canceled my flightl"
Cons: "United canceled my flightl"

Pros: "Can't complain about anything. It was as good as a grueling 12 hour flight can be in Economy class."
Cons: "Crying babies"
Pros: "Everything was good!"
Pros: "Small planes make it easier to embark and disembark. It was on schedule on both legs, but changing terminals (on a bus) for the connecting flight was a drag."

Pros: "Adequate work-around by an alert and helpful United Customer Service rep in LAX."
