Pros: The Rio de Janeiro international airport is very difficult to traverse. However, the airport staff was very helpful in directing me several times to the correct location.

Cons: United needs a check-in kiosk located between the domestic arrivals section and the international connection hallway just before security. I had to walk to the complete length of the airport and back again, just to check-in. Other airlines, such as Delta, have a kiosk located just before the security entrance. The cabin temperature was absolutely freezing during the flight, and I am usually hot.

Cons: Serious turbulence. I don’t know to what extent it was avoidable, but my family was terrified for several minutes and nervous for the remainder of the flight.

Pros: I appreciated the professionalism, prompt care of passengers and dedication to everyone’s safety.

Cons: The last leg of the flight was a rough landing and a delayed in Vienna. I realize weather could be the culprit.

Pros: Smooth ride, landing and take-off Courteous staff

Cons: 1. Very tiny seats, had to sit cramped on a 5 hr flight even though the neighbors were very nice 2. Space for carry on was over well before all passengers on boarded. I don't understand how this is possible when you know everyone can carry 1 carry-on and 1 personal bag. Even though I had a seat towards the front, I had to go right at the back to stow my carry-on. This caused me to de-board last!

Pros: Not much but it was the best price

Cons: The space was so tight I couldn't open the lid to my laptop. I had a small personal item, the gate checked my bag, and there was no room for my feet. I just flew Alaska, delta, American,d Lufthansa recently and none of those airlines were as bad. Like a sardine can. I will avoid United at Ll costs.

Cons: Flight was delayed 80 minutes.
