Pros: "They had very bad service for 5 hours flight I asked two times I need a coffee but they didn’t give it for me and on that time I saw they serviced for two another guys just they said to me “we come back to you” but unfortunately they didn’t come back. Cons: "The worst flight I have ever had. I am tall and this large plane was fit only for dwarfs. My knees were jammed into the seat in front of me and I could not move during the 3.5 hour duration. As a result of this experience I will NEVER fly air canada again. From now on it's whatever airline can treat it's customers with dignity."

Pros: "As a professional musician, flying with my viola is one of the most nerve wracking experiences, as if it is forced to be checked due to insufficient room for overhead baggage, it could be completely destroyed. As stated in Air Canada's online policy, passengers traveling with musical instruments that fit as carry on baggage are allowed to change to earlier boarding zones. After approaching a staff member with my viola, I wasn't simply assigned an earlier zone, but rather I was allowed to board first. On this principle alone I will be flying Air Canada again. Thank you!!!"
Cons: "They had nothing together. My first flight was delayed so I got in late and my connecting flight was rescheduled for 5 hours later. Their "free meal voucher" for rescheduling amounts to one slice of pizza and no drink. The airport then lost my checked bag and kept me waiting in one room for 4 of those hours to where I was still rushing to catch my next flight. Air Canada then forgot to assign a plane to my new second flight so I waited another 2 hours to board. Once boarded, the airline made us wait another hour while they loaded bags, then unloaded some of the wrong bags thy put on. They then tacked 25 minutes in the wrong direction and we went all the way back. I have never seen so many people rushing the customer service desks because they missed their connecting flights, throughout the entire time I was stuck in Toronto. Additionally, their "in flight movie system" doesn't work unless you rent one of their iPads. It prompts you to download Java Flash player even if you already have it instead of asking to run it. Then once you allow it, you get a 1-2 second animation then the movie breaks. There are similar errors with their music and tv show features, I tried all of these in my laptop and phone."

Pros: "This particular flight on this particular aircraft (July 15, 2017) was fine but the business class cabin of the plane itself is looking tired and out of date, especially when compared to the new pods on Air Canada's wonderful 787 DreamLiner aircraft. Customers will gladly pay for a consistently high level of service but that service should be consistent across the fleet."

The "zone" loading makes no sense because I was at a window seat and other people had already sat down, so they had to get up so that I could go to my seat. Also the entertainment selection is very limited and poorly curated. I would recommend downloading Netflix shows on ur device before using their service."

Pros: "Nice friendly staff in plane, and experienced staff at airport (unlike in Okinawa, Tokyo and Osaka). Nice to be able to recheck bags and clear US customs in Vancouver, BC thanks to the US section of the terminal, so that we didn't have to do that upon arrival in Portland."

Pros: "The ONLY part of flying Air Canada that I used to like was your partnership with SAS, over the past ten years I have lost more airtravel points through Star Alliance troubles than I could have made in the decade before. Luckily when I fly from my birth place of St. John's NL, you're ground staff are the absolute best! I can give "shout outs" to each and every one of them. From those ready for retirement to the new staff just in from "who knows where", they get the whole "customer service" priority that your airline needs to focus on. Your management in Halifax "Sharon" is out of this world too, other than that whether through Lufthansa, Air Canada or anywhere I would travel, seeing that red leaf on your wing would make me ashamed to be Canadian."
Cons: "I paid extra for a seat to ensure leg room, all I got was ear ache! The flight - although half empty had no place for my briefcase, but I was "ordered" to push my sealskin bag under the dirty greasy seat in front of me. When I requested they store it upfront for take-off & landing - the french female steward started flirting with the man sitting next to me and didn't even offer a response. When drinks came around - I was handed a half empty glass with juice on it's exterior and borrowed a napkin from the next seat. Later I did get a napkin "thrown gently" over the person she enjoyed speaking with. I was happy to wait until connecting passengers disembarked before the local traffic, but was appalled when the more senior female steward stopped a local passenger who I know has anxiety about flying - to insist she let the other passengers off first. Air Canada needs to be educated on what human behaviour entails, before they can graduate to customer service. Together with my first name, you can know my last name is Floyd"

Pros: "I didn't eat, so I really don't know about the food. However the flight attendants were very efficient and if you were wanting anything they were available early and all flight. We flew economy and I was impressed with the seat room, was a large plane though."

Cons: "Seats are very small with little legroom. My husband is 6"1 and sat in a middle seat. His knees were jammed into the seat in front of him. Full flight so he could not be reseated. There is no entertainment system which was ok since it was a red eye flight. I've have flown on many local and international carriers and the space on this aircraft was amongst the smallest I've come across."

Cons: "Horrible smelly crampy cloth seats, awful food, they don't offer complementary wine and beer for international flights like other carriers, no tvs in the headrest. The flight crew works slower then I have ever observed in my over 200 flights. Took them 1hr 40min to serve what they called "dinner", Delta and others knocks it out in 30!!! And don't get thirsty, You'll die of dehydration before you get a drop of water. They treat ice like its gold. 2 cubes for each drink. If u ask for more u get one more cube. Lol. It was just a horrible experience! I will never fly Air Canada again."
