I understand certain flights are non refundable but during the circumstances you could’ve gave a voucher to use later but instead you tried to charge me more money to make changes when I didn’t even know when I was able to fly. To all this I lost my money and my chance to fly later . Never again I will buy anything from Kayak . You just lost a customer!!!"

Cons: "I had payed for an seat Gol + Conforto and one of the benefits was that the hand baggage compartment supposed to be exclusive to the people that bought this seat, so when I was entrancing into the aircraft one of the people of the GOl crew said that I’ll have to drop my baggage because the flight was full. I told that I had bought the Gol + Confort that have exclusive compartment to the hand baggage and I had showed my receive of the seat but they sayd that this benefits do not exist and took my baggage of me to drop off. It was an absurd and the worse thigh was that when I arrived at my seat, the exclusive space for my baggage was there available for my baggage and I had to drop off because the employee of the Gol didn’t know about this benefit of Gol + Confort seat and didn’t check out if really wasn’t space to my baggage"

Our yoga retreat was cancelled and besides not refunding is, they would not even let us change dates or locations. As a matter of fact they wouldn’t even talk to us and kept referring to the travel agent, who said they couldn’t change anything and it was up to the airline to do so. They passed the buck until it was too late to do anything about it. Avoid Latham and Budget Air for your travel plans.
