Cons: "Have to request wheelchair service twice as the receiving staff handing the wheelchair to another company for departure staff. Only one counter handles wheelchair request at each leg. They are so strict with liquids that all baby foods had to put in a separate bin and we had to go to another security point for clearance. It took 2.5 hours to go through all that, that is with wheelchair priority! Boarding was horrible at the gate."

Cons: "Flight was late arriving to George Town due to mechanical trouble. when it did arrive and we got boarded there was another 15 minute delay for more mechanical trouble. There were no meals available for purchase on the plane as they had only stocked the flight for one leg of the trip and not the return leg. We were told at check in that we would have to pick our bags up in Detroit before getting on our connection to Toronto. In fact they were actually checked through. Due to the delays we missed our connection in Detroit. The Delta Agent was rude and did not want to give us a hotel voucher. She also said the next flight she could book us in was 24hrs later. She was unwilling to book us on an earlier flight with a different carrier. After we got her supervisor involved we were given a hotel and booked on an early flight the next day. I would not fly Delta again if I had the choice."

We called Copa and every time each of us talked to Copa we were given a different instruction. Very confusing and stressful. We decided not to get the vaccination, taking into consideration the cost of it, $159.00 for each family member!!!"

Cons: "I was flying to MEX from LAX and i had to get through customs which took a long time, but got to the Aeromexico ticket counter to get my boarding pass and they told me that they start boarding 45min before departure time and I got tot he counter at with 35 min to departure and they told me that I missed my flight and had to buy another flight which was two hours later. I don't understand why they couldn't let me through or hold for me. It ruin my ground transportation reservation which I had to reschedule. The whole thing was frustrating and cost me more money that what i thought i was saving."

Being that this is mexico’s airline they must know it’s a literal impossibility to make that connection. When you arrive they automatically shuttle you into an area to rebook you almost like it’s expected. Then you wait for 8 hrs in a crowded ghetto airport waiting to get on the next flight. When you speak to customer service they talk to you like your a dummy."

Even though we are fluent in Spanish it didn't matter because the employees didn't know what they were doing anyways."

That also cost the other passenger think I occupied their baggage space and be not too friendly with me during the trip. The notice board in the airport is confuse, we know the gate and the depart time, but no one show up until 120 min before the plane depart. And finally the plane delay and no information show the plane will delay for how long. Bad information in the counter My handle of the sit is broken I have photo to proof if you would need it, I save it with me. The lighting system in the plane is very stupid or may be the crew don't know how to operate, every time they just turn on all the light no matter we are sleep or not! This is a red eye flight passenger should have a choice to not get disturb, when the light on I need to turn it off every time! And the next passenger don't really know how to turn the light off that always on during the flight! Super bad flying experience. Not comfortable at all. Can't sleep much!"

This is the second flight on this trip where a flight has been delayed and there is just TOO much confusion. You guys don't have enough employees guiding us to the right direction. Which caused me to miss my flight. Making me spend an awful night over night at the airport, missing work, and overall just an INCONVENIENCE. Delayed flights seem to be a common thing with your airline son ADD MORE STAFF! So ridiculous, the staff in Mexico City are useless at helping people out!!! I'm not one to complain but this was so unprofessional!"

Pros: "Hello, I checked in a dog in Detroit, The crew was great once they found out they can accept a dog. At first they were saying no because of partner with delta. I explain I booked the dog already and give all my required documents. Once in Mexico the documents were given to the authorities and when the crew in Detroit made copies they kept the originals and gave me the copies and they made me pay 1800 pesos for a vet to come and sign the paper.. I spoke to aeromexico in Mexico City and they said they are sorry but nothing can be done... This cause me my traveling money and 3 hours of very stressful times for me and my dog who had to stay in the box the whole time. Robin Martin"

Cons: "Was informed when we checked in that the flight we had purchased did not exists. We were informed thatcher would have to wait 24hours (after an already 7 hour layover) to catch another flight to Los Angeles. After debating with customer servinge several times and being forced to wait in line after being told things were fixed several time we had to threaten to record conversations and had someone call American Airlines headquarters and finally was able to get in the flight the same night. We at work be point were laughed at by an American Airlines customer service professional. I had purchased upgraded seats since I’m over 6 feet tall and they were not able to accommodate on the new flight, the flight was horrible and I had ton stand up every hour to make I the whole 12 hours."

There were only 2 people helping on check in (in machines) and these people were still not helping people (like me) with questions about on how to do check in in those machines. On the other hand to dispatch the bags there were almost 8 attendants to receive the bags. Ridiculous! I’ve tried calling American Airlines and Latam several times to assign a seat for me and they swore there were only middle seats but I know how airlines work to make extra money on these seats. At the end, they only gave me a middle seat option and I had to take I.t of course. On the plane I realized there were dozens of empty seats and yet they made sure not give them to me or anyone else. Unbelievable! Unfortunately I still have to use AA on my way back to Brazil. After this, I’ll chose another airlines for sure. Also, the 3,4,3 arrangement is ridiculous: there’s no corridor space making people touching you everything someone passes by your seat. And boy! Those seats are so uncomfortable and there’s no way to incline the chair so you can even have a little rest (because it’s impossible to even sleep on those seats). The crew were simply doing their jobs! No pleasure! No smile! No engaging with anyone unfortunately! They looked miserable and I asked for water and the flight attendant NEVER brought me anything. Seriously! Water is free!"

Cons: "I had my reservation cancelled despiste numerous phone calls. The flight was operated by AA, and they told me I wasn't on the flight, but after many phone calls LATAN assured me I was booked on the flight. When I got to the airport, I was not allowed to board my direct flight from GRU to LAX, instead I was sent to Miami then Charlestown , I took me an extra 12 hours to get home. I lost a day of work. Who's going to reimburse me for that ???"

In this flight, the did recline 170º but formed a ramp that did slowly slide the passenger under the set in front of him. I'd recommend someone from AA should fly Lufthansa Business Class or Singapore Airlines Business to check out how it should be done! ANd then, flying a beaten up 777-200er while its competitors fly 787 is nonhing but a shame!"

Cons: "Food and distribution of the food. Unfortunately on my flight the flight attendant was so busy that forgot to come back for the water/coffee drinks."

Cons: "We were waiting for 6 hours then our flight got cancelled. We got another flight which is in the second day !! And I am going back to MIAMI on Sunday 7:00 am . What a bad airlines!!"

Cons: "Flight from Ny to Detroit was delayed for 2 hrs. Coming back was worse after multiple delays, they cancelled the flight. they put me on a flight for next day with 2 connections which will reach ny almost 20 hrs later, no aplogises, no hotel room. After more calls put me in another United flight later that night which also finally got cancelled. I had to book a new flight with delta and paid $460 on the spot for that. Still awaiting my refund from American for the return leg which was cancelled and left a lady traveling alone stranded at Detroit airport in the night. Apology or compensation -- forget it, you will never get that! Only now if they can refund my cancelled flight..."

Cons: "The flight was originally scheduled to take off at 8:20 pm, but due to several delays did not end up getting off the ground until after 11 pm. After being in the air for about 45 minutes we were informed that there were issues with the engine and that we would be turning around and heading back to Dallas. By this point it was after midnight, and although I was appreciative that safely is a priority, there was no communication as to what the next steps were. After landing we were finally told that we would have to deplane, and after we sat around the gate for awhile we were informed that the flight would be delayed until 5 am. Being 12:50 am at this point a hotel would have been nice, but we were informed that AA was "out of hotels" but that if we wanted we could have a $12 food voucher to use at the one restaurant that was open several terminals over. The AA employee assisting in handing out the food vouchers seemed extremely unapologetic about the situation which didn't help with the frustration everyone was feeling. I will not be booking with AA again, and will be passing along my negative experience to family and friends. It is worth spending the extra money on a ticket for an airline that is more reliable with better customer service."

Cons: "I am an experienced traveler. I've been to 17 countries and have flown over a million miles in both business and coach. My wife encountered a problem in Istanbul that involved an airport transit visa through Canada. I am certain that any other airline we’ve ever flown would’ve assisted us, since it was easily resolved. To Turkish Airlines, this is simply a part of their business model and a chance to make more money. It took about 8 hours of our time at 5 different airport locations to eventually buy new tickets to get back the next day. Our original tickets say: “REISSUE With 200.00 USD penalty. What I didn’t see was the fine print at the bottom: “Turkish Airlines reserves the right to change rules regarding ticket changes and refunds.”. They mean it. As bad as our personal experience was, the real reason we are so appalled is that we were there long enough to see this is the norm for them. In our single day there, we saw at least 100 other travelers going through similar things. The ONLY solution ever offered is to purchase another ticket. We witnessed several people weeping. Many losing control and shouting. Their own personnel were screaming at customers (in a separate office area though, it was all yucks and laughing). These were people of all nationalities. Africans, Asians, Europeans. We were lucky because we had the means to purchase new tickets. Others clearly didn’t. I really don’t know what happened to some of them. One moment was very symbolic of the entire experience. Another vanquished traveler was paying $843 for a new ticket with cash. He handed her $845 but she, of course, had no change. Instead of the $5, he gave her two $1 bills. I had one in my pocket so gave it to her as well. She held my $1 bill up and pointed to the corner which had a very small piece torn off…no ink was missing…and sneered “I can’t accept this. She did this simply because she could. We were powerless. She knew it and reveled in it."

Quando decolamos, começou a cair água na nossa cabeça. O funcionário responsável disse que era do ar condicionado e era normal. A comida era ruim, sem gosto e com acompanhamentos que não combinavam, por exemplo no meu caso era frango com uma salada de vagens e pepino. Fora o horário das refeições, quase não era oferecido bebidas em um voo de 10 horas."

Pros: "Both my first and connecting flights were delayed despite excellent weather. No explanation was offered."

Cons: "Bathrooms and seats need to be longer!"

Cons: "Very rude air crew who treats you as a bus passenger, does not completely listen to your requests, on business class. I also had my return connection flight cancelled and moved 6 hours ahead of the original one, which made me just wait that long at the airport."

Pros: "The flight was nice and smooth and the crew members were so nice."

Pros: "Drop off at the counter was fast and easy on the upper level departure entrance. From my drop off at 9:00 am, I made it thru baggage check-in, passing thru passport control, passing thru security and into the gate duty free area in 25 mins! Impressive experience."
Cons: "With an hour delay out of Paris due to waiting for missing aircraft flight documents to be completed and delivered to the airplane on the holding ramp, we ended up arriving in Toronto an hour late. With only an original connection time of 90 minutes, it was not possible for me to make it thru Canadian and US customs to the connection gate. I was to learn that no other connection to a Kansas City was available until much later in the afternoon / early evening. As a result, I ended up arriving in Kansas City 6 (six) hours later than originally scheduled, three quarters of the time it took to travel from Paris to Toronto. To say the least , I was not at all thrilled having lost that time."

Pros: "Crew and Confort"

Cons: "The last leg of our entire trip, and it was late. We left about 1.5 hours late and they had trouble getting the gate to the plane when we landed. A long trip home was made even longer. I was very surprised that there were so many issues with timeliness on AC flights. In our outbound to Athens, two of the three flights left late, and they had to rebook part of our trip to accommodate. And the return trip was more of the same. I expected AC to be world-class and it was more like a regional airline in terms of performance."

Cons: "Flight was 2 hours late after we already had a 5 hour lay-over. Waiting area quite small for so many flights to US .Felt like the ugly step-sisters."

Once we landed I had to clear customs in Canada and get to the new flight. They told me when I finally had to make through the airport and through customs that I need to manage my time better and understand and give myself plenty of time to make the flight.. REALLY??? It wasn't my fault that their crappy plane wasn't working right wasn't my fault we were delayed but I need to manage my time better I think they fell and bumped their head!!"

Cons: "I will never fly Air Canada between Detroit and Toronto again. Both ways the crew looked exhausted and like they were rather be anyplace but working our flight. Both times they took our carry ons without giving us a choice. For our flight out this was a stressful nuisance because we had to catch a connecting overseas flight. This involved my husband and son going to baggage claim and then having to go back through customs and TSA. The whole point of carry ons is to avoid this. Luckily we didn't miss our international flight but not a good way to begin a trip of a lifetime. Flight was completely uncomfortable and it seemed like no one cared. Should have driven"

Pros: "The process through Heathrow was easy and efficient. Boarding was fairly quick for an international, large flight. The staff were always accommodating and friendly. I was comfortable in the seat, I am a small person but I did notice that the seat was significantly larger than other flights I have been on, and appreciated the entertainment, which had a great selection of movies."
Cons: "The meal served was very nice. The snack served after was a spicy chicken wrap and I really must question the wisdom of serving anything spicy in an enclosed environment with a limited number of toilets."

Cons: "Baggage handling ripped handle clean off new suitcase, both ends. Delays in departures from Dublin led to us using stairs off of plane on tarmac. Entertainment mostly dependent on app you can't download on plane if you're using wi-fi."

Cons: "We were delayed about five hours because of a mechanical issue, resulting in a plane change. Although it was apparent they knew about this well in advance, we were not told ahead of time. We could have spent way less time in the airport. The staff were all very friendly, but when it came to compensation we were only given a $10 meal voucher near the end of our five hour wait. Most people had eaten by then, so it felt like it was the very least they could do to make up for the inconvenience."
