When I realized that my boarding pass was no longer on my phone I had to go to get a pass. Male/ White older, was totally negative and not helpful except to tell me he could get me out the next day. Other workers picked up the ball and got me a pass and escorted me through tsa... then we sit on the plane for another half hr before leaving. Ridiculous!"

There were obviously not enough Delta workers on staff to process all the flights at that time."

Understand why, but really annoying after such a long day full of delays. Felt many areas could have been handled better. Each person individually tried, but in aggregate it was a mess."

I normally make a point to take window seats because it's the only comfortable option for me. Because I was cammed into the remaining seats on the plane, I was stuck in middle seats for both legs of my flight and forced to squish my shoulders in (even in the 'comfort plus' seats). Now my back hurts for it."

Westjet support staff were not very helpful and a supervisor told me that they was out of their control. Wr did get a hotel but our flight was not until the next day. They put us on a 5 hour flight with a connection for a 25 min flight. The lady who wanted off was just a spoiled, she was sitting directly in front of me. So, if you ever just want to get off a plane just ask. Westjet will screw a whole plane for you."

The staff are very good at informing customers to make sure they download the app before boarding. However because people generally suck and don't listen there is always someone complaining about not having the app on board afterwards."

Cons: "AA didnt give a boarding pass because of an error in their computer. When it was finally resolved the flight was gone and all they could say was sorry and said they would refund the money. They would not accomodate us or try to get us on another flight until they day of the returning flight. Unfortunately because of this my father missed seeing his friends and family who he has not seen in over 40 years for a reunion. We never received notification that anything was wrong with the flight and we were given the run around for 2 hours until they realized it was their fault and we missed the flight. Then they just offered a refund. In my opinion they were overbooked and did this on purpose, because it could have been resolved in minutes. I am disappointed with all parties involved including Kayak because of not notifying us of a problem. Thanks for ruining possibly the last time my father would be able to see his family and friends."

Cons: "We arrived at St Stomas airport 85 minutes profile to our flights departure. The female manager, Latoya, at the desk was overly rude and completely out of line the way she was speaking to guests. Apparently American Airlines requests 90 minutes before departure to check you in, however their website does say they will try to accomadate customers that have arrived late. This employee refused 24 people access to the flight that we had booked and paid for. She related that she could put everyone on standby for the next and final flight out of Saint Thomas and standby for multiple connecting flights from Miami to many different parts of the country. This is because American Airlines over books their flights on purpose and has no problem leaving people stranded at an airport. Another employee related that it was easily accomplished to confirm is for the flight as we would have plenty of time prior to boarding since the aircraft had yet to arrive from its original location. American Airlines would not speak to any of the paid customers and would not look into other flights to see if there were other options to get customers home. When we boarded the plane there were still 4 customers that American Airlines stranded at the airport with no more flights out of the airport that day. This was an absolute disgrace and it was disgusting to see how the American Airlines staff were treating people. Their companies customer service has nothing to say other then sorry. I will never fly American Airlines again and now know why so many other people also feel this way."

Cons: "Basic economy rules are really poor especially for passengers that travel for business every day. On the one hand, the airline tells us we are very important to them by assigning us with special gold privileges and on the other tells us we are not important to them. It is confusing at best."

Cons: "Gate checked baggage took forever to be brought to the jetway. I’ve been on several UA flights. It seems to be a major problem with UA and their contractors. They don’t load bags quickly."

Cons: "The organization skills. After and emergency landing all passangers were left to wait for hours STANDING in line without any official annoucement. After midnight. No one told us how long is going to be the wait time, or more info about the new plane. Disorganized."

Cons: "They missed the connecting flight the day before, so we had to fly out the next day on a flight that left ~1 hour late. I know the staff is doing what they can so I blame the execs making millions because they’re typically the real problem anyway."

Pros: "Check in and boarding went very smoothly. The crew was very attentive. They came through the cabin several times with the drink cart. And after dinner was served, gave everyone a bottle of water. Good choice of movies, food was good and the light breakfast was actually very filling. Excellent croissants. Overall great flight."

Cons: "The plane was in poor repair. Seats were frayed, overhead panels were bent or broken on the ceiling, floor dirty, air not working... Old planes can still be old AND well kept. I was told I could have a carry-on, but at the gate, I was told that all bags would need to be checked. My "carry-on," which met criteria, came back bent AF with items missing."

Pros: "The crew service in the airplane, it was clean and the were very nice."
Cons: "The service in the gate, I tried to explained her that when the plane land in Washington My connection will be already boarding and she didn't do anything to help. I asked her to check my bags complimentary so I could be able to run and she said no."

Cons: "No refund, no compensation, no apology....just too bad."

Pros: "Quick, easy flight with a really nice flight attendant."
Cons: "Really small and uncomfortable plane. I feel like they should phase these small planes out. Seats are not wide enough for a regular sized guy."

Cons: "Took forever to get off the plane because there was some problem with the baggage that was holding up all the planes. Not the airline’s fault, rather the airport."

Cons: "United never got us to Atlanta, we spent all day in the airport with delays and no help with seat accommodations on other flights over 4 hours in customer service lines all to be sent back home and gave our luggage lost. Basic economy is such a scam and this was the worst ever flight experience"

Pros: "Flight was on time. Process of going through customs in Halifax instead of Newark was very efficient. I didn't order food or use inflight entertainment."

Cons: "No entertainment, ran out of orange juice, cold and uncomfortable, old aircraft."

Pros: "I enjoy flying, despite the security checks, secondary security checks, the general lax nature of TSA agents who care not when your flight is leaving or how inconvenient it is to have to unpack your entire bag to show them a bar of soap is not, in fact, a plastic explosive. I do like to fly, but it seems to be increasingly difficult to adhere to the rules properly."
Cons: "I was in line to board with group 4 and the woman in front of me had a large duffle bag, a purse, and 3 small grocery bags. The gate agent let her through, but told her to consolidate her bags. I had one carry on and one purse and was forced to gate check my bag, only to find out I would have to go to baggage claim to pick it up. If the woman in front of me was forced to adhere to the rules, I would likely have fit my bag into an overhead. UNFAIR."

Cons: "United cancelled our first flight, and would not re-book us on another flight until 24 hours later, so we ended up having to drive from Washington DC to Savannah for an event. Instead of cancelling just the first leg of our flight, they cancelled the return trip as well, and then tried to charge us the difference because we were "booking at the last minute". United really is the worst airline, and we will never fly with them again."

After living in the Newark, NJ area for over 20 years and flying with them as long, I'm awfully tired of them. I will consider other airport options for nonstop flights or do layovers bc I can't stand their overpriced seats and poor service."

We are vegetarians due to our religious beliefs and our request for Asian vegetarian meal was totally disregarded. At DC wheelchair was not available even after waiting for several minutes. The staff said she had called for wheelchair 4 times and asked us if we wanted to wait more or walk to the shuttle that was waiting. Since we didn't know how long it would take, we decided to walk to the shuttle. This was a United flight that Luftansa had tie up with and it has been very disappointing experience. I used to like Luftansa and have recommend it to my friends in the past. Even though my tickets were with Luftansa, the experience was nothing like before. I plan to share my experience with friends and family and probably think twice before purchasing tickets via Luftansa!"

This not only holds up boarding , but is unfair to those of us that follow the baggage requirements."
