Cons: "I booked KLM flights (Cork - Tampa return) but the planes were in fact Aer Lingus and Delta. So I have no idea what KLM is like. When I checked in at Cork the ground staff could only give me a boarding card for the first flight. For the second one she said I would have to go to the Delta counter in Amsterdam. It was difficult to find a counter there or staff as check-in was all by computer. The computer kept saying 'error' when I put in my code. I eventually was directed to a KLM desk (nicely hidden). I was told that my seat no longer existed. At this point the flight was ready to board. Thankfully the KLM ground staff were extremely helpful and reassuring and upgraded my ticket to economy comfort. On the way back, I could only get a boarding card for my first flight. The second two I had to collect at the boarding gate of the second flight."

The entertainment systems on the back of the seat worked sporadically and the PA system was too loud and every time the PA system was used while we had our headsets on, it was excruciating We had no warning in order to remove our headsets before it blasted into our ears. We were amazed that after paying a considerable sum for our tickets and being in the air for 6 hours, there was limited meal service and we were required to purchase a sandwich in order to eat. I fly Delta frequently and this was by far the worse flight I can remember."

Cons: "There were two runways in Mexico City and one was under maintenance so it took a long time from the moment we landed to the time we were able to get out of the plane. Then, they took our check-in luggage from the plane and it went through an inspection (bag by bag), so this caused another hour delay. After that they gave us our check-in luggage for us to take it to another location (to another floor) within the airport to be checked-in again. They wanted to charge us $20.00 additional per check-in bag even though they were half of the weight limit. After we complained, they dropped this charge. Due to all the delays we lost our connection and we had to book another flight. Not a good experience. We will never make a stop in Mexico in the future."

Now I'm home and I have no idea where my bag is."

Afterwards, she moved us along with a few others. That line could have swamped us!"

The airplane was full and simply there werent enough toilets for this amout of people there. Honestly, it was a terrible experience."

Cons: "no flights between noon and 9pm. pay for snacks..on westjet they were free"

Pros: "The flight attendants were very nice and helpful. When they passed out dinner my husband and I were asleep, we woke up when they were serving drinks (right after). They got us our food. On our flight over however we didn't get options on food since they had run out. The flight crew was nice though."
Cons: "Unbeknownst to either of us the Air Canada Rouge is a low cost carrier international flight. It didn't have a player in the seat, or even old school TV's. You had to use your own device on their WiFi which was SLOW and the sound went out. The seats are small with very little leg room. I'm 5'1 (156cm) and my legs almost touched the seat in front of me. Also the airport was the biggest hinderance of getting to the gate and the airplane. After customs, to get to our gate we were told to wait in another line while they went through nearly every passenger again... And checked bags. Since it was taking so long they would let some go through without checking them. It was strange to say the least. We eventually left the gate late but made up for it in the air."

Pros: "Ease of boarding - no long queues. Offer to put hand luggage in the hold with no charge."

Pros: "Nothing horrible, but nothing especially good. Decent amount of space but nothing but room temperature beverage served."

Cons: "Boarding could be better organized - staff should make sur only the people in the zones called are in line. Not everyone from all zones. The zones 3-5 line isn't helpful. They should change it to "boarding" and indicate only thsoe called to board should be there. Otherwise, they need separate lines for EACH Zone."

Pros: "As a professional musician, flying with my viola is one of the most nerve wracking experiences, as if it is forced to be checked due to insufficient room for overhead baggage, it could be completely destroyed. As stated in Air Canada's online policy, passengers traveling with musical instruments that fit as carry on baggage are allowed to change to earlier boarding zones. After approaching a staff member with my viola, I wasn't simply assigned an earlier zone, but rather I was allowed to board first. On this principle alone I will be flying Air Canada again. Thank you!!!"

Pros: "My 55 min flight ended up taking nearly 3 hours since there were about 9 people that needed to gate check their bags. Air Canada needs to figure a better way to gauge the carryon situation. People had giant bags that just couldn't fit in the overhead. Also- there were far too many people with carry one. I paid to check my bag... then got stuck with my backpack under my feet and jacket in my lap for 2.5 hours as we sat on the runway."
Cons: "To be honest, nothing specific stands out. The whole ordeal was pretty much a nightmare. We were offered some pretzels and water while we sat on the runway for hours."

Cons: "Flight delayed again and again. Waited for hours at the airport until they cancelled the flight."

Cons: "Hour late departure. Old people travel to Sarasota, AC should consider that in boarding."

Pros: "The crew was lovely and made the trip easy."
Cons: "The boarding process was very strange. The "zone" loading makes no sense because I was at a window seat and other people had already sat down, so they had to get up so that I could go to my seat. Also the entertainment selection is very limited and poorly curated. I would recommend downloading Netflix shows on ur device before using their service."

Announcements were difficult to hear in the terminal; there was a step requiring all passengers to queue up as if boarding but instead it was a passport/boarding pass check. The two queues were not labeled, there was much line-switching, and the passport-check lines blocked the terminal for travelers for other flights... The incoming plane was late; we wondered why this passport check could not have proceeded while we waited instead of delaying our boarding once our plane arrived."

Pros: "The staff rocked it, despite being in a tough position with grumpy passengers. The desk staff before boarding was less helpful. The seats were comfortable. Entertainment was rated low because it was a short flight it really should have been an N/A because I didn't use it. Not sure how to fairly rate that. No food as far as I could tell."
Cons: "2 hour delay, then sat for another hour or so after being the last to board for fueling and waiting for ground crew."

Cons: "They didn't let me board because I changed the original return ticket paying with a different credit card (still mine)...although they processed the payment and sent me a confirmation ticket"

Cons: "I had to pay for Internet despite being a Superelite customer (top Tier flyer on their program). The service was expensive and slow so I only used 30 minutes for $4. Having curtailed my work, I looked for news feeds and Rio Olympic coverage. There was neither. It spoilt an otherwise great experience"

Pros: "Entertainment selections and accommodations for not being able to make my connecting flight do to delays were good."

Pros: "Linda the Air Canada check in Agent at the Priority desk in Calgary was the best Check in Agent I have ever dealt with in over 20 years of business travel. I was with my family and she even made a special effort with my two Granddaughters that they are still talking about today. She is the reason Air Canada still has ALL of my business every year"

Pros: "I upgraded to premium economy which made a big difference. Lots of leg room, a menu, pre flight drinks."
Cons: "Airline lost my luggage."

Cons: "Air Canada Rouge is a no-frills bare-bones subsidiary of Air Canada. BEWARE! Don't expect Air Canada levels of comfort or service."

So needless to say I did not get to Ottawa and had to purchase a hotel room in Newark. United is telling me I may not get on another flight until tomorrow night. I am very disappointed."

Pros: "We were told that this was due to the weather at destination ( Newark) but the weather in Newark was fine. Hence, not sure if it is the airline ( United) or the air traffic controllers that caused the delay. United blamed the controllers. The Captain was very courteous apologizing many times for the delay ."

Cons: "Don't like sitting with my knees propped on the seat in front of me when I'm only 6' tall. feel like you could give a touch of extra legroom for times like when you want something out of your bag crammed below the seat and you have to jar your neck sideways to reach it and try not to be in your neighbors lap while doing it."

Pros: "Boarding was fast and easy. Crew was kind to allow me to use an empty seat in the middle row and get more space. Managed to connect to onboard entertainment with a tablet and avoided to use the tiny screen that still exists on United's 767s."

Pros: "It was a pretty smooth flight and it was pretty well organized."
Cons: "The plane was in the Houston hanger most of the day, but it seems they didn't test it. Even after being delayed on the ground due to rain and a mechanical problem with the ramp for three hours, the plane had to turn around and come back to Houston due to another mechanical issue. Finally left 13.5 hours late. I did receive a hotel room, breakfast and 10,000 miles compensation for the hassle, but I would rather have been in Brazil on time."

Cons: "Flight got cancelled after being delayed for over 2 hours for mechanical issues. Gate agent was not overwhelmingly helpful or understanding to people's frustrations during the delay and didn't go out of her way to try to help. Customer Service was helpful and able to rebook and provide overnight hotel accommodations, but it was a very slow process that clearly frustrated some customers even more. Clearly not anyone's fault, but still frustrating and not a great flying experience."

Cons: "The flight was delayed almost 2 hours. Then the guy on the front desk was really rude .. Maybe because I'm Latino? I mean he was super friendly with a white guy and a African American girl .. But with me .. Rudeness and bad service .. I said "hello , how are you?".. He didn't answer .. I told him when I did my checkin my boarding pass had "See agent" in the seating section .. He just took the ticket and gave me the last sit available on the plain even though I arrived almost 3 hours before the original departing hour .. I don't know .. It might be the only available sit or it was just a racist thing .. Who knows .. Really disappointed with United. I'll go back with Ameican Airlines."

Cons: "A lady with a dog on a leash was allowed on board. I do not think it was a service dog. In the gate area, the dog was encouraged to get up on the seat. The owner also walked the dog over to a couple to visit, and the couple had a large cat in a carrier. The dog owner did not see the cat in the carrier for a few minutes. Then, when she did realized it she did not move away. You could see that the dog noticed the cat and was getting excited, and proceeded to bark. I don't know why she didn't back away when she noticed the cat. On board, the dog, still on a leash, didn't stay under her feet. The owner did not hang on to the leash."
