I had only one problem. The temperature on the flight was too COLD. I froze throughout the flight. I thought it might be only my problem but when I went to the restroom during the flight, I saw several people huddling in their jackets. A couple had their winter coats on and I was jealous since I had only a very light jacket.
Flight was delayed before take off and at landing. Baggage took 20 minutes. Flight crew would not serve full soft drink and had to ask multiple times before receiving water.
Gate agent was unhelpful for handicapped boarding. Flight attendant seemed untrained.
For some reason, TSA Atlanta didn’t have my bag on the flight on time and they don’t have to provide Delta a reason for that.

The landing was the worst I’ve experienced with a flight.
It was last minute due to weather - considering - it was amazing! Good smiles, friendly staff and they were making sure we knew what was going on when and where.
All good on Delta's part. Passengers could be a little more courteous to each other.
The pilots were good. Disappointing when planes don't have electrical ports
No complaints - left 20 minutes later than planned but still arrived on time.
This is a no frills, get it done, efficient airline. The seat is a lawn chair. You better bring your own entertainment. If you want something other than water you need to pay for it. But they will get you to your destination quickly, on time, and then they will turn the flight around and go right back where they came from. Reliably. Couple times a week tops. If it fits into your schedule, you can’t get there cheaper or faster.
Allegiant actually impressed me, original inbound flight from PBG was so late they gave us a bird inbound from Des Moines and only left 1h late and gained 40 minutes back in the air. Comfortable flight with no frills but no complaints.
Flight was delayed. Crew was good but hot coffee was not available.
It was cold on the flight. The crew was very pleasant. I didn't order any food. We were delayed due to Captain waiting on maintenance log. He kept us informed though. The flight itself was smooth. I would definitely fly with Allegiant again!
Superb. Staff great. Great flight. As with other airlines, seating too tight and restrictive.
My 90 year old father flew with me. He needed wheel chair assistance and is nearly deaf. The staff was amazing with him.
It was fine. Nobody was outstandingly friendly but no one was rude and everything was smooth . The captain thanked us for flying but no one greeted me as I walked on the plane or as I exited which is the least they could do lol
Clean, friendly, roomy. But check-in from the phone link was terrible. Repeated attempts wouldn’t save at the final step. Just kept spinning! It was very frustrating. Finally, I used the app (vs website link) to check-in which worked very smoothly on the first attempt.
It was canceled. The flight wasn’t rescheduled, everyone had to figure out their own new arrangements. They said we would get refunded our original fare and receive an additional $150. We received links for $100 only and they expired before we could activate them.
No frills, value airline. This trip was exactly what I expected. The flight was on time departing and arrived ahead of schedule. The crew was very efficient at getting people on and off the plane. I think the carry-on bag charges discouraged most people from bringing one, which led to quicker de-planing. I was careful to only bring a carefully packed personal item that was under the size limit. If you keep in mind that everything costs extra with this airline (including snacks, drinks, and printing boarding passes), and go into this with the right expectations, then all will be well. For the price difference, I would fly this airline again. My flight was only 1 hr. 20 minutes though. Much longer than that and comfort might drive me to another airline. The seats are very basic and don't recline at all.
