The crew were unprofessional with a racist element. I was physically abused as well from one of the crew members

They forgot to serve food and the crew was very unfriendly. Never experienced such a bad KLM flight. Usually fly from Toronto. New York was different.

Over 1 Hr delay. No APU so no AC on ground. Plane was hot during boarding and then they closed the doors over 20 minutes before engine start so interior of plane was steamy hot and stuffy. Could have been helped by opening doors until ready to depart.

My flight was delayed by 6 hours then I missed BOTH of my connecting flights, I then had to stay in the AIRPORT at JFK because soooooo many people also suffered from missing flights and there was no hotels available. I would like to be compensated for this experience! I had to stay in the airport for over 16 hours!

Cabin crew were excellent, very proffesional, polite and friendly, in flight snack was underwhelming, a packet of cheese biscuits, im sure KLM could run to a sandwich!

Overall very positive. Boarding was quick and organized. Cabin was clean and seats were reasonably comfortable. Cabin crew was excellent and the meals provided were also of good quality

This fight left ahead of time which meant it arrived early which was great. Staff were very professional, but as with all these Short hop Flights the food was a disappointing snack There was no entertainment on this flight, but I did not expect any

Transfer at CDG to connecting KLM flight to Amsterdam was a NIGHTMARE. LONG WALKWAYS, NO MOVING WALKWAYS, POOR signage, Have to take a train & No staff visible to help navigate the maze. AVOID TRANSFER AT CDG AT ALL COST.

Seats were comfortable crew members support was very good but AVML ordered or selected by us needs a lot of improvement.

The plane was clean and the staff was friendly. Food and drinks as expected on international flights. The entertainment system was old style, with a pullout controller, and selections not as extensive as on other flights.

The flights are constantly late anymore, and they won't even give you a glass of water on the plane. For years, they were able to do a service on this flight from Atlanta to Knoxville and Knoxville Atlanta now they say it's too short of a flight. You can't even get a quick drink of water.

Original flight was delayed, then cancelled and the gate staff did not expedite rebooking. Also, no instructions were given that a ticket number was needed before being called to facilitate rebooking. This could have been much more organized.

Only beverages were offered to first class and I thought the flight attendant could have also served the Delta Comfort as well instead of sitting down and staring at her phone and walking past all of us to the back of the plane to charge her phone more. There was a complete lack of turbulence and was safe enough for flights attendant to walk around in the front of the plane, collect trash and serve a few people water and turn off the seat belt light. Also didn’t enforce people putting their seats into the upright position and allowed two passengers to remain reclined during landing. They seemed out to lunch completely. Usually my experience on Delta is much better.

Flight was great! This flight from Atlanta was even better than when I paid for Comfort from SNA to Atlanta.

Definitely a southern flavor. Cordiality was evident even though no drinks or snacks were served.

No service flight that took 5 hrs and a stop at an unscheduled airport. Crew and pilots did their jobs

The crew were efficient. The pilots seemed professional. It was a bit chilly in our seats. The sheet provided weren’t very helpful.

For some reason, TSA Atlanta didn’t have my bag on the flight on time and they don’t have to provide Delta a reason for that.

From Atlanta to Savannah - flight connection was way to short (we weren't even late landing ) and flight was already boarding when we landed - we were told we were the last on board and so we had to gate check our bags. Once we got on the plane, there were at least seven open bag spots so that was unnecessary delay. There should be better communication between the gate agent and the crew.

Everything was Okay. I was disappointed our luggage didn’t arrive with us and came in a flight 7 hours later. Representative said the will be delivered to the hotel. They have not arrived 24 hours later

Seating and zone. The minor I went with didn’t even seat close to me

Great staff great experience, made a 2 hour delay very bearable

Great staff, great experience, made a 2 hour delay very bearable

I was my pleasure to fly virgin on my birthday for my first solo trip ever 🫶🏼

Overall, flight was excellent but check in was very slow for Premium Economy. Economy queue was shorter but we weren't allowed to use it.

The crew was excellent as ever on Virgin. The special meal was poor unfortunately. More significantly when we arrived at Manchester Airport there was no air bridge provided and we had to exit the plane down a rickety stair case. This is unacceptable for a transatlantic flight. Whilst I understand that this is the airport’s fault at the end of the day the airline is responsible for our transportation and needs to do something.

Super friendly and helpful staff, from check-in desk to cabin crew.

The crew was very good. However, the equipment was a bit dated. Some of the electronics were not working. To top it, three bags didn’t arrive with me. Two of them were delivered a day later. I’m still waiting for the third bag, I was so looking forward to this virgin Atlantic flight, but, I am disappointed.

Tai-City to Atlanta :Lots of legroom on the flight. No interaction from the staff at all on the plane. They only attended to the First Class passengers. There was no entertainment. Security I was body scanned even though I hadn't set off an alarm, my father-in-law in his 80s, was stopped and subjected to a through body search, told that they would have to place their hands in intimate places. There were several border guards present, and as we walked off we could hear the TWA officer talk about the procedure as if he was training. My father-in-law was a little upset about the whole process. A kind explanation that training was taking place would have been more acceptable, and it felt dehumanizing to him. Atlanta to London: Check in was difficult we had been unable to do this online for 2 of the family members on the same booking both in their mid to late-80s. No seats had been allocated for them and we were all travelling Premium Economy. After several phone calls to the booking agent and conversations with Delta staff at TriCites airport, we were told that seats would be allocated at the gate in Atlanta. When we arrived at Atlanta, and spoke to a member of the boarding staff at the gate, he was curt and repeated back exactly what we had just told him, that only one of us was checked in. I explained that we had been unable to check-in online for the 2 family members (I had tried twice). He again repeated back that we needed to check-in. As we were in transit, I was at a loss at what he wanted us to do, but he kept repeating that we needed to do this. I asked where we should do this. No answer. In fact all he did throughout was look at his screen. He told us that there were no seats in Premium Economy, and that he could offer my parents-in-law 'two seats at the back'. I asked if he meant at the back of Premium Economy, and he replied, 'No, at the back of the plane'. At this point, myself and my father-in-law pointed out that they had paid for Premium Economy tickets and expected seats there. He never took his eyes off the screen once. Then he hit a button and it printed out two boarding passes for my parents-in-law. The seats were directly across from my seat. He had gone from saying there were no seats to somehow finding two together. No explanation, no eye contact, nothing. The flight: As we boarded, our first introduction to the flight was the stewardess at the entrance addressing a passenger with an annoyed and loud voice about a bag that belonged to them. That was not promising. The seats were good, and so were all the accessories. The food, etc.: we had flown with Virgin on our outward journey and I could not fault it. The service and food was excellent, the stewards very helpful, offering additional drinks and snacks. The toilets were more accessible than Delta, which were in the economy area and were told in no uncertain terms that we should not use the First Class toilets, even though they were much closer to our section of the plane. We had a menu for both flights, yet when I asked for the chicken dish on Delta, I was told that there was none left and that there was another chicken dish with mashed potatoes and that 'it was fine'. This was almost pushed on me before I could answer. I was sitting 3 rows from the front of the section, so I was surprised that they had already run out. I repeated that I would like the chicken dish on the menu, and asked whether she would be able to get one from her colleague who was serving in the other aisle. The stewardess replied 'No, that's not how it works!' It always has on previous flights, so I was a bit confused. I accepted that I would have to opt for the pasta option (no choice), but was a little perturbed by her response. Minutes later she returns and hands me the chicken dish I had originally asked for. I had already started eating the other one, but was told curtly that I could have both. This was the same stewardess who was shouting at a passenger as we boarded the plane. The food was very poor in the end, nowhere near as good as Virgin's. Unlike Virgin, there was no starter, no bread roll, just a main and a brownie served in a cardboard container. Virgin had provided real china and glass. Unlike Virgin, they did not return to ask if we wanted more drinks, and there was no tea or coffee served after the meal. The breakfast that was served later was equally poor and inedible, apart from the fruit. At the time, the stewardess, a different one, completely walked past my mother-in-law and did not offer her a hot drink. Both my parents-in-law are in their mid to late 80s, they have been world travellers in their time and had decided that this would be the last flight that they ever take. They have health problems, including memory issues. I feel that overall the journey back to London was pretty unpleasant for them especially, and that they were treated badly, especially by the ground staff. We have lived on two continents and are used to long haul flights, and I have to say that this is up there in the worst flight category. Bearing in mind that we had paid extra money expecting comfort and additional attention, it was extremely disappointing. I would fly Virgin again, but never Delta. The two flights were incomparable.

Needed a 6 hour lay over in Atlanta. How can this be avoided ?

These airplanes should be illegal. The seats are two tight, it is a safety issue. Wheelchair support was ridiculously slow. We almost missed our flight.

I had a terrible experience. My flight got delayed from Atlanta to Chicago on Monday April 6, 2026, and that led to me missing my next flight to Brussels. United Airlines didn’t provide me with any accommodation for shelter. I had to sleep at the airport in Chicago. The next flight I was put on didn’t leave until the evening hours of Tuesday 4/7/2026.

Just a bad day to fly. Flight was delayed from scheduled 6:50 pm departure to 8:50 pm. Combination of factors mostly related to weather at the destination airport (which is where the incoming flight originated) which delayed the inbound flight over an hour. Once on board, we taxied but had to hold again on the taxiway for 10 minutes or so. We did not get wheels up until after 9 pm. The flight was smooth but about 18 minutes from our destination, we had to hold for several minutes more due to weather at ORD. We finally landed at ORD about 11:08 pm (accounting for the time difference, that was about a 3 hour delay from our scheduled departure time). It felt like we were never going to get to our destination. But the flight crew and attendants were very good. The movie selection onboard was also very nice. Got to watch half of a movie just during our taxi from the gate at ATL due to the delay!

Everything was great except for the boarding process. Everyone is lining up all at the same time and it’s hard to tell between the groups as they are way too large.

Gate agent at Frankfurt was terrible. She denied PRE boarding even as it was printed on the boarding pass. Refused to look at the boarding pass and literally shouting for no reason. Frankfurt airport has horrible and rude staff who avoids trying to answer any question at all. Overall, horrible experience.

Excellent experience. Starting with the agent at the Premier bag drop who noticed I was very early for my scheduled flight and offered to rebook me on an earlier flight with my seat preference. She would not let me leave the counter until she knew that all of the changes and new boarding pass showed up on my United app. At the gate, the flight boarded quickly such that we departed early and the flight was smooth. We arrived 20 minutes early at ORD and I was able to be home in time for dinner. One of the best flights I've had.

Cramped seat even in economy plus seat 10A. Over booked flight, no space for the bags

The agents was very rude and they charged me $50 for a carry-on bag saying that it was too big and then I saw someone going on a plane with the same size bag as me

My flight was delayed. They boarded us, then no sooner were we on the plane, they made us get off again and wait another 45 minutes before doing it all over again.

Nice clean aircraft. Friendly crew. On time. Easy flight change.

So overall the flight was just average and nothing special. They overbooked some of the flights and they ended up running out of overhead storage space so we had to check our carry-ons which wasn't terrible but we were inconvenienced because of the second connecting flight with a long layover we couldn't get our bags until the final destination. Most of the flight attendants were pretty good and overall the meals were not that great because the chicken was dry and overcooked. They also didn't provide butter or any kind of spread with the bread which is cheap and concerning. The American airlines staff at the check-in counter was kind of unprofessional because this lady just started singing in the middle of checking us in and that's weird. The worst part of the flights was the terrible conditions of the bathrooms which were unclean and did not have toilet paper or toilet tissue available which is kind of insane for a 14-hour and 8 and 1/2 hour flight.

No gate in Rome. Had stairs. Got separated from my wife in a wheel chair. Customs was a zoo. If AA doesnt have landing rights, it should be advertised.

Several delays. Next flight was worse. Did not arrive home until 2am PT

3 hours late. Not even water offered on a 2.25 hour flight.

Just about made it for the next flight. They need to put in longer layovers if they know they close the gate 10 min before they take off. I will never do a layover for less than 90 minutes

The flight was on time and we had no troubles.

Again, multiple delays and I eventually just canceled and drove!

When we exited the plane our wheelchair wasn’t there. The Pilot and co pilot were so nice and helped us locate it. Great service.

The seat back TV was great rather than wifi movies. Easier to get on.

My seat was changed from window to middle. I do not like sitting in the middle which is why I chose a window seat.
