Honestly, any travel is a horror show at present. This trip was the last leg of a two week vacation. I learned by accident when checking in that my flight from ORD to BDL had been switched to an AA plane. Thanks for the non-notification of the change. At ORD I got off at gate H6, checked the flight info board, which said the next flight was at K16. Walked all the way there, then got a text that the gate had been changed to H8. Then I had to wait in line at customer service to get boarding passes. I do not like paper boarding passes. The connecting flight was 2 hours late. Furthermore, I am sick and tired of waiting for carry-on luggage to be stowed. It should be charged for, not checked baggage. I never carry-on bags. Finally, load the plane from back to front. DO BETTER.

I struggled to see a movie. I had their app but somehow my iPad screen said it wasn’t a safe site and wouldn’t load anything. Meal was tasty enough but tiny chicken. I couldn’t get my seat to recline at all. However crew was pleasant and flight timely and clean.

Changing my flight was easy, but the credit I got is only good for booking entirely new flights. Was hoping to use to upgrade seats or buy food.

We had no problems, good communication.

We waited on plane for 1hr after landing because Alaska Airlines apparently only has 2 gates available to them at O'Hare. United flights were occupying both of these gates when we arrived, so we just had to wait until they left. Odd situation. If others have had similar experience, I would suggest not flying Alaska into O'Hare.

They canceled our first flight and was not able to compensate much other than providing a refund. We had to buy our own tickets and figure out transportation and accommodation ourselves. The customer service was very irresponsible and inconsiderate for this whole fiasco.

The flight was cancelled 24 hours before takeoff and Alaska couldn’t find me a flight back. I ended up getting a refund (for only half my fare.. the portion I hadn’t used) and booked a flight back on Kayak.

Everybody on. The crew was very friendly and courteous.

It was a good flight. I appreciated having the use of a wheelchair. Preboarding really helped being I walked very slow down the ramp area. Thank you for this little perk!!

Information about how to find baggage claim- it is in a separate terminal.

They had a scheduling issue so we were delayed 2 hours.

It was difficult just before boarding as the crew was not clear on where to go or where to provide documents. Other than that, it was okay. I would still use TAP again. :)

Cons: "One particular flight attendant purposely ignored me when I tried to ask for cream and sugar for my coffee which she did not offer when handing out drinks. Then she looked right at me twice as I tried to give her my garbage which she was collecting, but she ignored me again and left me holding my garbage until a different flight attendant came much later and took it without incident. It made me wonder if it was because I looked Asian- she was helpful and polite to the white women next to me. I was polite and was not being difficult in any way. I'm half white, but was often treated like this in Illinois when I was growing up. She should have been professional and if she had I would have rated the trip as excellent."

I can understand cutting off the use of them once the flight crew is seated but they were still walking around and I really had to go. I don't recall a warning for this. If there was an announcement it was not audible over the hum of the engine. I'm very dissatisfied about that final part of my experience."

I traveled with an infant who required warming up of her milk in a bottle and I would ask for hot water and she failed to bring it over. I requested hot water twice. Initially when the plane was taking off- she stated she cannot bring anything while the flight was taking off but even after take off and in cruising altitudes she did not come over until we rang the call bell and another flight attendant came over. Second time mid flight we happen to ask the same flight attendant for hot water as she passed by— she nodded her head but again never returned with the hot water. Again I hit the call button and another attendant came over and gave me water. I felt that she did not like attending to the flight guests and always seemed to give an attitude. I understand traveling with a child may be hard for others, but imagine the parents who have to care for a starving baby. The flight was also a bit too warm."

Cons: "An individual who was very overweight sat next to me and took up half of my seat as well. I understand we all deserv to ride comfortably and my intent is not to shame them. That said, if someone can’t put the armrest down I think the airline should require them to purchase both seats as it’s very uncomfortable to be in the position of having no seat for the entire ride. I’m an average sized person so it was a challenge but even tiny people deserve the full seat they purchased. There really should be a rule or something."

Cons: "This was the most unnerving, uncomfortable flight I have ever been on. I really do love Jetblue and I know that this particular flight doesn't define you. That being said I was sorry to have to have experienced this. Even sitting on the runway before taking off the ride was uncomfortable as we swerved our way to the take off position. The weather was nice and it felt so strange that were going back and forth as if the path was filled with sharp S-curves. Then the entire flight was bumpy as we went up and down and all around. I would say there was about 20 mins of smooth air the entire flight. Then there was the last 90 minutes which was absolutely terrifying. I know that the turbulence can't be helped but I do feel the Flight attendants were not very accommodating during it. I sat near the back and they just sat there and chit chatted about something they were meeting up to do later while people were up and about when the seat belt sign was on. Then there was a baby screaming for many hours and they never tried at all to help the parents or anything calm them. They mostly just sat in the back, complained it was bumpy and laughed about how people were agitated because of it. I found it to be so much more frustrating that in addition to the bumpy air, crying baby and passengers just roaming around we also had to deal with the attendants laughing about how uncomfortable we were. It was not what I have ever experienced before and I truly hope I never have to experience again on JetBlue."

Finally landed and sat on plane because a plane at our gate was “disabled.” It’s 4:33am, I’ve been off the plane for half an hour, no baggage coming out of the carousel yet and no sign of this absolutely horrific experience ending anytime soon."

I relieved that the upgrade seat came with boarding in the first group. Some airlines you pay for the seat, but you're still group 3 or 4 and, meaning all sorts of anxiety about the most miserable part of any flight, the dreaded fight for the overhead bins, wondering it you'll have to check the bag and then wait for it at the destination. Thank you for removing that."

I called the 1-800-JETBLUE number and I explained that the situation. The agent said that there would be a $75 change fee and at 4:47 pm there were no more flights out that night and that I would also be charged the fare differential the following day. I quickly went on line and found a deep discounted fare on United for $56! When I got to the airport there were several other people with the same situation. Not a enough agents on staff and no concern that I might miss my new flight on United. Thank Gid I acted fast and got another flight that evening or I would have needed to spend the night in the airport like a woman and her mother traveling to San Jose! Need more professionalism !"

Cons: "I was delayed half a dozen times, only to be canceled. Rescheduled on a flight that was scheduled to depart two hours before the original flight. Rescheduled after an hour hold. That flight was delayed the following day. Was diverted to Baltimore only to find out only some of us on our flight are getting out by a rude agent. Then no information at all. Had to run to catch an amtrak. Later found out if I stayed I would have stayed another 13 hours in Baltimore. Missed work and had no one home to take care of my family. Oh, and travel insurance will not cover anything. The plane itself was falling apart. Seat was broken and dirty. Everyones lights were broken and it smelled."

Cons: "It was just a mechanical issue that forced our plane to turn around 2 hours already into the flight, return to JFK, and then wait another two hours to board a new flight to go to PHX. So a planned 10 pm arrival in PHX turned into 6 am. I'm not sure there's anything that could have been done other than checking for that situation before we departed originally (if possible), and maybe being able to land somewhere closer than having to return all the way to JFK. I know JetBlue doesn't have a ton of locations or planes yet, so our options may have been limited. We did receive a $100 credit, but it was a pretty painful flight, basically turning into a red eye after departing originally at 6 pm. Again, I'm not sure if there were any other options, just wanted to report my experience. My flights have typically been on time with JetBlue and I am a Mosaic member. It may have helped if there was better communication back at the JFK airport (knowing it would be two hours instead of thinking we were getting right back on the plane), maybe we could have relaxed in a restaurant or something. It was just exhausting waiting and getting later and later. There isn't an Admirals Club or anywhere relaxing for passengers to wait in a circumstance like that. Thanks."
Cons: "Normally I don’t complain, but from the jump this flight was a nightmare. I fly JB all the time but this time was not nearly as enjoyable. I asked my attendant 2 times to buy headphones. She never brought them and maybe she forgot but She sat in the front on her phone the whole flight which was just irritating. After being delayed (for no apparent reason) Then having to sit for 20+ minutes because of a “jet bridge that’s too cold” (aren’t these made for the out doors?) this JB flight was less than satisfactory."

When I went inside, I found out that my original flight got delayed and was leaving only 15min earlier than my new flight, which then got delayed for another 45min...disaster. Essentially, I paid extra $50 for nothing. In fact, I would have been on my original flight and gotten to my meeting in time had they not had you are on your own attittude toward customers."

Pros: "When I sat into my comfortable seat with its amazing leg room, I asked the woman next to me if she had flown Jet Blue previously. She replied that it is now her favorite airline. At the end of the trip I agreed that it is a distinctly different and great airline. My complaint is that I have to travel from NE Wisconsin to Chicago in order to use Jet Blue. When are you coming to MKE? The way the food and drink orders were handled worked well, and the selections were amazing! Needless to say, the media offered was wonderful."

Unfortunately, the Delta 767 doesn't offer any upgrade for a wider seat beyond Delta One, and my employer won't spring for that. Too bad there isn't a premium economy option. Also, the entertainment unit in the seat next to mine malfunctioned, which you wouldn't think would impact me that much except that because it was "seeing" touches randomly throughout the flight, the screen would turn on, off, brighter, dimmer, play random stuff, and just generally be as annoying as possible to everyone nearby throughout an overnight flight."

This is a practice I have never seen on delta and haven't seen in aviation in almost 20 years in the US"

Only when I approached the gate to board did I notice on the info screen that I had been "upgraded" to Comfort + and granted boarding with the Sky Priority group. I wish this had been clearer so I could have avoided waiting to board and gate-checking my bag. Minor inconvenience but room for improvement on Delta's part."

The cabin personnel were wonderful as per usual, and my tasty gin and tonic soothed any discontent. I wish I could fly this way all the time!"
Cons: "The private contractor handling wheelchair assistance was terrible. A Delta employee theorized that they do not pay enough to attract and retain personnel. Our pre-arranged chair was not there, multiple calls by our Delta assistant finally got us a ride to the chair holding area, but after about 45 minutes we gave up and shuffled off to the security area on foot. Thank goodness my hubby is mobile enough for that to have been an option. When we abandoned our wait we were still 4th in line for an attendant to push the chair. If Delta has any responsibility in this it would be in the retention and compensation for the private contractor."

Cons: "We booked with Delta, but were put on Air France. Even though we had our boarding passes in hand we had to wait in long, slow line for baggage tags because they would not print from kiosk. There was minimal Air France staff on duty serving thousands of passengers during busy season (July). While the lines grew larger, the staff was reduced from 4 to 2. Another long, slow line for customs, another long slow line for security=Charles De Gaulle airport was awful. We arrived at the airport 4 hours before our departure time and got to our boarding gate with no time to spare."
Cons: "My wife was told she could not board our flight from Boston to Paris because her passport was expired, even though it was not expired. We were told that in Europe passports cannot expire within 3 months of your departure. However, Delta never let us know about this rule until we literally were boarding the plane. How they could not make us aware of this until we were boarding the airplane is unbelievable and unacceptable. This has ruined our vacation which has been in planning for the last six months."

I have flown sun country many times and had no complaints but this will be the last after pricing changes. First in order to check in we had to pay $11 to reserve a seat- that should be a given when you pay hundreds for a ticket. Then the luggage fees were $20 for a checked bag and $30 for a carry on!!! It pretty much forced us to check a bag to save the money, and then they lost our bag. It was a direct flight, not sure how that happens. And the last and worst fee is traveling with a pet, they charged $199 to bring my 5lb dog on board. Nobody even saw her or checked for her ticket, what on earth is the $199 for when the dog fits in a bag under the seat in front of me. I have had to spend $120 before but an average fee is $60. I would have never brought my dog had I known it would cost $400 round trip. I’m so upset and will never fly sun country again."

I went out of my way to pack a carry-on sized bag for a week long business trip and was *forced* (not asked) to check it in because the flight was full. The woman at the gate couldn't have been more rude about inconveniencing me and making me late for my first meeting of the week (due to waiting for my checked bag at the wrong carousel--which the crew directed me to). The second leg of the flight, from Minneapolis to LA, was delayed, and my seat/flotation device on that plane kept detached while I slept. Just a nightmare start to finish, and I will never fly Sun Countey again."

Not unusual and understood that these things happen they assured connecting passengers they were working on rescheduling tickets at the next airport. When we arrived things went a little haywire as the majority of passengers had connecting flights and we all had to wait as we explained the situation to the attendants and they made phone calls to get flights rescheduled. There were no flights to Denver with Sun Country that day so they transferred me to Southwest. Again, still trying to be understanding but at this point Southwest put me on another connecting flight to Chicago that didn't leave for over another hour and a half. Then I would finally be able to get a flight into Denver another hour after that flight landed and transferring planes. The fun didn't stop there either, my heart dropped when we had to de-plane the flight to Denver from Chicago because there was a problem with the weather equipment. I was so afraid that the nightmare wouldn't end, I was exhausted from being at the airport so early and having to transfer planes/airports so many times. Thankfully Southwest had another plane the same size that we we boarded within a reasonable amount of time. Whether it's just bad luck or Sun Country could be doing a lot of things differently, I have to say, I will not be flying with them again."

Cons: "This plane had an hour plus delay. I know these things happen, especially on flights later in the day, so it's not that the flight was delayed. The entire Sun Country staff was unacceptable. First, the airport staff wouldn't tell us when we were boarding or the updated departure time after the first delay. We ended up boarding 15 minutes after the posted departure time with no warning or notice. Once on the plane, the flight crew wouldn't give us a take off time (such as how many planes we were behind in line) or our arrival time in Minneapolis."

The flight attendant repeatedly, & with a raised voice, told the passenger to go back to her seat and even put her hands on her shoulders three times pushing her in the direction of her seat. Meanwhile, the passenger was in line for the bathroom and, more importantly, was waiting for her much younger brother who was in line 3 people ahead of her; The flight attendant either could not hear us try to tell her that she was waiting for her younger brother or did not care. It made me feel very uncomfortable as she seemed to be singling this woman out. The woman was very appropriate wth her, despite being discriminated against as well as having had been pushed away."

Cons: "The flight got delayed by over 4 hours without explaination as to why. There was no one to ask at the counter. When I called the number they said the wait time was 30 mins to speak with a Rep. As I was waiting and automated system started talking, saying the reason you have a longer wait than expected time is because Sun Country is trying to incorporate new innovations. You're reaction might be it's crazy and you're right it is. After all this I waited quietly the rest of the evening. Came time for on boarding, the team was highly UNTRAINED. I watched them switched TWO mothers with infants from line tonline multiple times the lines got out of control people were literally jumping lines. No sense of leadership nor organization. Literally take this as a warning from someone who has had multiple bad experiences with the same airlines in the last year and half. I am done with Sun Country!"

Then, after he finally arrived with a tray full of coffees, there was an issue with the jet's computer and had to reset it and we had to wait even more. When we finally arrived, our Gate was taken by other plane already and we had to wait (more) for the first one to be available for us. Then, when we finally got our Gate, there was another issue, now with the "finger". They weren't able to move it and connect it to the plane to get off of it. So we had to wait AGAIN. And finally as soon as we got off the plane, they were supposed to give us our carry ons on the aisle (Because it was a small plane CR700) , but again, we had to wait almost 10 minutes so that they could send the luggage... To make things worse, I had a first class ticket and I couldn't get the perks of it at the airport. Because they said I wasn't flying in an international flight. Come on?! Canada->USA->Mexico is not International??? You lost me AA."

It took them an hour to tell us that they reassigned the pilot to another flight, not only that when it was delayed the first initial time (40 minute delay) about ten minutes before we were supposed to board they tell us that the flight attendant crew is going to take 30 minutes to get to the gate. Not only but those poor airline service staff were completely unaware of all these changes! They had to find out from the passengers what was going on. Honestly I will never fly with American Airlines ever again!!!"

Cons: "Unfortunately our plane was grounded in Chicago before our leg of the trip even began. By the time it arrived in YYZ many of us would already be missing connections. Due to a smaller plane we have to stow most of our carry on below which caused a bit of chaos while disembarking trying to retrieve bags and hustle to the next flights. Since I knew before leaving YYZ we were quite delayed my husband drove to ORD to pick me up instead of waiting 24hr for the next flight to St. Louis. It added 8 hours of driving for him to an already long day but we made the best of it."
Pros: "Good is that they sent you to Finnair to correct AA created break in service...why would they pay for it? AA is just an operator per itinerary! Why would you care if ppl get help with connections!"
Cons: "Checked in online on Finnair and automatically for the second connecting flight...and not the first -AA. So, had to check-in again for the first flight at the terminal. Board passes were printed 2 out of 3 by AA and both had errors - wrong gate for the first flight and no boarding info for the second connecting flight - just blank! AA did not provide connecting info until I found an unoccupied employee at the terminal and customer service lines were about 20 people in 2 locations I went to. The connecting info should be in the itinerary they said at customer service...nope, it was not there either!"
Pros: "How fast they had us in the air (5 min early)."
Cons: "In their rush to leave, they didn't communicate with the on board crew about overhead bins and I was forced to check a priceless item that I purposely wanted with me in the cabin. The overheads were empty above my own seat. I wasn't allowed to go back and reclaim my bag because they had already taken it. And they were completely indifferent to my situation, which isn't surprising given they didn't understand the value of my item. Thus, I had a full blown panic attack for my entire 2 hour flight, my medicine being one of the items also in my now checked bag. It was too late, my bag was taken and thrown under the plane by the time it struck. And the flight attendants also had on perfume that brought on a tension headache due to my sensitivity to scents. Considering they work in a recycled air tube, this seems like a vast oversight on their part and should consider that not everyone can handle even the faintest of perfumes. It may not seem like a big deal to them, because mental illness is still seen as a made up thing, but it was enough of a trigger that I will not fly American Airlines again."

She then marked me as a no-show, while she was standing right next front of her. I had to spend the next 4 hrs on the phone, trying to get my tickets sorted out. Then, upon arriving at Heathrow,... No luggage. They told me it was still in Chicago. Upon finally receiving my bags, I find them full of sawdust and sand, and several items damaged. I will NEVER fly American Airlines again, and I will highly recommend to my friends and family to avoid them like them plague. Horrible service! Nothing but a run-around and not once did the agents apologise, even after admitting that my problems on this journey were due to a mistake made by one of their agents."

In today's world your need priority boarding of some sort on AA or you risk not being able to store you bags in the overhead and may have to get it checked free to your final destination. Also, one of our checked bags had a painting in it that we purchased and the bag and painting arrived unharmed. Good job by AA baggage handlers."

Cons: "It was a very grueling trip. Plane left Rome at 9:15a but that meant getting there at 7:15a. Plane was kept dark even though it was daylight outside. Staff was courteous but did not particularly demonstrate awareness of the strain on the travelers being cramped for 10+ hours. Plane was so cramped that one could not take a stretch walk down the aisles to alleviate muscle cramp being in same position for 10 hours. My ultimate destination was San Jose, CA, but that entailed a wait at O'Hare from 12:30p to 8p. Again, staff uninterested in traveler comfort in these parameters. American felt okay to delay my last leg from Chicago to San Jose an hour later than original scheduled, but offered no compensation for the addition to my discomfort. The switch from British Airways to American was a surprise. New flight numbers, change increased my travel stress. I am only 5'3" and not obese, yet could not really fit in my seat: kept getting bumped by passers by in aisle. Airline uninterested in passenger comfort."

Pros: "Having flown long haul with American numerous times, this time I was pleasantly surprised by several things. Firstly, the brand new plane with excellent in-seat entertainment choices, power points at every seat, more comfortable chairs with better head rests and even window dimmers vs. window shades, allowing you to look outside the whole flight. Cons: "After everyone boarded they said they had a 2 hour delay and if you got off the plane your flight would be cancelled. After an hour of sitting on the plane they got everyone off so a different plane could board and take off and then everyone got back on the plane and continued to wait. We left 2.5 hours late and when we arrived at the destination the plane couldn't contact the tower?!?! So we waited another 30 mins...ridiculous, rude, and rather fly southwest"
Pros: "Flight was on time"
Cons: "There was water dripping from the vents. When I tried to inform the flight attendant, she shut me down so fast I couldn't believe it. All she had to do was reassure me that it wasn't a safety issue. Her attitude was like she was tired of telling passengers that it was perfectly normal. Very unprofessional!"
Pros: "Flight crew was excellent."
Cons: "We booked flights through British Airways but flew American Airlines. The check in process was a stressful mess: we were forced to stand in long customer service lines both on our first flight from LAX to Chicago and again during our very short layover in Chicago to Dublin to ensure that our bags were checked all the way to our final destination. Very stressful, and it didn't help that the gate crew was extremely rude and unprofessional. It is very inconvenient that we could not choose our seats beforehand."
Cons: "Lots of time changes. 1 piece of luggage sent wrong destination."
Cons: "Delayed 3 hrs and then sat on runway upon arrival at ohare. I was forced to check my rollerboard even though I've fit it perfectly in the overhead compartment just yesterday on my previous flight (also American airline)."
Cons: "Paid for extra legroom, got a seat that didn't recline :("
Pros: "The crew was very helpful at each stop even though they weren't responsible for the disasters."
Cons: "Initially we thought we were flying with British Airways. We then had to do some digging to realize it was all out of American Airlines. Then we couldn't get proper boarding passes and luggage tags until one of the crew members spent a significant amount of time untangling each leg of our trip so they were in the proper order. We got delayed by 4 hours in Chicago and missed our connection in Manchester. We had another 5 hour wait there. By the time we got to Dublin, our bags didn't also arrive. After almost 24 hours of travel, we arrived but without all of our stuff."
Pros: "The gentlemen from the wheelchair service who was there to pick us up when we arrived in Heathrow went above and beyond his duties. Instead of passing us over to another wheelchair attendant as we needed to switch terminals, he stayed with us thru the terminal change until we were on the airplane. We needed to get our boarding passes at Heathrow from a different airline and he helped us with this. Kudos to him!! The attendants on this flight were very helpful when my husband was having a diabetic reaction and I was vomiting form air motion sickness. We were a mess!! However the flight attendants were sure we had a wheelchair in Chicago and helped us with our bags as we were exiting the plane. Nice Job"
Cons: "They had no record of this portion of my trip, after a few people checked they found the Chicago to Ammon part so they added me onto a flight from Washington to Chicago. All should of went well from there but they sent me to the wrong gate. Luckily I just made it to the correct gate for boarding. Upon arriving at Chicago there was no one available to provide information on how to get to Royal Jordanian gates. Also on my AA portion of my flight coming into The U S in New York the flight was cancelled and I was told the next flight Available was next day (18hr delay) at the other NY airport. I had to have someone drive from D.C. (My destination) to pick me up"
Pros: "•Boarding was easy - small plane. •No crazy flight maneuvers, so I guess good pilots"
Cons: "•Cash only for drinks?! C'mon AA, it's 2017. •Charging for checked bags is greedy, I don't care if others do it, that's not a good excuse + Southwest doesn't charge. •Plane left 30 min late (and arrived 30 late), then had to sit on Tarmac waiting for a gate. •Placed us at the farthest bagged claim from our arrival gate (all bagge claims walking up to ours were empty), so thanks for thinking of the customer first there. •I reserved an aisle seat, they changed me to window without asking. Thanks. •Overall, there are too many other choices in airlines... I may just be one customer, but this is one less they'll have, as other major carriers haven't ever racked up this amount of annoyances in a single trip with me before."

Cons: "We didn't take off until 3 hours after scheduled, and we're forced to watch ads on the overhead monitors for most of the flight. I was not impressed. Poor communication from the pilot."

Cons: "From the get go it was an awful experience ... I travel with an emotional support animal as does my husband because we don't do well with flying. I have anxiety to the max about it & my husband gets ulcerative colitis flare ups any time he's stressed out which is usually while we fly and having our dogs with us turkey makes us feel better. When I called to tell them over the phone we would have our emotional support animal I got an attitude as if I hadn't been doing this for the last 4 years. She reiterated to me that we needed in addition to the letterhead from the doctor a form filled out (which we both did ) . Brought to the airport and sit had to sit at the counter like the girl didn't know what she was doing. Fast forward to finally getting to the gate after being stressed and our flight was delayed. This now only made our 50 min layover in DC 20 min by the time we landed. We ran from one gate to the next hoping we wouldn't miss our flight and when we got there they wouldn't let us on the plane saying things like "your dogs are not on this flight" "there is no documentation" "well then you must not have the right paperwork" ... in front of a bunch of people in line, out of breath, and now embarrassed I am forced to take out my folder and give them all the paperwork I had just given to the customer service desk before our first flight. They let everyone on the plane and still made us stand there and finally said "just go but your dogs aren't on this flight". Fast forward AGAIN to sitting on the flight the flight attendant comes over and says "guys where's you carrier the dogs need to be under the seats" .. we peoceeded again to explain for the seventh time that they were emotional support animals ... she then proceeded "no they are not they are not even listed on this flight" at this point I'm EXTREMLY embarrassed because people on the plane are paying attention and drawing attention to us but not only that ... I have been doing this for years .. I ALWAYS have the proper documentation as does my husband and we have never ran into this kind of disappointment and embarrassment from any airline until now. I was so stressed out to begin with and this deffinately didn't help ... nor did it make us wants to fly on American again. I felt pushed aside, embarrassed, and belittled by multiples employees ... all because the first employee clearly made a mistake and didn't document things correctly ... that should have never been put on us ."
Pros: "The staff were amazing. Very accommodating and with great dispositions. Boarding was easy."
Cons: "For an international flight the seats were extremely tiny and the plane itself only had a few tv screens posted in the middle of the plane so everyone had to watch the same thing."

Cons: "While boarding the plane an AA employee actually grabbed the 1/4 full gym bag out of my boyfriend's hands and said he had to check it (even though it had fit under his seat next to his backpack on our previous American Airlines flight). Boarded and saw there was still plenty of open overhead bin space. Had to wait 30 extra minutes at our destination to claim his unnecessarily checked bag. This is on top of poor customer service from the gate agents and a long delay on our outbound flight. Will not choose to fly American Airlines in the future"

Cons: "ORD -> LAX We sat on the Tarmac for 45 mins without any communication. We ended up landing on time, but I was connecting to an international flight, so this naturally caused me and my companion a great deal of unnecessary stress. LAX -> ORD I arrived at the gate prior to the 10 minute before take off deadline and the gate attendant said I couldn't board and walked away. I sat and waited several minutes until a gate attendant returned where they proceeded to call stand by passengers. I was checked in and present, but not allowed to board. So I approached a different attendant, explained and he looked surprised that I wasn't boarded. He then without asking me any questions or checking with me typed on his computer and then handed me a new boarding pass for a new flight 1:25 later. I boarded that plane and sat for over an hour. The pilot had no updates for us other than the delay was a maintenance issue, saying repeatedly that he would check again in 15 mins. Finally after wasting more time we had to deplane and wait for a new one. Ultimately I was not allowed to board my original flight without explanation, which then caused me to have over 3:30 in delays. This is all after I had arrived from an international destination, which made the ordeal very miserable. This type of awful experience is a pattern with American Air - rarely are my flights on time and I've had more cancellations with American than any competitor airline. Anything but A full refund would not be acceptable. Thank you, Randi"
Pros: "The captain and the flight attendants were very communicative and kept in touch with the cabin at regular intervals but not intrusive."
Cons: "There were 2 meal choices., one was chicken and one vegetarian curry/rice dish. Clearly the chicken would be the most sought after meal and the flight attendant even suggested the possibility that everyone would not get their first choice, and ofcourse they didn't. We had a group of 10 traveling and by the time some of,our group was served the chicken was gone. Our daughter was 7 months pregnant and was one who didn't get a chicken meal. I don't understand why the airline would not provide an adequate amount of meals that would apply to the masses. Only a few vegetarian to fill in for specific diets would be expected. We all felt this was poor planning on the part of the airline catering company.."
Pros: "Easy check in at kiosk. On time flight. Helpful flight attendant."
Cons: "Sat row 7. Very cramped shoulder room for three men."
