Cons: Chaotic boarding process, like cattle all in one mass. Frustration of short transfer time exacerbated by failure of the scanners to accept the boarding pass, slow handling of passengers by gate personnel, lack of overhead storage required me to check a small carryon bag.

Cons: No procedure for boarding except to have everyone pile up in one mass. The staff at the gate seemed irritated that we had not had our boarding passes clearer at the counter, even though we had no bags to check and the boarding pass directed us to go directly to the gate if no checked bags. We had to stand aside while the inpatient staff cleared us. Naturally as more passengers went ahead, we had to search hard for a place to stow our carryons.

Pros: I enjoyed my flight with Iceland air. What I especially liked was how polite and helpful at the staff members were. The plane was also very nice and clean.

Cons: Not only the first flight got delayed for over 2 hours. I had to re-book the second - connecting - flight because of that. Now it made my layover instead of 1 h 45 m - 5 hours! Then the second flight got delayed!! So instead of 5 hours layover it was over 7 hours!!! Very inconvenient and upsetting experience. The only reason I booked these particular flights is because they were advertized as "the shortest trip" time on your website...

Cons: Would have preferred to watch one comedy movie. The crazy rich Asians was on a lighter side of a movie but I had seen that one already.

Pros: Everything that happened during the flight was fine. The service, the flight itself, and the landing – which was excellent.

Cons: On the ground, neither the staff nor the signage made it clear exactly where to check in. I was sent to the Lufthansa counter, which didn’t open until 11:30, when I should have gone to the United counter. An hour of my time was wasted, which almost resulted in my missing the one-hour before take-off check-in deadline. The only reason I didn’t miss the deadline was because the flight was late taking off.

Pros: Flying in 787 is always a joy. Quiet; great movie and music selection; nice contemporary user interface.

Cons: The seat legroom was not the worst I had but sleeping in the chair was somehow very hard. I think the seat needed a little more backward inclination. There was a headrest, which was a good idea but didn't work out as expected.

Cons: Changed flight , couldn’t check in. I bought ticked on kayak but vayama was the actual ticket seller on behalf of Iberia which is a British airlines company. I couldn’t check and and customer service of vayama didn’t want to help and asked me to call Iberia. I called Iberia and after staying on hold for 40 min they told me to use the same confirmation number of Iberia flight on British airlines website. After a long day and a long and expensive uber ride I made it to sfo to see the flight has been delayed... never ever ever going to buy an international flight from Iberia, and very hesitant about kayak redirecting sales.

Pros: We didn’t make the flight from London to Rome because of flight delays. there was a huge time delay with our plane sitting on at the terminal and unable to de-board due to scheduling errors. This delay prevented us from making our connection to our next flight and now we are staying in a mediocre hotel for the night and have to wake super early and miss a day of fun at our final desitination. In general I would just move on, but we heard the customer service agent reference that they over booked the two flights to Rome. I guess we were the u lucky customers x two flights because we didn’t get a standby seat in the next flight then the prior agent gave us positive hope that we would get on. Lesson- make sure you have at least 3 hours between connecting flights.

Cons: Hearing that we were booked on an overbooked flight.

Pros: Because the flight wasn't full we passengers in the main cabin had the chance to spread out a bit more, which was great on such a long flight. Also the flight attendant let me have my scotch for free! Hooray!

Cons: Without power at each seat it's difficult to take advantage of the otherwise free entertainment that is only accessible through the app or on a laptop. There was a DC power outlet at my seat (not all of the seats in the main cabin even have that) but guess what--it required a cigarette-lighter-style adapter to plug in. I certainly don't travel around with one of those! And most of the other seats in the main cabin had no access to power at all. My battery wouldn't possibly last through a 7-hour-plus flight without supplementary power. Oh well, fortunately there are still books and magazines. Just like old times. Be more like United or any other international airline, American!

Pros: Although I'd like to see the seats upgraded to ones adjustable to lie flat seats without getting up and several steps, the crew on the Air New Zealand flights make the difference. What a PLEASANT experience. Great passenger service boarding to landing.

Cons: Once made, the lie flat seats are extremely comfortable. However, it's a bit of a hassle to get the bed made. Also the seats don't offer as much privacy as seats on other carriers (AA, UA, LH etc). If they changed the seats, the airline can compete with any other, as the crews are superb.

Pros: flight was totally fine. Thanks to Swiss hotline, they could find my booking and send me the documents some hours before take off.

Cons: Kayak has asked for my e-mail and phone number which I provided but never received any order confirmation. Finally it seemed that my flight was never booked. Unluckily Kayak did not forward my contact details to the other brookers in between and definitely not to Swiss. Never Kayak again.

Cons: When I am asked to book my seat, I am usually shown a map which has no reflection on the overall reality. The seat I select is normally allocated to me but if the plane is not full (unusual) I am told there are unavailable seats that would provide more choice.

The time the staff figure out the problem, it was past the check-in deadline and they couldn't check me in anymore. They put me on a flight via Newark instead that is 3 hours later. At Newark, the connection to London is 10 hours late!! After taking off, the plane goes for 2 hours before landing back in Newark because of technical issue!!!!!!!! Changed flight, and arrived in London after 2 days spent in plane/airport !!!!!!!!!

Pros: Having read horror stories online about booking with Kayak's partner Justfly, I was prepared for the worst (last-minute cancellations, partial refunds, all-around crummy service). Actually, my Finnair flight was great - it was operated by BA, so it was a nice new double-decker Airbus plane. It was maybe 3/4ths full, so I nearly had a row to myself - shoutout to the jerk who decided he was entitled to the aisle seat. The flight was smooth and easy and best of all, it cost a fraction of what the BA price for a one-way from SFO to LHR cost.

Cons: The food on BA continues to be meh, but what most people don't realize is that ALL airline food is meh, because your tastebuds don't work properly 30k feet in the air (it's a scientific fact).

Cons: I had to cancel my trip and was not able to or even reschedule even with flight insurance. I'll never utilize this airline/company ever again & am getting the word out. This airline/company like most are greedy & inconsiderate with their customers.

Cons: The seats were the most uncomfortable I have ever travelled in - this plane definitely has the worst seat width, leg & reclining space that I have seen. I have been in long-range (16 hours) flights that were more comfortable than this. If anything fell on the floor, I couldn't retrieve, I couldn't sleep at all & had contorted joints & a body ache when we landed. To design such tiny seats is truly inhumane.
