Boarding time was delayed in more than two hours. Then another hour on the ground before take off. Wi-fi was not working throughout the flight. Business class in even rows by the window are not so comfortable. And space for feet always feel tight. Had a meeting in New York early the following day with multiple people and had to request a delayed start.
Flight did not have wifi service. It was experiencing technical difficulties. Definitely and old plane that needs updating.
Flight was delayed but more than 90 minutes. This caused me to miss my available windows for pick-up by a friend. I had to pay $125 for an uber back home from the airport which was an added expense that I had not budgeted for my trip. Staff was friendly.
It was perfect! I've never flown with United before, but I definitely will in the future

They lost my luggage, so, not happy. The crew was nice but my suitcases never made it, still trying to find out what happened!
Flight was delayed 8 times. We were sitting at the airport for 14 hours. We got 2 hours of sleep (if that) on what was not meant to be a red-eye.
Very modern plane. Good seat spacing. Meals were good. Screens had tons of movies and worked
Gate got changed about 4 times. Very confusing and very crowded. If you don’t have wifi to help get updates, you can be in deep trouble.
Comfortable as it can be for a basic economy seat. The TV screen on my 15 hour international flight went out after 1 hour or so and it never worked again. The food is very high in processed carbs and sugary items.
The flight was delayed by about an hour due to a maintenance issue which later then required a change of planes. The crew was great and friendly. The in-flight entertainment did not play properly on Apple Vision Pro in a Safari browser. Although the movie trailers would play fine, the actual movies themselves just had a black screen with audio. There must be something with copy protection or something that isn’t compatible with the Safari browser on Apple Vision Pro. The free inflight Wi-Fi for American Airlines Advantage members is a nice bonus. and is great that they aren’t charging extra for things that have become basic utilities in 2026, like internet access.
This flight did not exist. Rescheduled flight was to a different city.
Food horrible, even because there was no food the personal was rude and show off and the landing and take off ,was an adventure.
Mostly great. Only issue was with the WiFi. Halfway through the flight it was spotty and I was unable to work as I planned. This impacted my work products as I am traveling for business and it was an unexpected hindrance which was inconvenient. Flight here was amazing. For a 5 hour flight something more than a Biscoff would be nice but I’m just swinging at windmills I guess…
It’s was ok just I missed the crew member passing offers water or juice during the flight not just when offer the dinner or breakfast.
I had problems issuing the online boarding pass for this connecting flight. I had two booking codes (Kayak and American Airlines) and neither of them worked; I didn't receive a booking code from Gol. I had to call the airline (Gol), which gave me a third booking code that allowed me to issue the boarding pass. Even so, the QR code on this boarding pass didn't work at any point between entering the airport and actually boarding, which required document checks by airport and airline staff.
Gate agent tried hard to be helpful. Flight was just fine, some information was even in English. Fortaleza is a nice airport.
We were delayed and due to lateness we were traveling from 11pm we were rerouted to FLL and couldnt deplane but stayed on the plane with no extra Service given (extra good options etc$ there Were so many things that could go wrong and did. This was not an enjoyable experience at all thoroughly exhausting
Better service. No food options, but we did get drinks and a cookie.
It was a good regional flight. Bring your own iPad or iPhone to connect to the plane's wifi for movies. There were just some cookies for a snack. The plane is parked on the tarmac and you'll take a bus to the plane, and carry your carry-on up the steps to the plane. Sao Paulo is the country's main airport. I wouldn't expect to be taking a bus and walking up steps to the airplane at the main airport. The plane was a modern 737 Max 8 and comfortable and clean.
