Delayed, then set on termac before taking off for 45 minutes. After landing had to sit on termac for another 30-40 minutes. Total disaster of a flight

Delta was great because the flight was almost 5 hours so I had access to tons of movies news, etc. so it helped past the time by no other plane WestJet did not have movies so Delta was the best

The flights were on time; all went as expected which is a big positive! No delays! There was no food or drink service in any legs, which I understand due to the short flight time.

They announced a mechanical issue prior to boarding Said it was fixed, we boarded Waited Then learned it was not fixed Had to deplane and go to new gate Bought wifi on plane and it never worked

Delta off boarded and boarded the aircraft quickly. Clean cabin and great gate and onboard service.

WiFi was not working. Flight was delayed in Paris as luggage needed to be removed from the plane that didn’t match a passenger on board. Upon arrival in Detroit the plane couldn’t get to the gate as the pilot turned onto a runway with construction in progress . We waited to be towed back onto the runway. We were almost an hour late causing many passengers to miss their connecting flights.

Internet connectivity still seems to be touchy on these flights, making it difficult to rely on it for getting work done.

Poor communication, we sat on the plane for an hour before pushing back. They were oversold and with a full plane kept looking for someone to step off for someone else to board. So after an hour wait at the gate we missed our departure window and proceeded to spend an additional hour on the tarmac waiting for a refiled flight plan according to the pilots. Occasional updates, somewhat insensitive crew to passengers needing to use the lavatory (it was 2 hrs beyond what anyone expected). Overall just poor execution...especially when the flight was listed as "arriving early" up until about 30 minutes past our departure time.

Delta staff was exceptionally helpful and considerate. However, the first two of three flight legs were delayed making connections tentative and stressful.
