Spent over an hour negotiating for a measly $50 credit afterward. A month ago in a similar situation United folks were vvery apologetic and immediately gave a $150 credit. Disappointed in JetBlue service, and cleaning crew!

Cons: First of all, i was schedules to leave at 2p, then was changes to 230p, then 330p, then 4p, when we got on plane it was after 5p, then was about to take off they had to tuen around because of pilot issues, then they had to wait to see if a crew could take us to ft lauderdale then they say they have a crew that can only take us to jfk, then when we got there another one will take us to ft lauderdale needless to say it is 753p, and we just landed to jfk, and i have work in the am which i was supposed to be in Jacksonville. Cons: JetBlue delays empty flights until Full to Pomce or From Ponce. Dice people who usually travel are old person is easily managed to feed them with mechanical problems or some other excuse. This route back or forth only works on time in high season, which usually are the common holidays of the year, other than this skip it, the delays turns flight into a nightmare pushing the wait, and travel, as a direct flight to Los Angles leaving form San Juan or a total hour of 10+

Cons: Notified flight was delayed over 2 hrs.. while at airport outside of screening an announcement that they are boarding our flight.this is an hour plus prior to the time on the board. When I realized that my boarding pass was no longer on my phone I had to go to get a pass. Male/ White older, was totally negative and not helpful except to tell me he could get me out the next day. Other workers picked up the ball and got me a pass and escorted me through tsa... then we sit on the plane for another half hr before leaving. Ridiculous!

Pros: Airline employees were very polite and helpful in spite of three hour delay. Especially wheelchair attendants Darrel and Clarence. And Chuck who kept us advised from check in to boarding plane. Flight personnel were also very pleasant.
Cons: In Ny wheel chair attendants were late.. all those needing assistance had to with difficulty, make it up to gate while rest of passengers disembarked. Only flight crew showed interest in getting wheel chairs.

Pros: I like the professional approach of the airline and the staff. Seats are really comfortable and i did not need my sleeping pillow at all as the headrest of my seat was already so comfortable.

Just like other airlines, now have started feeling that Economy class travellers are being approached with bit biased approach in hospitality though they have major contribution in meeting flight running expenses. All airlines should start considering this fact and improve the overall approach.

Pros: My flight was canceled and Virgin Atlantic gave us a free room in the hotel Ramada. My next flight was at 18:55 and I asked Virgin Atlantic agent am I allowed to stay in the room until time for my flight comes, he confirmed yes and gave me breakfast, lunch, and dinner voucher. However, next day around 12 I got call from Front Desk that I have to leave my room right away because it's time to chack out and If I want to stay longer I have to pay. I called Virgin Atlantic agancy again and the agent run my information and said to me I can stayin the room longer. After that I called front desk to confirm that but they said they didn't hear anything from Virgin Atlantic and I have to leave the room by 1pm. All of this was really unpleasant!
Cons: I didn't like anything. I didn't like the communication between Virgin Atlantic with travelers, communication between Virgin Atlantic and hotel Ramada. Everything was really poorly.

Cons: I didn't make it to Siem Reap because the first leg of the trip from IAD to London was cancelled by Virgin Atlantic after it was fully boarded. The excuse was that a flight attendant had food poisoning and was unable to fly and so the entire flight was cancelled. The Virgin team seemed unconcerned and showed NO sense of urgency to try and get people rebooked. Their solution was to rebook everyone on an evening flight the next day. If a passenger was only going to London, that was probably fine. But for people with connecting flights -- or like me with multiple connecting flights -- that wasn't acceptable.

Cons: No option to book food option 24 hours before as could check in could not been done earlier than 24 hours before flight. I logged exactly 24 hrs before filled in details which took a few minutes by that time said too late to book special meal.

Cons: Once In London, we were told by British Airways that was flying us to Nice that Delta had “lost” our infant electronic ticket - It took 1.5h to get new ticket reissued! We missed our connection and had to wait 3 more hours for the next flight - We were somewhat lucky as multiple flights were delayed/cancelled that day - I will avoid using Virgin Atlantic in the future as they need Delta and British operate their flights and this makes it prone to issues like that

Pros: The entertainment selection was good, though I didn't need to see the blurb about having vloggers available before every movie. One of the very few airlines to use boarding by rows, which speeds up the boarding process.
Cons: The legroom is very cramped, pretty difficult to eat your meal with the seat in front reclined. The crew were not very attentive: they completely missed me while I was waving the rubbish on their collection rounds. In the end I had to dump it myself in the toilet bins. The PA system is too loud compared to the rest of the entertainment, had to remove the headphones for each one of them.

Cons: Virgin Upper Class seats are cramped, with very limited stowage space. Turning the seat into a lay flat bed (and returning it seat at the end of the flight) takes some effort--not the simplest of processes. I'm not tall, but my feet protruded into the aisle so I was being disturbed whilst sleeping. Seat is also quite narrow--feels quite claustrophobic when sleeping.

The rntertainment choices were very limited unless you enjoy superhero movies or a very limited range of audio/musical selections. So it goes in coach class.

Cons: My flight to PDX was quite bumpy so food and beverage service were impacted, which I totally understand. However, the fact that I was not served at all, does not sit well with me! They had to stop service with only a few rows left to go due to turbulence but rather it just being a delay in service, the flight attendants never came back to check on the customers they hadn’t served even when the seat belt lights turned off. I really enjoy flying Delta but not this time!

Pros: Was tired and the FA helped me find a row that I could stretch out on and relax. After a long trip from Moscow, the FA's volunteering to help and accommodate a beleaguered traveler was most appreciated!

Cons: Don't like how you don't get your seat assignment until you get to the gate. I was given the window seat in the very last row for a 6 hour flight, quite uncomfortable. I could've booked another airline for a similar price and picked the seat i wanted at booking. They ran out of food choices by the time they got to the last row, so we were given whatever was left. Delayed because one of the bathroom doors wasn't working, 30 min later still wasn't fixed and ultimately they decided to go without it.

Pros: The staff onboard was friendly and attentive. They made every effort to make sure I had whatever I wanted. Boarding was quick and easy. The onbaord entertainment system had a large selection and I was never without something worth watching.
Cons: The first class accommodation isn't as good as advertised. The seat is supposed to completely recline allowing you to sleep. Unfortunately if you're 6 foot or taller there isn't enough room. Other airlines like Emirates gives you more room in their business class so it's disappointing to see United 1st class is so cramped. The screens for the onboard entertainment system in first class are lower quality then those used in coach.

When it came time to board the international flight, they screwed up our boarding passes and made us wait until the end to board. We were zone 1, priority boarding. The tv screens were very small and so glitchy I stopped watching my movie halfway through. The connector flight from philly to NYC was much more comfortable and had beautiful screens.

Cons: Online check in wouldn't let us add luggage. No entertainment. No choice of food. uncomfortable seats.

Pros: Lufthansa will always be my choice airline. Their staff are nicely dressed, accommodating and well mannered.
Cons: On this trip back to Dublin, our flight from Munich to Dublin was delayed for over two hours. It would be nice for Lufthansa to at least offer the passengers something to eat or drink while on board waiting for such a long time.

Cons: Our plane sat on turnac in Toronto waiting for a parking gate for 30minutes making us miss our connecting flight. Finally arrived but missed our train to Florence had to stay Saturday night in Rome while our villa in Lucca sat empty which was paid for

Pros: The crew again was great. The cheese sandwich was also excellent. I wasn't expecting a sandwich on a 2 hour flight and this was a welcome surprise.
Cons: Boarding took a long time, but that was a product of having to bus everyone out to the plane for boarding. They also crammed way too many people onto the bus. Would have been more efficient to load quickly and go as another bus was already waiting.

Cons: Altho I checked in on line in advance, i was unable to print my boarding pass . Lufthansa very little space for check in & luggage at Charles de Gaule and staff advised me to arrive at 4am for 7:45am departure so I could stand in line to get boarding pass and deposit luggage. I did so. Wait was not too long. Security was fast by comparison.

Pros: Flight Delayed from EWR. But the connecting flight to mumbai was not allowed to boarded. Since the gate closed even though the flight was still there. On top of it, the flight that was provided as an alternative was again with a stopover, so now, we had two stop over and extra 14 hours of layover time. Did not offer hotel stay or transit visa. was stuck in airport. Very much disappointed with Lufthansa. Will never take this flight nor will allow my friends and family to take one ever again.

Cons: Miss the flight due to too short of transfer time. As a professional you guys should know better to have such tight transfer time. I want credit for my major inconvenience

Cons: The flight was delayed and there was no one at the counter to get any information for several hours. When there finally was someone there they were not very helpful.

Cons: I was allergic to ingredients in the in-flight meal. There were no additional options left by the time food got to me. The crew was indifferent about my allergy and seemed offended when I returned the food uneaten.

Cons: The plane was late arriving and we had to sit on the tarmac after we got to Frankfurt for a while which made us only have 15 minutes to go through customs and get our connecting flight. The staff would not let us get off first on the plane even though I told them we were very very late. Ridiculous to have to wait for people to stand in the aisles and get their baggage from above. This makes others late and very inconsiderate. Charge people that use the overhead compartment!!

Cons: Because of mechanical errors in our point of origin (NJ, USA) we were unable arrive on time in Germany to make this connecting flight. Very very disappointed in United Airlines. Will never travel with them again.

Pros: I was seated in an exit row and there were pillows and blankets made available to every passenger.
Cons: The scheduling of the in flight events made no sense. The cabin was dimmed for take off (logical, given that it was a red-eye). However, once we were at altitude, the lights were put back on to serve dinner. Several people were woken up by this and it took like 1.5 hrs because its a big plane. Also, it was like 9-10pm local time by this point so dinner made no sense! Then the lights were dimmed and people tried to sleep. The lights were turned on 1.5 hrs prior to landing to serve a light breakfast. So, 6.5 hr red-eye turned into about 3.5 hrs of actual sleeping time. I would've preferred to be left alone and given a bigger breakfast.

Cons: Old fashioned entertainment systems where you can't choose when you want to watch something you have to start watching at the same time as everyone. Flight advertised as Lufthansa was United both ways, there is a big difference between the service in both. United makes you pay to choose your seat like a budget carrier so everyone is angry about the seat they're in. Won't be flying them again if possible!

Pros: My checked bag made the connection even though I was stressed getting through the Munich flight transfer. I was really worried!

Cons: The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!

Cons: We were allowed to choose our seats from SFO to Amsterdam but not for the return flight. I like to be able to choise my seats when I book the flight. Choosing seats 24 hours before is not convenient when traveling for the return trip.

Cons: The seat I had with no seats in front of me was very small. Much smaller than the other economy seats because the tray table and video screen were in the armrests. Paid extra for the legroom by ended up losing it side to side. Really had to squeeze into the seat.

Cons: Delay again... seems to be pretty frequent on KLM flights at least on the ones I flew with in the past 4 years... this time it was 3hours wait due to a technical issue... no alternative flight option and we ended up getting a very old plane as a replacement. In addition people at info terminals are disorganized and not kind at all..

Cons: Departure was scheduled with one hour delay. When everyone was boarded they mentioned a leaking toilet. It took them 1,5 hours to disable the toilet. In the mean time, no drinks, no snacks, nothing. So we should depart at 18:00 but it became 19:30. Our first drinks and meal was no earlier then 21:00. The crew should have anticipated better that the technical problem would at least take one hour and give everyone a drink at least.
