Once you’re past security, you have to take the tram to your gate area. It’s quick and easy.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Aug 2026
If you have any trouble walking, ask for a wheelchair. They are very nice and FAST.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jul 2026
Super easy to park in the Economy Lot #1 and take the shuttle to the terminal.
MariaFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jul 2026
I dont think any of local airlines now offering food for flying under 4 hours, so if you fly with kids or during your lunch/dinner time. Pack your own food or you will only get tiny bag of pretzels or peas during your trip.
PatriciaFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jun 2026
Seattle is a huge complicated airport. Allow time to change gates if your passing through. And to get thru TSA and to your gate can take time
NoahFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jun 2026
They may offer to gate check your rolling luggage for free at SeaTac if full flight.
GabrielFlew with Condor-Jun 2026
Bring your own food, show up a couple hours early and be prepared.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jul 2026
Do your best to make this trip without checking any luggage.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Aug 2026
Be prepared to have a very difficult time checking in if you are not technology savvy. I could not figure out how to check in. It made me scan with my phone to check in, but I couldn’t figure out how to do it and then an employer was there pushed buttons on the kiosk and printed up a boarding pass. Where did customer service go?! and then, we had to wait in a huge long long long line just to drop off the bag. Be certain you give yourself extra time for all of this chaos. Flying is getting worse and worse every time I fly.
NoahFlew with Alaska Airlines-Aug 2026
JFK airport was really hard to navigate, and security line took nearly 45 minutes; we nearly missed our connection to fly from JFK to San Paulo, Brazil.
ChristineFlew with EVA Air-Apr 2026
Look up the actual seating room on the plane you fly, especially if you're over 5'3" and flying economy. EVA Air does provide vegetarian meals by early order and they seem to be vegan.
MaryFlew with Alaska Airlines-Apr 2026
Also there is a lot of walking always make sure you have enough time in between flights get situated on your gate and tsa then use the restroom and snacks it helps alot
SarahFlew with ANA-Apr 2026
Google Maps and Google translate are your friends! Also, make sure to have cash, most places do accept card, but in the big markets, more places will be cash only.
JerryFlew with Alaska Airlines-Apr 2026
Bring your own entertainment or download a movie on your computer/tablet ahead of time.
AngelitaFlew with Korean Air-Mar 2026
Get an earliest flight as possible because of less traffic
Verified travelerFlew with Air Canada-Apr 2026
Be prepared to have your carryon forced to be checked luggage which will add to the time if you have connecting flights and want to get your carry on for your longer trip
AndrewFlew with Alaska Airlines-Apr 2026
If you are using ride share (uber, lyft) start the process right away as the wait can be long.
MicheleFlew with Alaska Airlines-May 2026
Be sure your actually getting window seats before paying extra fees.
GFlew with Hawaiian Airlines-Mar 2026
Bring your own food on the plane. Don't expect much.
MarkFlew with Delta-Mar 2026
If you're not in 1st class, you'll want a seat cushion. We were in comfort extra and both had sore tailbones. Seats very uncomfortable after a couple of hours.
NancyFlew with Icelandair-Apr 2026
Be careful of your carry-on bags and bring your own food! Also bring a cushion to sit on. This is worse than spirit airlines!
DebraFlew with Alaska Airlines-Feb 2026
Seattle TSA much improved. Faster service. Baggage check-in ok. I'm sure will get faster as people get used to it.
RogerFlew with STARLUX Airlines-Feb 2026
Check out the menu before you board, and if you have time utilize the Galactic Lounge at T2
RickFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jan 2026
Seattle customs is easy. No crowds. Another big hike. Wear walking shoes.
GFlew with Hawaiian Airlines-Feb 2026
Bring your own tasty snacks because the provided food is average airplane food. Bring your own entertainment; download to your phone to watch something interesting.
ChristineFlew with Hawaiian Airlines-Dec 2025
Arrive early to go through security unless you have TSA pre check and/or CLEAR
AvikFlew with Delta-Dec 2025
Pack food I guess , especially if traveling with little Kids
rsmrostovFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jan 2026
If you have a small personal bag and a personal item you will be hustled to consolidate snacks on the flight of very poor so bring your own food and if you have an Android phone you likely will have issues connecting to Wi-Fi on the plane especially if the connection was dropped in the middle of watching a movie and then you attempt to reinstate it sometimes you have to clear browsing history and cookies becomes painful
Verified travelerFlew with Turkish Airlines-Nov 2025
If you have food allergies best take your own food on the flight. Take some kind of snack.
Verified travelerFlew with Hawaiian Airlines-Jul 2025
Flying Alaska is great you just need to hours ahead to check in to TSA but other than that it felt safe and assured.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jul 2025
Give yourself extra time. Love the self check in options.
KeithFlew with Icelandair-Jun 2025
The boarding was good but the line for check-in is pushed off to the side because of the recent construction. It’s fine but cramped as people jostle to get checked in. Also, we weren’t able to use our online check in and printed boarding pass so we had to basically check in twice.
KimberlyFlew with Delta-Jul 2025
Ask for headphones to watch screen movies as all of mine are bluetooth and that will not work. Bring own food and wait until plane moves before hooking up to Deltawifi.
Verified travelerFlew with Hawaiian Airlines-Jun 2025
Make sure to be there on time because the bag drop off can be a little complicated and it takes quite some time to get to the gate.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jun 2025
Order ahead or bring own meal on plane
Verified travelerFlew with Frontier-Jun 2025
Wish I had known the seats were so uncomfortable. Wish I had known checked bags and carry on bags were 75 each. Wish I didn't have to wait so long in line with only one clerk working. Wish I had known we were going to have to take a bus from the gate to our airplane. Wish I had known the seat space is smaller than any other airline I have flown. I do not recommend Frontier.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Mar 2025
Alaska Air is very efficient & on-time so allow enough time to get luggage, go thru Customs & Immigration, & long security lines. Terminals in SEA are readily accessible by trains but more signage is needed. Fortunately, Information booths are everywhere & are manned by very helpful staff.
ShuraFlew with Alaska Airlines-Apr 2025
Don’t . Delta has all the gates together for easy transfers and much more food and beverage selection
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Mar 2025
If you have a rental car, give yourself time to catch the shuttle to the airport. Also be aware traffic is awful and will often be standstill on the way to the airport.
Verified travelerFlew with EVA Air-Mar 2025
Arrive early at the airport. Bring personal items like toothbrush and toothpaste if needed because it’s a long flight. If you’re flying with Eva, I don’t think you’ll need more than that.
JanFlew with Alaska Airlines-Apr 2025
Again snacks unless you want to eat prior or order ahead of time for flight. Wear layers as usually warm or as my case a little cool.
SuzetteFlew with Alaska Airlines-May 2025
Take a shower before arriving at airport and don't wear perfume at all! Pack bags tight, so boarding is smooth and quick.
DanielFlew with Alaska Airlines-May 2025
Seatac has gnarly traffic right now, took 35min to get from highway exit to the terminal
Verified travelerFlew with British Airways-Apr 2025
Make sure you have plenty of time between flights if you are delayed.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Dec 2024
Be courteous of your fellow travelers. Remember the carry on baggage rules. Keep your jackets out of the storage bin on full flights. Don't move other people's luggage from one bin to another. Step out of the isle as quickly as you can. Be sure you're in the seat(s) assigned to you.
Verified travelerFlew with British Airways-Feb 2025
Don’t take a flight if you sick, or if you have no choice prepare to stay covered with mask throughout the flight
Verified travelerFlew with Air Canada-Jan 2025
Be careful about directions. Best to ask representatives about proper gate.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Oct 2024
SeaTac lets you make an appointment to get through security. SpotSaver. No cost. Online.
KimberleyFlew with Alaska Airlines-Nov 2024
Pack snacks and patience. Ear plugs or noise-cancelling headphones are a must!
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Oct 2024
TSA lines in Seattle can get very long early in the day. Also, plan to return your rental car early since you have to take a shuttle bus to the terminal and those lines can get long early in the day, too. Currently there is construction in the North Terminal, so be prepared for moving around barriers. The day I flew out, the escalators were not working.
BarbFlew with Delta-Sep 2024
Try not to get to the airport too early. We came off of a cruise and had a 6 hour wait. Unlike MSP, SEATAC didn’t have free WiFi. But, McDonald’s did. And the three hours before the flight we used the Delta Lounge which is always amazing.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Sep 2024
Bring your own food or eat before boarding. Get to that airport 3 hours early for a domestic flight, the TSC screening line was 45 minutes long and if you have to walk to the other side of the terminal you might have to run.
JoanFlew with Alaska Airlines-Nov 2024
SeaTac should add sand to the painted floor from the terminal to the light rail. It is VARY slippery when wet and the northwest (Seattle) is known for rain.
BrandonFlew with Alaska Airlines-Oct 2024
Arrive to the Seattle airport much earlier than you would the Indianapolis airport. This might be obvious, but the Seattle airport is much larger than the Indianapolis one.
StephenFlew with Alaska Airlines-Oct 2024
Buy food in the larger terminals. Gate S was an outpost
KathyFlew with Alaska Airlines-Sep 2024
Bring warm clothing, a blsnket, your own water to keep hydrated.
DeeFlew with Alaska Airlines-Sep 2024
Arrive early as repairs and construction underway at Seatac.
ReidFlew with United Airlines-Oct 2024
SeaTac does not have a very good or equitable system for security lines. First class passengers don’t have a TSA precheck option, while there are only 2 TSA precheck lines on opposite sides of the terminal. Highly recommend getting TSA plus Clear, as the airport heavily favors this combination, with each section of the terminal having one of these options. I almost missed my flight because the only TSA precheck line was about 45 minutes long.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jul 2024
Generally Alaska Airlines have very friendly and helpful people in my experience. They don’t have TVs in all planes so make sure to download their app if you want entertainment on the plane.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jul 2024
Fill or buy a bottle with screw on cap with water for flight. If you have to get up and down it can be placed behind the seat in of you.
KateFlew with Alaska Airlines-Aug 2024
Get to the airport early. It’s much busier than the Columbus airport. It’s worth going earlier so you aren’t anxious about missing your flight.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Aug 2024
Burbank Airport is the best place to start your travels: small airport, short lines, and easy check in.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jun 2024
Get to the airport with plenty of time before your flight. Sea-Tac is one busy airport!
Verified travelerFlew with Qatar Airways-Jun 2024
Bring a seat cushion to add to your comfort
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jul 2024
bring wireless earphones and chargers. you have to use your own phone if you want to watch movies or tv onboard.
FrankFlew with Alaska Airlines-Aug 2024
Make sure you have seat assigned at check in or you will have to wonder and be on a wait list.
kabirFlew with American Airlines-Aug 2024
Red eye flights can be a full flight. If possible, upgrade your seat. Stay away from sitting by flight attendant
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Aug 2024
The airport is busy and a mess with construction. There is a train to take so account for extra time.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jun 2024
If you like your feet warm, avoid wearing sandles. Cool air blew across my feet for almost four (4) hours.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jul 2024
They will not wait for anyone so make sure you are there with plenty of time to spare
Verified travelerFlew with United Airlines-Jul 2024
Budget if you’re planning on shopping for meals or souvenirs at Sea-Tac, it’s not cheap.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jul 2024
Seattle is a busy gate. Find your gate first as connections may involve underground tram.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jul 2024
Arrive early. Busy airport and rental car return is far from Airport

Flight was delayed 9-1/2 hours. Make sure you have somewhere to go in you have to check out of your hotel.
Verified travelerFlew with Frontier-Aug 2024
Get there very early. The Seattle airport is nuts! I got there three hours early and barely made my flight!
Verified travelerFlew with Lufthansa-Apr 2024
If you don't have checked luggage, no need to be in a rush to line up. There will be a spot for your little carry-on rollie bag, so relax until the line is down to board the plane.
lizFlew with Asiana Airlines-May 2024
Do try to snooze on long haul flights, bring a good book to read, choose an aisle seat.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Apr 2024
Always come early so you don’t experience waiting times
ElaineFlew with Alaska Airlines-May 2024
If you have any metal in your body (e.g., spinal fusion screws) make sure you get in the line for the TSA security screening booth that makes you stand on the yellow marks with your arms over your head. I wish I had known this before I wasted time in the alternate line with the walk-through detector.
BrentFlew with Alaska Airlines-May 2024
Seattle is a cluster, too. You have to enter at one end of the terminal to check bags, walk to the other end of the terminal for non-Pre-TSA security checks, then back again to the starting end fir the boarding gates.
Verified travelerFlew with Air Canada-May 2024
If you are a solo traveler with intentions to not check bags then bring a flexible bag or smaller suitcase in case they put you on the small and dirty planes for your short connections.
PeggyFlew with Alaska Airlines-May 2024
Bring earbuds or head phones to watch movies on your electronic devices. The plane doesn’t have a screen for showing movies.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Apr 2024
We arrived at the suggested 3 hours but sat for a long time. Maybe shorten your arrival to 2.5 hours
JayFlew with Alaska Airlines-May 2024
Bring entertainment since there are no screens available to watch movies or check on current map of destination.
KirbyFlew with WestJet-Apr 2024
Get to the gate early. They made their final boarding call like 25 minutes before departure
Verified travelerFlew with British Airways-Apr 2024
Bring a sack lunch -- airport food was very expensive.
Verified travelerFlew with Delta-Mar 2024
1.5hr early arrival for redeye flight was enough.
MelissaFlew with Alaska Airlines-May 2024
Bring your own snacks because they will not feed you any kind of a big meal and it’s five hours. It’s a long time to wait without food. You do get a pretzel bag and a cookie and two drinks but that’s not enough.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Feb 2024
Alaska is a great airline and price is great, but be flexible on time. Pack a lunch and bring a water bottle to fill up beyond the check point…
LaurenFlew with Delta-Feb 2024
If you have kids, bring your own screens. We were counting on the inflight entertainment and it was a definite letdown. Also, TSA Pre-check is only available at station 2, but wait times are posted at each station so you can see if it’s worth the walk.
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Jan 2024
have devices fully charged- no charging ports and no outlets gate check your bags because the compartments are SOOOO tiny and there is room for maybe 60% of the passengers to place items in these compartments
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Feb 2024
Keep an eye on boarding time. At SEATAC, if you are not sitting at your exact gate, you cannot hear boarding announcements.
Verified travelerFlew with Air Canada-Jan 2024
Be prepared to have carry on luggage checked as overhead bins are very small and plane we flew on was old
Verified travelerFlew with Alaska Airlines-Feb 2024
Be sure to measure your wheels for carry on my luggage was the correct size but the wheels made it over so had to check my bag wasn't happy about that since you have to pay for checked should at least get one free.

Flight was delayed 1.5 hours. Inflight WiFi did not work. Servide in first class was very good.

The plane was clearly new and very clean. Flight attendants were attentive and pleasant. I liked the new access to wifi.

I paid extra to choose my seat. I chose a window seat. I don’t know if it was a disconnect between KAYAK or the airline but when we got to the airport, the seat was changed to a middle seat. Didn’t notice it til at the gate. I called wanted a refund and was told that I didn’t choose the seat even though on my KAYAK reservation it showed seat 12 A. So I paid extra for seat selection, but didn’t get it. And also did not get a refund. I specifically pay the extra for a seat selection. I normally am very happy with Alaska Airlines. They are usually in my top three of choices.

very cramped in seating, especially when person in front of us put their seat back.

SeaT was a mess, couldn't get our wheelchair service. Had to walk all the way to N. Once we found our flight. Check in and baggage was terrible.

I was not made aware that the seat I paid extra money for would not recline. This was an over night flight, with a seat that was designed to not recline. Flight was on time. Crew was polite and efficient. SEAT DID NOT RECLINE. HOW DO YOU SLEEP WITH A SEAT THAT DOES NOT RECLINE? I WAS NOT TOLD THAT THE SEAT WOULD NOT RECLINE.

Pretty good flight. Airport lounge was dirty, crowded, and noisy.

They sat me in a better row and seat. Was not squished like the flight from Tucson to Seattle. Because I was in a wheelchair, everyone was very solicitous. Great flight. The only thing that disappointed me was there was no WiFi.

Gated at different concourse than was supposed to be, with tight connexion

The bags arrived much later than expected. The boarding was done slowly. The taxi time was too long at SEA. It is a bad airport for international connections.

Comfortable seats. Nice service online. Short flight, so not a lot of time to enjoy.

The flight was done by SkyWest only WIFI no entertainment center are available on the CRJ

Everything worked smoothly, never had a concern with the flight from start to finish.

My flight was delayed by 4 hours in 30 minute increments. The gate agents were amazing but the communication was not. We were told that there was a maintenance issue but they didn't know what it was. That didn't inspire confidence. Then they said they found it and it was fixed and the pilot just needed to sign off. Then the pilot needed to talk to the other pilot from the arriving flight and we'd be fine. Then we were waiting for the pilot to call back. Then the maintenance issue wasn't fixed. Then they decided we were getting a new plane (why didn't they decide this earlier??). Fine. But then they announced we were changing gates AND terminals. And we were boarding in 20 minutes. So we all had to run to the new terminal gate. We could have taken off at that time, but we then had to wait for all the people who rebooked on a different flight to book this flight again. That took 30+ minutes because there was only one gate agent. When everyone ditched this flight, I saw it as an opportunity to upgrade to comfort. Delta, the greedy jerks they are, charged me $121. After their delay, their fault, their issues, couldn't even discount an upgrade. They only handed out $12 meal vouchers for the delay. I can't even get a snack from starbucks for that.

Love me some Delta. One of the few airlines to recognize and support veterans. Easy boarding, flight was on time and arrived early and the flight attendants were excellent on this flight.

We sat on the runway for over an hour before departure. That was unwelcome.

The Boarding process was great. Particularly since my wife and I require assistance. The flight attendants were amazing. We travel frequently; they honestly were a cut above. 😀

Crew was nice, meal was good. Entertainment had to be rebooted 3 times and still did not work. Turns out there was residue on screen, it needed to be cleaned to prevent the touchscreen buttons from continuously activating. I had entertainment for the last 45 minutes of a 5 hour 45 minute flight. Really unacceptable for first class. Flight attendent indicated your cleaning solution creates this problem. Seems as if this is widely known, you should be using a different product or cleaning better. Really really disappointing which simply added to the wi fi on your planes with reliably never ever works.

Snacks and included beverages were appreciated. Boarding went smoothly. Plenty of overhead bin space. Seats get very uncomfortable after a couple of hours. After waiting 10 painful minutes for my walker, a very nice Delta guest agent pushed me in a wheelchair to the gate. It was finally delivered to me after another 15 minutes . Our checked bag was on the carousel long b4 I was able to retrieve it. Fortunately it was still there but somewhere along the way the straps we used to secure it were removed and and were not reattached. Wish I had made note of the agents name.

The cabin temperature was nice and cool. The wifi was not working.

Flight be on time would be a good start. Then train your flight attendants to be attentive and friendly. This time they completely forgot my row for the measly snack! United, do better!

Our flight was delayed several Times due to mechanical issues. Although I understand this may happen at times, it was very inconvenient and we had to book a hotel for an overnight stay. We were traveling with my 3-yo grandson and waiting at the airport from noon until 6:30pm with no reassurance that our next rescheduled flight would depart, we had to decide what’s best for him. A day later, I found out that I may be able to demand compensation if my flight is delayed more than 4 hours. I will hav to read the fine print next time.

Very comfortable seating and the Flight staff were very attentive. The premium economy section that I was seated in was very clean, updated, and well appointed. I would highly recommend flying United Airlines as this experience was better than the Japan Airlines business class that I flew several months ago.

United needs to step up their game. Delayed flight leaving Seattle, San Francisco. Older aircraft, not very comfortable.

Had to cancel first flight because Airporter Bus took over 3 hrs to get to airport which resulted in an extra $378 dollar fare . Is there anyway I can be reimbursed for initial fare since it was not my fault? Sent from my iPhone EJ Ledet

Delayed by 2.5hrs any longer and they would’ve had to honour their own policy for breaking their own rules and regs. Not cool, especially when I have an infant child that needs to stay on a routine and they get schedules.

They had three choices for snacks - but you could only have one - and they ran out of the dark chocolate before they made it all the way down the aisle... Packed flight - limited service.

They opened my checked bag and even though my lock was tsa approved, they loose my lock and left my bag just like that. Incompetent people, very upset about it. I’ll try to avoid traveling with united

We fly to Ecuador frequently. Checking in is usually a hassle because most United agents take some time before they can verify that my passport doesn't require a visa to Ecuador. This time the process was even longer due to the cyber attack. But she was really nice to us. So glad we brought plenty of snacks to supplement the 3 flights from SEA to GYE.

We had selected seats in the app that were a 2x2 format in the middle of the plane. Our seats when we got on the plane had been moved to the back rows in a 3x1 format. What’s the point of paying up for tickets that allow seat selection if the airline will just change them?

Flight attendants and crew were great! This plane was fine. It was clean and everything worked properly. Now, the gate change was not communicated. No text or information. It wasn't far with the gate change but it still changed without any communication. Not sure if this is on American or Kayakl. Also, internet was the worst. I would never have ATT. 3+hr flight and weak internet. I think I watched the commercials to get on at least 6 times. Terrible internet!

We did not have enough time to make our connecting flight. As a result, we were put onto a different airline for our second leg. The different airline was NOT comparable to British Airlines, and our arrival was significantly delayed. The actual flight on BA was amazing.

So excited very proud first of all I wanna thank kayak all updates very professional and fast alart And amazing cabin crew so nice to me they deserve big salute

Great flight - friendly and attentive team! Seats in coach were comfy, but a little cramped - but that is the case with all airlines ;)

Dreadful experience. Our flight was delayed more than 8 hours due to a maintenance issue and the assistance from rebooking was poor. I was travelling with a bad knee and needed assistance waited in one place more than 3 hours before someone came with a wheelchair. The woman next to me was a 91 year old great grandmother who had waited more than 4 hours. There were moments of support from the staff but it appeared as they were going against the direction of management. It was apathy, lack of ownership and dismissive responses with small moments of kindness and understanding typically from grey haired, female, veteran staff..

Everything was great except it became so hot on the plane I couldn’t sleep on my red eye flight. It didn’t really cool down till we started descending.

The only thing is if Wi-Fi is available after you land and taxi to the gate. It takes forever to get to the gate, and having the Wi-Fi continue would be great to bide the time at least 5 minutes before you arrive at the entrance. That is my only comment; otherwise, everything was good.

Airplane was cold. Flight attendants were rude. Phone charger did not work. No food available.

Experience was fine. Seats were cramped, and we had to wait for repairs before we could take of. Even though the door remained open, we were warned that leaving the plane could cause difficulty trying to fly out later. Staff was pleasant, and climate control was fortunately working. We had trouble at the DFW terminal, but I don't think that was AA's fault.

This flight was fine but had no time to breathe as the connection was late from Sea to ORD.. Super stressful. If we checked bags, the trip would have been very distressed.

Seats were new and comfortable. Staff was fine. Missed my connection due to weather -which wasn’t their fault- but got no help at all. Gate staff sent me to customer service, which was and stayed unstaffed. Sign with QR code directed me to call or chat. Chat was useless. Call was returned after an hour. No itinerary offered by Frontier could get me home in less than 30 hours. Rebooked with another airline and got a partial refund that came to about 10 percent of what I paid to get home.

As every law enforcement agency I could imagine surrounded the plane and we didn’t disembark for 2 hours and then had to stick around for another hour to go get our personal belongings after leaving them behind and being bused away from the plane, it was scary and inconvenient. We were given no information as to why this was happening. Lack of communication with passengers was disappointing.

The ticketing agents were rude but then we had a great gate agent very nice we had to ride a buss out to where the plane was parked but it was in some back corner of the airport when we got to the plane the captain who was great btw was cleaning the plane because the same rude ticketing agent told them they we not contracted to vacuum the plane. The ride to las Vegas was fine We had a connecting flight to Dallas. The flight was fine but when we arrived in Dallas everyone who flew on any frontier airlines the picked up bags from baggage claim D15 had to wait over a hour for their bags to start we arrived at 11:30pm ish to the gate we didn't leave the baggage clamed till 12:50 am very not happy and i used to fly frontier 4 times a week for work in Denver i will not be using them again

Terrible communication with weather delay, lost baggage, near impossible to reach customer service

The crew was mostly okay. The flight attendant who answered our questions was curt and unhelpful unfortunately. He seemed upset and I understand having off days.

Flight was delayed one hour. Notification to the crowd waiting near the gate was terrible…announcements were unclear and very hard to hear and therefore understand. Frontier does NOT send texts to notify, only email. The reader board over the gate itself was NEVER updated to indicate the gate had been changed. It’s like a bunch of children are running things.

We’ve all seen the YouTube vids of out of control passengers. But this was an instance of a highly aggressive, bully flight attendant. Yelling in the face of a vet with PTSD who was texting their family. And no , we had not yet been instructed to put our phones in airplane mode. My suggestion is that you should pay whatever difference there is in order to avoid Frontier airlines. Additionally, after 3hrs trying to get customer service frontier offered a $25 voucher. I declined. This experience was so traumatic. To be verbally assaulted and abused by a flight attendant that has the power to say “boo” and I miss my flight ( which was to a family member’s funeral ). Frontier is unsafe and I cannot impress enough how much I discourage anyone ( esp those with any kind of disability like PTSD ) flying on Frontier.

We had to wait in line over an hour just to check our bags. It's a good thing we were so early to the airport. Only one clerk was working and the line was around the corner and down the hall. No good. I felt bad for her. Not sure how she kept her sanity with all the upset people. Then we get to our gate and there is no seating. Everyone was standing. Then I realize it is not a gate at all, we still have to be shuttled to our airplane. Ugh. Then we were late taking off and missed a window of opportunity before the airport runways were shut down for some reason. (not frontier's fault the runway shut down.) The seats on the airline are crammed and there is no cushion. Never had a tighter seating arrangement while flying. My 6' 4" husband was absolutely miserable the whole time with knees digging in to the seat in front of him. You think you are getting a good deal on a ticket, and then wham! I had to pay 75 dollars for our checked bags and 75 dollars for a carry on. No other airline does that!!! And also, there is a 40 pound weight limit on checked bags... Would have been cheaper flying with another airline, and I would have at least gotten a snack and drink. Was thankful for the tiny cup of water at least.

No way to get boarding pass on my phone. In order to print the bag ticket a boarding pass is needed. Asked the agent to print me one, they said they typically do not due this as its so much work. I showed the email confirmation and I asked how i could do it my self the agent replied he did not know as there was no link. The flight was delayed due to an attendant forgetting to come to work. On the flight no drinks were offered only for purchase meals.

I’ve never traveled on Frontier before. If you want basic, no frills, friendly service at great prices then give them a fly!
