The crew at the gate as well as the crew on the plane were excellent and very helpful. The gate crew made rerouting very easy.

The 3 hour delay made for an exceptionally long trip. Delays are so very common on United; especially when connecting through O'Hare.

Flight delayed due to weather. Rebooking was a zoo, had to pay for hotel room and worst of all waited over an hour at baggage claim to get our bags back. It's taking us 2 days to get from Albuquerque to Austin.

Had to pay to pay extra to watch t.v. was $7.99 for a 2 hour flight. Could go to a theater for those prices. Everyone in my group complained about it.

So many maintenance delays, I wouldn't make any connections. Gate attendants were crabby and not very helpful.

I got there 20min late but I got there

twice now my bags have been lost leaving seatac IN A ROW!! the small plane that I was on was leaking condensation directly onto my lap for the hole 3hr trip. when I told the stewardess about it (before take off) she then brought me 1 yes 1 napkin and said "this should help)... (-_-) really? I will think twice before flying with this airline again

Arrived twenty minutes late. AA refused to accept responsibility for this and compensate me, even though my transportation had departed without me as a result of their tardiness.

I arrived at my destination

AA changed my flight plans which resulted in a 4.5 hour layover in Philly. The gates were filthy, there is not much selection for in-flight food and nothing for entertainment. I couldn't even find an outlet that worked at the gate.

The crew was excellent, timing was superb,
