Pros: "Jet blue was amazing. They bit only upgraded my seats but they took care of what Hawaiian airlines refused to do due to the virus. Hawaiian cancled my flight home with no notification or warning. Jet blue picked up where they failed and not only rebooked my flight home for me, but contacted Hawaiian on my behalf so it would not cost me any more money. Jet blue was amazing"

While trying to get our original seats back they gave one of the seats away, which meant we had to get a seat without extra leg room and which spilt us up"

I guess it is time we change the way we think"
Flight was fine. BA airlines web site needs improvement. I could not put my boarding pass on my phone. Had to print it. Very frustrating! Not a problem with other airlines I have used.

Pros: "Crew was fantastic. They offered to valet my bag as I was boarding when they saw that it was cumbersome for me. The stewardess put me in a great seat when I was helpful to another passenger upon boarding. Also everyone seemed to be quite attentive and helpful during the covid situation, where people are a bit unnerved. I appreciated the effort to make everyone happy."

Cons: "Late boarding and long wait on runway to be able to take off, thus ensuring connection in Panamá would be missed. Given that one runway was closed due to wind, this is something outside the control of United. Nevertheless, allowing a connecting flight with only 30 minutes between flights would seem to be overly risky, thus any delay upon departure will ensure a missed connection."

I don't understand how this is possible when you know everyone can carry 1 carry-on and 1 personal bag. Even though I had a seat towards the front, I had to go right at the back to stow my carry-on. This caused me to de-board last!"

They jeot saying that the crew at the connection was aware lthat we were a few minutes behind. But after traversing half a building in construction I found a lady closing the still-open gate just to tell me I couldn’t get in because NOW it eas close. They booked me on a morning flught next day. I paid for a big seat on row 1. They gave me a seat 11 rows back. I want a refund and I’ll never fly Spirit ever again."

Cons: "No carry-on luggage? It wasn't clear when we booked the flight. We have 4 kids and we just packed carry-on luggage, which all ended up being needed to checked in. Their price for carry-on or checked in luggage is ridiculous. The flight ended up costing us much more than if we flew other airlines. Also, our flight is scheduled to take off at 5:05am, and there were NOBODY at the counter to help any customer for bag drop less than an hour before the flight. There was a huge line and everybody was rushing through the bag drop line at the last minute and running to the gate in order to make the flight. Terrible!!! Seats were cramped, no entertainment and water will cost you $3! Definitely will not fly Spirit again!"
