Getting off the plain in Dominican Republic and having to pass through migration control there!!

I’m 5’10 and it was tight on a long flight
The flight crew was great, and the aircraft was very nice and clean.
I showed up to the airport 2+ hours early, I tried to check in online, was given a error the said my reservation didn’t exist. When I arrived at the airport I went to the check in counter, when I told them I was checking for a flight to Seattle, i was told that I couldn’t check in because there was a issue with my flight. I was directed to a corner of the terminal. This corner had no chairs or seats for us, we sat there for 2+ hours all the way up to the time our flight was intended to depart. All the while we tried to get information or what was the issue, but we were just stonewalled. Finally past our boarding time were were told the flight was being canceled, and to standby for more information. Another half an hour went by before they told us they were getting us a hotel, and buses to the hotel. So then we waited another 15 minutes or so when they asked us if we had checked in because we needed a ticked to get a room at the hotel. Again we waited in line for 20+ minutes to check in. I had 2 bags to check, one I need at the hotel, the other I did not. They let me check the one bag I could, told me to check the other at the business class check in in the morning to avoid the line, sounds good, or so I thought. So condor gathers us all up, an entire 767 worth of people, and begins hearding us to the buses, they don’t tell us where we’re going, just to follow the one employee, to the 5 or so buses. A large group of us got split off at a set stairs, helping older folks and family with strollers get down the stairs. Now I spent 30 minutes wandering around Frankfurt am main looking for buses. Well they don’t park them out front, they park them out in the middle of nowhere. Finally get to get hotel, it’s a nice hotel. The next morning the lady at the business class desk was extremely rude.

The bathrooms were full so we had to stop in Manchester to empty them and refuel, added 1.5hrs onto the already 11hr flight...ugh. Bad food and only 2 movies unless you pay extra.
There were only two movies for free. You have to pay for all others.
Service was poor, flight attendants were rude.

Did not get the seat according to the seatplan.I booked exit row seat 30..got 30..but exit row was 28.
for the second time on this flight, the onboard devise for credit cards would not accept mine. this is the same card i used to book the flight. i complained to british air last time but they obviously haven't fixed the problem. there seems to be a problem using american credit cards these flights. is is a problem because nothing is free. luck;y a flight attendant did feel bad about it and gave me a glass of water
The crew was sick and one lady kept running to the bathroom?!? The plane was old...

Sitting on the tarmac for an hour before takeoff Cramped seats No beverage service (supposedly, because of turbulence, although other airlines have not let turbulence stop them from serving food and drink)

I didn't appreciate losing my luggage as I came to Canada for a wedding and I didn't have access to my things. The flight was direct so I don't understand why my luggage was lost.

After a delay on my first flight, I managed to get to the gate with a few minutes to spare and the door open. The desk agent refused to let me board the plane.
The food was not available for the business class passengers and we had to take it from economy.
Next-day connecting flight after a delayed arrival and involuntary stopover in Porto due to air traffic over LIS. This time around, the flight took off an hour late because of [guess...] air traffic. Well, my dear LIS management, that's how you sink your national carrier.
Uma antiga queixa minha era o tratamento dispensado pela tripulação da TAP aos passageiros. Muitas vezes faziam o seu serviço sem paciência e até mesmo de forma rude. Nos meus últimos 3 vôos pela TAP, a tripulação vem se mostrando muito mais cordial e até mesmo divertida, sendo bastante simpática. Ainda pode melhorar? Claro que sim, mas agora não tenho mais "medo" de pedir um copo d'água a mais para os comissários.
Sei que a tendência dos vôos low cost é não oferecer muito conforto aos passageiros, mas o espaço entre as cadeiras está ridículo até mesmo para pessoas com estatura mediana como eu (1,80 m). A poltrona, apesar de não reclinar, era até confortável, mas os meu joelhos ficaram espremidos pela poltrona da frente. Sem contar que, para um vôo de 3h, deveria ser disponibilizado algum entretenimento, mesmo que através do wifi (como já fazem as cias. brasileiras - se no Brasil já fazem, qualquer país do mundo é capaz de fazer!)

They gave someone else seats I had reserved for 6 months and that I had paid extra for. I will take that up with the company forewidth
