Then the people were rude and told me to come back, so I did about 45 min later and asked again, they were rude again and said come back later. The third time I got s seat assigned but again, they were very rude. Won't fly delta again."

Cons: "Flight delayed 7 hrs and the official website never updated to reflect the change. Called customer service twice and they had no clue. The last representative advised to be at the airport at the original departure time to make sure we spoke to someone there. That showed a lack of knowledge and trustworthiness. The airports official website also didn’t reflect the delay."

Cons: "It was awful. My original flight was scheduled to depart March 30 at 11:55. Then Aeromexico changed it to 1:35am in March 31. They refused to let me change flights when this happened. I wanted to fly standby on an earlier flight, so I called everyday for 2 weeks to confirm how many seats were left. Everyone I talked to told me I could fly standby if it was he same day as my ticket. I got to the airport and the flight attendant at check in told me “standby doesn’t exist.” When I asked how much it would be to change my ticket, she just said “very expensive.” She told me she’d have to check me out of my current flight and risk me losing my seat on that flight, because it was overbooked just to see the price for the earlier flight. I told her I’d be willing to pay up to $200 to switch to the earlier flight and she told me it was very expensive and she wouldn’t do it. I came back later that night and took my scheduled flight. I carried on my bag from SFO to MEX. On my second flight from MEX to BOG, the attendant told an older woman she had to check her bag because the overhead was going to be too full. I volunteered to check my bag instead so she could keep her bag. Then Aeromexico lost my bag. When I got to BOG, they told me I couldn’t have a voucher because it was my fault for bringing a bag that was too big. Finally they gave me $100 because the next day was Easter and I had no clothes for church. I wasted over 2 hours of my vacation at the Bogota airport while Aeromexico searched for my bag. They said they’d call as soon as they found it. No one ever called. I called and they asked “what color is your bag?” I said “red” and the attendant said they had it. It was delivered several hours after this call despite the fact that the airport is less than 20 minutes from where we are staying. I didn’t think an airline could be worse han United, but Aeromexico steals the cake."

The individual screens had a good choice of movies and music. The Dreamliner 787 was quite nice. More legroom than other planes, an abundance of bathrooms and open space to stand up for a while (and rock your cranky toddler!)"
Cons: "I had no problems with the flight at all, but it wasn't as nice as the trip down. They both said they were Dreamliner 787s but on the way down the airplane was amazing! The overhead compartments were the best, lots of head and leg room, and the electronic tinting on the windows was really cool. The return trip was on the same kind of plane but it seemed just a bit older, with less room and older window shades. Not a huge deal, just not as amazing as the other plane."

Cons: "The flight was delayed 4 hours to Mexico and on our return to LAX our seats were RESOLD and reissued to other passengers and we were told we would be put on the first flight the following day! Heck no, we were not about to let that happen. Finally after multiple conversations with the "people in charge" we were able to be "accommodated" on the next flight- 6 hrs after our original flight. I called customer service for Aeromexico to submit a complaint for the awful experience, not once did they apologize for an inconvenience and make matters worse they said it was my fault my tickets had been re-issued. The customer service woman explained that "I had not paid for a seat on that flight that I had only paid for a reservation" therefor making all of this my fault. This is one of many reasons Mexico is so corrupt."

Shame on her comment! AA offers their flights to many companies snd I now wonder if her comment is true, which makes me consider next time I choose an airline. In Buenos Aires when We checked in something similar happened and we could not book our seats the day before bcause they were all taken . The answer was if we wanted a better seat we’d have to pay because only back seats are available in economy and AA waits forbthose whi pay first and only then they”ll give us a seat. I”ve travelled several times with AA and feel the service is not worth the money I pay for it. The food on our flight back to BA was not good st all. However , I have to point out that all my flights BA to N Y, N Y to Mia and Mia BA left on time. On the whole it was good but I believe AA cares onñy about money and I feel disappointed"

There are so many expats in Buenos Aires and they all buy tickets in Argentina to go to Uruguay within 3 months. Upon showing the immigration of Argentina my USA passport at the entry, they have NEVER asked me for any kind of proof that I would be leaving within 3 months. At first I started to purchase a ticket to Uruguay by boat and the attendant even asked me the website of the boat because she told me that these problems come up all the time for expats going to Argentina for longer than 3 months. You are ONLY AN AIRLINE. YOU ARE NOT THE IMMIGRATION OF ARGENTINA. Having this said, I never plan to fly Avianca again."

Had to call SN customer service after AC could not check me in, then wait and wait as they had to try to correct the mistake 3x before AC counter could issue boarding passes. Terrible experience going through this with 2 small kids waiting. It’s as if the two airlines’ systems don’t communicate but passenger is responsible for resolving."

Pros: "The staff was very friendly and did a good job."
Cons: "The entertainment on this flight was non-existent unless you paid extra for the iPads or internet. There were no tv screens on the back of the seats, which was not very pleasant for a 9 hour flight. We tried connecting to the plane's wifi and watching movies on our phones through the Air Canada app, but the wifi was so slow that the movies never even loaded. Additionally, not every row of seats on the sides has a window, and we were in a row that had a wall instead. The plug in our row did not work either so we couldn't charge our phones with it."

Pros: "Both going and returning flights left and arrived on time. The crew were good. Boarding and unloading went fast and efficiently and bags arrived fairly quickly and not damaged."
Cons: "The rouge entertainment system didn’t work. It seems like it’s old technology that was used when only some passengers used it. Now every seat has a device trying to log in. System just can’t support the high volumn of use. It worked on the return flight but most passengers were sleeping."

Pros: "Had to emergency reschedule the trip home due to a medical emergency in the family. Explained the situation and urgency to the AC client services rep. He got my wife and I on the next flight out (and first one in) from an alternate airport (Fort Myers instead of Tampa). They waived any rescheduling charges and billed flight differential charges of under $10 each. It was very much appreciated that in the middle of or crisis, we found a friendly and helpful response from an Airline that too often has received bad reviews. In my books, you folks are #1 when it counts. Thanks so much!"

Cons: "Sitting on the tarmac for an hour before takeoff Cramped seats No beverage service (supposedly, because of turbulence, although other airlines have not let turbulence stop them from serving food and drink)"

Cons: "I think the air quality on the flight from Toronto to Seoul was bad. I felt really neaseous for most of that flight and thought I would be sick on the landing. the illness went away completely once I landed and I didn’t experience it on the Asiana flight from Seoul to Phuket"

Pros: "There wasn't anything that stood out that I could say I liked."
Cons: "I didn't care for the attitudes if the stage working in the Toronto airport. Things really aren't clear there for first-timers and much of the staff was acting like I should already know to do a lot of things when there weren't any clearly posted signs saying so. There is also a huge lack of organization."

Cons: "Sadly both legs of my flight were delayed . Runway issues in Vancouver. Weather issues in Calgary ."

Cons: "I thought I was getting a good deal compared to other airlines but was shocked later to learn I had to pay extra to reserve a seat. When this was added it actually cost more. No entertainment for an 8 hour international flight! Really? Only one checked bag for an international flight. I’ve experienced much better on other airlines."

Cons: "Air Canada is always late in my experience. I always end up waiting at the gate for the inbound flight which happens to be late. It is so annoyingly dishonest, considering that the flight is announced as on-time up until minutes before the departure time. When all along they know the incoming flight is late. After we boarded the plane at origin, we spent 15 minutes at the gate and quite a bit on the runway. When nearing the DCA, the plane took a complete detour went near Baltimore and then Annapolis and then flew back to near Gaithersburg as if it was intentionally wasting time on the air. Upon landing in DCA we had to wait 15 minutes on the taxiway waiting for the gate to clear. The (one hour long) flight that was scheduled to land at 10:20pm landed just before midnight. Air Canada is awful. This happens every time I fly with Air Canada and their conduct is just cheap and dishonest."

On the flight got returning I arrived at airport at 730 for my 9 PM flight ....they knew it would be delayed earlier in the day but never posted it so ppl could adjust their schedules. My last 4 flights with AC have been disappointing"

Pros: "These were all LH code shares with Air Canada. Checkin and boarding at CDG 2A is the best you can do there. Only a short walk from checkin thru immigration and security to the gate. Also Air Canada checked my bag to HNL. There were US immigration and customs, small scale and quick, in Vancouver but no requirement for baggage inspection unlike awful LAX. For future trips between HNL and Europe, I am flying Air Canada via Canada."

Cons: "The flight was delayed by an hour, which prompted the agent in Beijing to change my connection in Vancouver to 7 hours later!!! However, when I arrived in Vancouver, I made it to the gate of my original connection hoping to get on anyway, but because the agent in Beijing changed my connection before I left, my original connection was full and I was stuck in Vancouver airport for 5-6 hours. Complete waste of my time and completely unnecessary."

Pros: "Check in agent let us check out carry on without a fee. (Plane was fully booked)"
Cons: "Air waitress wouldn't let me use the front bathroom even though the back one was blocked by the beverage cart. Flight attendants didn't answer my call button when it was on for over 20 minutes. Yes I turned it off and on again. When she finally came by she just turned it off and walked away. Just wanted a glass of water. Initially didn't serve a glass with my bottle of wine."

Pros: "Nothing, from your rude gate agents and closing the gates far too early when passengers are waiting in excessively long lines at customers to in flights systems being broken, your service is abhorrent."
Cons: "Your gate agents refusing to keep the gates open to the appropriate boarding times, you over priced food, being improsojed in our seats and no access to the toilets due to a 2 hour in flight food and beverage service. not receiving water until after 2 hours II the flight! And no second beverage offered on a 5 hour flight!"

Cons: "We were towards the back of the plane and they ran out of many food selections"

Cons: "When boarding the plane in Rome, there was not rhyme or reason. Seats towards the back should have been urged to use the back stairs. Two way traffic down the aisle of a plane does not work with suitcases, backpacks, etc, in tow."

Cons: "Air Canada shares a trait with many other incompetent organizers: everything is fine if nothing goes wrong, but there are no contingency plans in place in case something goes wrong. So, things get more and more delayed. Can't you predict roughly when the plane is going to land (once it is in the air!) and arrange for some gate to be open, so that we don't have to sit on the ground for 45 minutes once it has landed, for example? People who know how to organize are ordinarily capable of doing that. Furthermore, the lack of transparency is really frustrating: we just sit on the tarmac with no indication of how long we're going to be there, and the estimates of the delays are completely wrong when we're given them."

Cons: "This is the third time that I flight with Air Canada and the third time that my flight got delayed. Never again!"

Cons: "The flight from Vancouver to Seattle on the 31st of July was delayed by two and a half hours, the return flight on August 5 topped that by one hour resulting in a delay of more than three and a half hours and a missed connection flight to Port Hardy. I had to stay in Vancouver over night and my husband had to pick me up in Campbell River. This meant a car drive to and back Campbell River of six hours instead of one hour to Port Hardy."

Cons: "1. These days, I have come to expect a complimentary in-flight entertainment system on international flights. This flight had nothing whatsoever. This is ok, but the customer should be warned when making the flight reservation so they can choose whether to bring an ipad along. 2. Food and service were not as good as a recent Air Canada return trip from Roma to Vancouver which had a first rate crew, food, and complimentary beer. 3. The plane was much older than the recent return trip I had and the air was much more dry."

Cons: "You need to warn people there is no in flight entertainment!"

Cons: "Horrible smelly crampy cloth seats, awful food, they don't offer complementary wine and beer for international flights like other carriers, no tvs in the headrest. The flight crew works slower then I have ever observed in my over 200 flights. Took them 1hr 40min to serve what they called "dinner", Delta and others knocks it out in 30!!! And don't get thirsty, You'll die of dehydration before you get a drop of water. They treat ice like its gold. 2 cubes for each drink. If u ask for more u get one more cube. Lol. It was just a horrible experience! I will never fly Air Canada again."

Pros: "Punctuality. Take off and landing was to schedule, and the return flight was actually 20+ minutes early landing"
Cons: "Extra charges for baggage; no food whatsoever unless you bought it; staged boarding meant that when we finally were allowed on board other passengers had pinched our overhead cabin space, NOT IMPRESSED; no in flight entertainment unless you had downloaded the AC Rouge player in advance; no recharging socket for tablet devices - so you might just see half a movie anyway. If I pay a lot of money for a ticket, even if it's a budget airline, I expect more."

Cons: "To start, this flight was overbooked which I understand is a perfectly normal aspect of flying. However, the seats on this airline were so close to one another my legs were hitting the seat in front of me. I'm a thin 6' tall man, and I was uncomfortable the entire time. I've flown Air Canada many times but I've never experienced such a cramped seating experience with them. It was as if they added an extra five rows to the plane."

Pros: "Haneda is a beautiful airport and the airline staff there were great, as service generally is in Japan."
Cons: "need to devise a better boarding process--small number of zone 1 and 2 passengers, then massses in 3, 4, and 5. More zones or more thought into how to improve customer experience for all."

Cons: "Delays, old plane requiring app for entertainment, more delays, terrible low class food, the worst of any overseas flight, no drinks, though I don't drink much."

Cons: "Was a bit of a pain when I wanted to simply get off the plane in Geneva since it would be shorter, but then the plane was late, but that can't be helped"

Pros: "I liked the way they handled the rain delay. Although inconvenient, they were transparent with the process"
Cons: "The lack of certainty whether we were removed or stilling our connecting flight to delay."

Cons: "My Mon couldn't fly because I never have noticed that she needed a Canadian Visa. She came from Mexico with her American visa and the experience buying a ticket with this airline was a nightmare."

Cons: "Higher Priced seating was left empty and people were not spaced properly in the cheap seats in the back despite the extra room on board at takeoff."

Pros: "Convenient route, great United Polaris lounge at SFO for business passengers."
Cons: "The flight frequently arrives about an hour before customs desks are opened, so passengers are forced to wait inside the airplane after landing until the customs desks are open."

Pros: "The flight was easy and quick. These small planes are actually pretty comfortable."
Cons: "Waiting for a gate in Chicago is never fun. Most people on the plane seemed to have tight connections, and I'm guessing most of us missed them. I only made mine because the next flight was delayed."

So needless to say I did not get to Ottawa and had to purchase a hotel room in Newark. United is telling me I may not get on another flight until tomorrow night. I am very disappointed."

When I got my parents their tickets I was very apprehensive that it might be difficult making the connections but thanks to United's wonderful service their whole experience was fantastic. In the future I will always try to book United."

Pros: "They were always very attentive to let you know about gate changes or seat changes. Which to me personally is very important. I have had very bad experiences with other airlines in the past because they did not communicate properly their gate change and I missed my flight and missed events I was flying for. Excellent job to United for communicating gate changes very well! They did not break any of my luggage and the seats were fairly comfortable. The employees were also very attentive and willing to answer any questions."
Cons: "It was a bit confusing gate wise. I did have to ask an employee what was going on but they cleared up the confusion pretty quick. I flew on a jet verses a regular plane, and it was very loud. I had my movie turned up all the way with headphones and I still could barely hear it. It wasn't the fact that I couldn't hear my movie but in general it just hurt my ears. I was sitting towards the back of the jet though so I'm assuming if I was closer to the front it wouldn't have been as bad? Overall it was still a great experience"

Pros: "It was a smaller plane but was roomier than the jet on the next leg of our trip!"
Cons: "Temperature in the plane was way too cold!!! I didn't rate entertainment higher because we didn't use it...we read our books."

Cons: "I never took this flight since the San Francisco flight got delayed that when I got to the gate to board the Washington flight. The gates closed on my face literally. Awesome trip.! (Sarcasm included)"

Cons: "Was delete for 3 hours and bad cosumer sevice en Guadalajara"

Cons: "A lady with a dog on a leash was allowed on board. I do not think it was a service dog. In the gate area, the dog was encouraged to get up on the seat. The owner also walked the dog over to a couple to visit, and the couple had a large cat in a carrier. The dog owner did not see the cat in the carrier for a few minutes. Then, when she did realized it she did not move away. You could see that the dog noticed the cat and was getting excited, and proceeded to bark. I don't know why she didn't back away when she noticed the cat. On board, the dog, still on a leash, didn't stay under her feet. The owner did not hang on to the leash."

Pros: "Friendly steward, boarding staff very good , no delay"

Pros: "Very friendly and great service. Gave us drinks twice."
