Great service and comfort level. You can have more of vegetarian food options.

It’s great, long flight and arrive safe at destination

Everything was excellent as I expected. They also had a very caring crew. I had a headache and asked a Tylenol. The crew members kept checking with me how I was doing.

I can't believe they put my wife and I in the two middle seats! It is a very long flight and we had single flyers on either side of us blocking the way to the bathroom! There's no reason to not give one of us the isle seat so we could have managed bathroom needs and snacks with convenience. So I think very poorly of Korean air to put us both in the middle, I've never had that happen before and will probably avoid this airline in the future because of this. We tried to have them change it but they didn't so you pretty much lost a customer because of it.

One of the flight attendants stepped on my foot. I was on the aisle seat. A lady inside needed to get out. So Instood. Just then, a flight attentendant came wuicklybtheoughbthe aisle and stepprd on my sock covered toes. I let out a small sound. She stopped momentarily, but didn’t ask how I was just took off of the aisle. Never came back to see how I was. Fortunately, I was not really hurt other than a slight soreness in my toes. But I found that to be very negligent.

Korean Air is unlike any other major airline I have flown with. The grace and respect that the staff has from check in to de-boarding is unmatched. The flight attendants this time were especially wonderful to my five little children. They helped us rearrange to more suitable seating, brought our children’s meals, and patiently waited for them in the aisles when they had to use the bathroom. We felt so welcome and comfortable. I really appreciate the meal voucher when our flight was delayed. I am grateful to have had such an stress-free experience.

It's good overall. Flight was packed. Inflight entertainment choices were lacking.

They were very accommodating of a dietary issue. Nice movie & tv selections. Non-stop helped get through a very long (15 hr) flight

Not very comfortable seated in the back plane due to turbulence

Great with American Poor with Alaska airlines. 3 hrs isn’t enough to transfer bags from one gate to another 5-6 gates away in the same terminal. Bags essential for cruise were unavailable Flights delayed cascading the problem. (Alaska Airlines responsibility). Very poor execution of operations that should be the simplest aspect of travel.

My flight was several times rescheduled and then finally canceled.

The flight kept getting delayed due to a maintenance issue. That happens, but there is no excuse for changing the gate FIVE TIMES, including one time nearly all the way across SeaTac. After we were delayed for 3+ hours, they did send us (via email) a $12 meal voucher...except you can't find a $12 meal anywhere in that airport, unless you consider a bag of M&M's and a bottle of water a meal. The plane had one problem after another but finally took off 4.5 hours late. This caused us to miss our hotel shuttle at ORD (they didn't run past midnight and it was 3 am) so we had to wait 25 minutes and pay for an Uber. I did get a $50 flight voucher from Alaska...big deal. Barely covers my Uber ride that I shouldn't have needed.

It was good. Too long for older people. Service and support was great! Friendly crew!

I'm not sure if you are going to ask me about the check in process. I could not get my boarding pass, so I had to stop at the American desk before security. I also had a difficult time downloading the app with the confirmation code for the two flights.

Worst first/business class I have ever flown after 75 years on planes. Barely acceptable seats, terrible food, uninterested attendants, unavailable WiFi. I’ll never fly this airline again.

Dropping off of the checked bags took way longer than it should have. The agent for the pre-tagged and ready to drop off line was gone and didn't come back for about 15 minutes. The other bag check lines were barely moving. Agents were standing around and not much was getting done. Everything else about the flight was great.

Check in online didn't accept my confirmation number so i could only check in with assistance at the airport and ended up with s creepy middle seat.

It was the most expensive Alaska Airlines ticket I’ve ever purchased. I had a middle seat with no legroom or space compared to any other middle seat I’ve hadThere was a silver box under the seat that took up 70% of my legroom on the most narrow 737 max the crew flat out would not help they would not help with bags they would not help with garbage there was no coffee,It was definitely not one of my better experiences on Alaska.

Why was I charged for a glass of wine on one flight and not on another? Why no movie or TVs? It was a long flight.

It was as good as it could be. Flying is not a pleasant experience these days.

There was an unruly family behind us that made the short flight miserable!!! The cabin crew did nothing to contain it.

Flight delay was frustrating, also you cannot checkin online without delta app, web browser check-in throw errors

Got on the plane and sat there for an hour before departure.

Cramped seating for me. Luckily it wasn’t a long flight

5 hour delay. They blamed the weather but it was the computer issues they had been dealing with for days.

I usually have a positive experience with Delta. Complimentary upgrades are always nice!

long flights are never truly comfortable but the airline did their best. crew was great and the flight was safe.

The captain was amazing and kept us informed throughout that there would be some rough air. The flight also got delayed but we were able to actually leave on time, which was great.

The staff did not do a good job of getting everyone boarded quickly, so we missed our take off window and had to sit on the tarmac for 20+ min waiting for our turn. The plan was old. Pockets on the back of seats were torn and tearing off. One of the attendants was rude-she would ask a question but he walking away before you finished answering so she kept getting our drink orders wrong.

The flight was delayed an hour and a half while you tried to fix the plane so I missed my connecting flight in Chicago. In Chicago, it took an hour to get the luggage. Then the conveyor belt was broken where I have to transfer my flight from an international flight to the continuing flight so I had to carry a large suitcase through the airport. The elevators were broken in the airport. I paid people to carry the luggage for me up the escalators in two different areas. The person who helped me get the new flight was outstanding. The temperature in the airport in Chicago was horrible. We were all sweating. It was the day from hell. That was after two hours in a security line in Athens. I have TSA pre-checked and global entry and I still waited. Two hours in a security line. Something has got to be done to stream line this service. After I’ve been through all of that in Athens, why do I have to go through it again in Chicago. It was the worst travel experience I have had in a long time. Your bathrooms have gotten so small that you can hardly get your butt on the toilet. You’ve taken the airspace out of the inside of the top of the toilet. It really makes for a miserable experience. Also on a 4 1/2 hour flight from Chicago to Los Angeles. The only thing we’re given is a bag of pretzels. REALLY!!

1 flight cancelled Had to fly out of different city Flight at new departure city was delayed 3 hours causing us to miss connecting flights. By the time we did make it to Prague our luggage did not. Had to wait day and a half for luggage to be delivered. Customer service was not good. Agents did not arrive at gate until 5-10 minutes before boarding

Awful. Delayed flights, missed connection to Toronto. Hotel vouchers were for already booked hotels x3. Giant waste of my time

Boarding was great, and the crew were very friendly. The seats must have been a bit on the older side and you could feel some of the seat components through the padding. Also, the plugs did not work on the row's entertainment screen or charging ports. Checked bag was transferred for connecting flight, and we appreciated how early we had the connecting gate information.

Very easy ! Use the kiosk and bag drop and right to security within 10 min

Prefer not to have an almost 3 hour delay with useless communication that wasn't accurate.

Over 5 hour delay with minimal updates or ability to standby for alternative flights. During boarding and 1 hr+ wait for takeoff, seats were drenched w water from air conditioning condensation and always leftover crumbs on carpet and seats

I flew from Barcelona to Chicago on UA yesterday. The flight was on time, the pilots did a great job and the flight attendants were super nice. All of them. Also food was good, and the drinks, including wine were served a few times during our flight. I highly recommend this airline.

Boarded early, left early, arrived 40 mins early! A win win for me!

These airplanes should be illegal. The seats are two tight, it is a safety issue. Wheelchair support was ridiculously slow. We almost missed our flight.
