They are very strict about safety things. Even on a short 3 hour evening flight they provide a pillow and blanket for your comfort."

Cons: "Every Korean flight I had this trip was delayed. Created problems when Korean Air gives you 1 hour to transfer at Incheon. When transferring, all passengers need to go through security again and there are long lines. Airport attendants were not nice and made us ask people to cut in line. After running through the airport, we then find out the plane was delayed an hour to accommodate other delayed connections! They could have told us this before but only rushed us off."

Pros: "My flight departure at 1835 on 19 January 2016,I have arrival at Korea Icheon airport 2 hour before departure. I was so surprise that they was a very long queue at the check in counter with all Korea air. The check in was so slow till have to Waite for about 1 and half hours.after getting my boarding pass and I have only 20 min to do my immigration and customer clearance. And 5 min run to the boarding gate. Korea air should let us know if the check in was so slow and advise us to arrival at the airport 3 hours before departure."

There was a very fine snowfall on Seoul but whoever was in charge of defrosting equipment didn't start until much later. The flight attendanta didnt give us any information until I asked why we had not taken off yet. No refreshments were offered during this entire time. The food was horrible and the seats werw very uncomfortable. This partcular flight to Bangkok was handled very poorly and I will never fly with Korwa Air again. Absolutely awful."

Pros: "This almost 14 hour flight went surprisingly quickly despite being in Economy. The seat space was unusually roomy for economy. They served two complete meals (superior to what you get in First Class on an American flagship carrier) plus a snack and periodic juice. The sky was totally clear over the Gobi Desert, Mongolia, and Siberia, and it was fun to be able to see these regions I have read about since a boy but never visited. The Seoul airport is quite nice and the connection was easy (unlike, say, Bangkok). Korean Air definitely is an airline I will use again."

Nothing is wrong with waiting but when you have more than 10 empty checking counters something is wrong with your logistics.Should have a system where no customer wait for more than a half hour ( half an hour is also too long but acceptable). Definitely shouldn't have paying customers waiting in line for over an hour. You guys know your busy days and your off days plan accordingly."

The aircraft was an Airbus 380-800 and each seat in coach had legroom, a USB charger, access to 110AC, and an individual screen that had games, tv, movies for me and the family. Great airplane, crew, and 13.5 hour flight. Additionally, Incheon International (S. Korea) is in my Top 2 airports of all time."

Cons: "Arrived late due to an accident on the road. In Kauai, there is some kind of policy where they shut down the road for 3 hours if there's a bad accident. There's only one road to the airport from the north to the south shore. We were stuck due to this and therefore barely made it on time. We tried to explain this to the staff and asked if they could get us through quicker or check us in so we wouldn't miss the flight, and they just said we were out of luck. Weren't helpful at all. After having to scan our bags a second time by the airline (after TSA), we were dead last in line, and were told we lost our seats because we didn't check in on time. Therefore we were seated apart, and I was put further back in the plane very close to the pregnant woman with gas and the babies who screamed the entire flight. I had a window seat originally and lost it due to no fault of my own. Someone else was also sitting in my newly assigned seat and when I asked the staff to help us sort it out, they actually asked me to move since he was with his wife. After getting on the plane, we were forced to check our bags that we just got on with and it was a major hold up for everyone trying to get seated. Then, after landing, exhausted, and ready to go home, we had to wait for the bags to come out of the checked baggage claim area. We waited 1 hour and 10 minutes to get our bags because they were dead last and there was some issue with the conveyor belt. This is really poor planning on their part and made the trip even more unenjoyable. To top it off, my girlfriend left her phone on the plane and it was turned in to the staff. When we drove an hour back to get it the next day we were able, we were turned away because they have some new and separate office that is only open during obscure hours that the staff weren't even aware of. We are still trying to figure out how to get the phone back and have called several numbers telling us to call other numbers. It shouldn't be this difficult. I know the phone is in there somewhere. Lastly, food was gross. Don't think airlines will ever get this right. It'd be better to just serve quality mixed greens salads as you don't have to microwave them and they'd be fresh."

Pros: "I missed the Kahului flight so my second leg started in Honolulu. Pilot aborted the take off half way down the runway. Said there was an indication light that said the brakes had heated up and it would be 15 minutes to let them cool. Then said we would have go back to gate, saying it would be a little longer. These "little longer" efforts went on for just short of 3 hours! When we got in on the other end the gate was unavailable and we were forced to wait another hour on the ground there. 9 FREAKING hours in that plane next to gal and her toddler in her lap... bummer for me, but this poor gal missed her connection to CLEVELAND... gave me a perspective of what REALLY SUCKS."

Cons: "Didn't like the complimentary "stir fry" chicken and rotten cabbage salad. Guess they had to give it away cause if you paid for it you would want a refund and a barf bag. No movies anymore? I guess we were spoiled by Alaskans free wifi and downloads from their app on the flight there. But if there was any entertainment we couldn't have heard if over the crying children. The attendants were sour pusses, not a smile among them. They gave attitude with their service. I kind of felt their pain with the 15-20 screaming toddlers that were uncomfortable and begging for help. How about getting rid of the first class area and making a day care area where children can move about rather than parents up and down the aisles sharing the misery with us all. Didn't have the courtesy to alert us to our baggage terminal. I don't think I will ever get used to paying for my small bag to be stowed rather than fill up the passenger area."

Cons: "The seats were smaller than other flights I've been on to Hawaii and other flights within California. Our overhead lights didn't work. There was no personal overhead air which make the flight very uncomfortable, hot, and stuffy. The plane seemed like an old plane, and what gave that away was the ash trays next to the restrooms. Smoking has been against the law on planes for decades, and I haven't seen an ash tray in decades."
Cons: "1.5 hours after boarding before we could take off. Pilot said they had safety concerns with the airplane. Crew was unprofessional. They ignored the customers and only concerned about talking with each other and taking 2 rows of seats to sleep. I WILL NEVER TAKE HAWAIINAIRLINES AGAIN, is the only thing I could think of my entire flight. Not friendly when handing out drinks or food. Better service getting breakfast in jail."

Cons: "Hawaiian changed to a smaller plane than originally planned. I think they do this a lot. This plane had large metal boxes bolted to the floor under the aisle seats all the way up & down the plane My husband & son specifically chose aisle seats for their long legs They could not stow anything under the seat in front of them nor stretch their legs out! It was horrible! Why put metal boxes under all the aisle seats? They were part of the plane's mechanical system?"

At the airport in Maui, once we used the self-check-in to print our boarding passes and luggage check-in tags other airlines would have had someone take you luggage from you and you're done. Here, we now have to take our luggage and get into a long line where we then take it to another counter. 2. Why were there twice as many people in the TSA pre-check line as in the regular line? My son and his GF did not have TSA pre-check, yet they went through security much faster than my wife & I. 3. Seats too narrow. I was snugly fit in, and I had to stand in order to get something out of my front pant's pocket. 4. Not enough legroom and no way to stretch my leg (and my very painful knee). We sat in row 17. It was right side bulkhead on 2-3-2 configuration. There was no way to stretch out my knee. The configuration of the inside of the aircraft placed the bulkhead wall too close to the seat. My leg was at about 70 degrees the entire flight (0 degrees is completely straight). Notably, the same row on the left side of the plane had about another 12 inches of leg-room. That's just the way the plane was configured. 5. No WiFi 6. Entertainment device rip-off. I wasn't interested in renting an entertainment device, but I was offended by their offer. If you signed up for it at the desk before boarding you would pay $15 and would get the device 20 minutes after take-off. If you waited until you were on the plane you would pay $17. The worse part: YOU WOULDN'T GET THE DEVICE UNTIL 2 HOURS INTO THE FLIGHT!!!"
Pros: "I don't travel too often so when I took Hawaiian Airlines, I was pleasantly surprised that they serve a complimentary meal while on board. During my flight, they served chicken with white rice and mixed vegetables, a cookie for dessert and water. Oh, and a complimentary red or white wine to go with your dinner. Not too shabby! Great service by the flight attendants as well."
Cons: "Even though I don't travel often, I feel like I've been on enough planes to know that free TV and movies are essential. Hawaiian Airlines lacked that feature. A few episodes or "series" that they had were interesting but not enough to keep me fully engaged. You had to pay for individual movies ($7.99) and even though it isn't a terrible price for a movie, I still wasn't willing to pay. If movies couldn't be free, then why not the regular TV shows? I think folks would have been okay with TV shows if the options were plentiful."

Furthermore, Hawaiian Airlines had the nerve to charge econ seats $10 per blanket. Even for babies! And we even heard a toddler say, "Mom, it's sooooo cold!""

Pros: "The spacious seats are wonderful. The cleanliness! The movie selections. The incredibly professional, courteous, kind flight attendants. Free meal! (it's a long flight) Being able to buy a half bottle of red wine. The humor of the gate attendant during and after we boarded was a treat. It was a fully booked flight but managed to avoid that pushy, hectic atmosphere while boarding and after. Very peaceful, easy flight along the lines of what Virgin and Jet Blue introduced a decade ago. The flight ended up feeling like part of the vacation. Will always choose Hawaiian in the future."

The boarding area was chaotic, as the gate had room for only a few people. We got separated from my husband. My son had my husband's carry-on and the boarding agent said he had to check in my husband's luggage because my husband was not there to verity that it was his carry-on. Hawaiian Airlines is the only mainland bound airline that makes customers have their carry-on luggage go through agriculture. Why???"

Because we were in extra comfort, I feel like u should get 1 extra beverage and snack service, 1 more than coach."

Cons: "STOP the non-sense of so many boarding goups. What happened to Common Sense boarding? Ill and needing add'l medical help, First Class, Plus Class, then General Boarding. Give me a Break with all the other subgoups for Delta, all B. S. !!"
Pros: "Nice to have more room in the premium economy section."
Cons: "Not even a smile from the crew and no help when asked. I don't expect Asian-style grace and class from an American airline, but I do expect good old-fashioned American friendliness, and there wasn't even that. Also hate the all-darkened cabin in the daytime."
Pros: "Delta Premium Economy (or whatever it's called) is definitely a step up. Food is pretty good and seats leave more room, so you don't feel crunched."
Cons: "First seat (no chance to put thngs underneath seat in front) MUST have a real space (as even economy generally has). There was a small pouch that would fit almost nothing. Staff was poor. Never a smile or friendliness from flight attendant and no help when asked."

Cons: "You need to update ALL of your planes to have charging at EVERY seat, not just the passengers in comfort plus or better. It’s 2019. We ALL have devices."

Cons: "The flight numbers that Kayak provides ate not unusable and do not match any flights with the airline. Terribly inconvenient. A call to WestJest referred me to contact Delta. The Delta rep was able to help me. The airlines provided good service. But I probably will avoid booking with Kayak again."

Cons: "temperature during flight. Freezing then hot, freezing then hot and never a comfortable temp. Food was terrible. Entrees were flavorless and smelled terrible. Time they served food made no sense at all either. Within the hour of getting on the plane, they served a meal which made no sense because most folks ate before getting on the plane. Stewardesses were not friendly (only 1 made me feel valued and welcomed)"

Cons: "The flight was delayed an hour due to traffic on the runway. I missed my flight and won't get to my destination until the next day. I paid extra for a short flight, and I end up waiting 5 hours with no compensation. I was charged for the drink I ordered and not offered a food voucher or money back. This happens every time I fly with Delta and I will not be a returning customer."

Cons: "The check in and boarding process in Incheon was terrible! My flight ticket was printed and had the wrong name, which the agent at the check in desk did not catch. It was not until I went to the security line when they found a mismatched name. I was asked to go through security THREE TIMES. And then at the gate, I was supposedly "randomly selected" for ANOTHER swab/swipe security check. The flight itself was uncomfortable. There are not enough bathrooms for the number of people seated on the flight. The entertainment was the only excellent and recommendable thing about this delta flight."

Cons: "This was a 2 layover rebooking of a one layover flight, which was late (I would be missing my connection). I asked an Air France rep in Japan to assign me an exit row seat (it’s a 14 hrs flight and I am almost 6 ft tall). She showed me the plane diagram and picked a seat, but when I arrived it turned out I was in a row directly behind. WiFi did not worked and the flight attendant said “they could not do anything” My film was interrupted twice (with a random film drubbed in Korean) and had to be reset manually Food was not great (and menues are identical on all delta flights - this was my 5th delta flight in the course of one week), the snack in particular (leek and mushroom cream soup-like mass wrapped in a tortilla - who ever thought of this? And one of the flight attendants was aloof and snappy."

Cons: "Delayed. 1 hour delay they said. Gate change from d41 to d6. Went to grab some food during delay and then they started boarding about 950 and we were last call to board. Once on board they then had to fuel the plane and get it ready for flight that was another twenty minutes Finally in the air about 1045 Frustrating. I don’t know why we boarded with plane not ready to fly"

Cons: "Due to the earthquakes, the film festival I was going to was cancelled. Ten days prior to the flight I called AeroMexico to cancel and they said there would be a cancellation penalty, which was fine. When I tried to redeem my credit, they said there was also an additional "No-show fee" even though I called to cancel 10 days prior, which left a total of $70 credit after all their penalties. I called and emailed to complain but they did nothing but pass me to someone else who was equally unhelpful. I will never fly AeroMexico for any reason in the future."
