I was expecting to fly in a Japanese airline because that what I bought, very disappointed finding out the change of airline without any explanation.
Excellent. There were setbacks, but it had nothing to do with the crew. Mostly, mechanical which delayed our flight.
It was so disappointed trip by unexpected company's fault delay. It had taken 3 hours delay for mechanical maintenance plus another 3 hours for bad weather.
SEA HND sector internet only worked for the last 2.5hrs of flight….. never had this kind of incident with other airlines
12 of the 14 hours were in the dark, all during daylight. Didn’t use my light because it disturbed other people it was illuminating. 14 hours sitting upright in a cramped space was horrible.
I’ve always had pleasant experiences with ANA and that has made me a loyal customer.
The staff is amazing, I cannot stress that enough! The food is really good and snacks at stations to take for yourselves. Economy seating is fine, not the most comfortable, but our friends in Premium Economy said they were very comfortable! Decent entertainment options, but being built in, you have to use their cheap headsets unless you have your own plug in ones. I only have Bluetooth earbuds.

I chose my seat for the window: there wasn’t a window in my row. The charging function for my device didn’t work.
Waited a long time at JFK to board with no information being readily available.Left about 45 minutes late and it was 2:45 AM in JFK.Nothing todo. Second deck of the Airbus is more comfortable or seems that way because there is less people. Food was OK. The food on secondleg was better as we had ordered it before hand. We thought we had did that on the long first leg but we were told we did not. Cabin crew was generally nice. There are people who lean back when eating as they wait for food to be delivered and know no one will check -- drag. TV selection was awful movies OK. Comfortable all in all.
Not enough seat cushion. Butt was hurting especially on long flight. Not enough movie selection. Entertainment was outdated. Coffee served was cold. Other than that flight was good.
Humm, I should have known that the seat I peaked on my flight from Inchon to Manila was designed for a toddler or very small person.
The staff hold my luggage to steel and exchange my stub, i was very disappointed.
Kayak along with airfare assay are attempting to steal my money. Charges are being pressed.
