New York to Beijing plane was new.
Not have salt pepper tooth pick.Halfway of plane juice finish. In this long flight no have snacks

Air condition was not cooling and all was hot for aprox. 5 hours then became 40% better
the food was so bad. no vegetarian options

Airplane delay to take off 1 unknown reason After landing in Paris 50 min sitting inside airplane moving around Late for flight transfer. Sitting in Paris airport 5 hours. Customer service no working. Never fly Air France anymore !
Boarding this large plane went relatively quickly and orderly.
Seats were tight and got a bit uncomfortable. This was a long flight. Could use a much better cushion.
Quiet! No noise-canceling earphones needed. Delicious food.
at least they gave us a voucher for a free dinner at the cafeteria in Macau
there were some excellent choices of quality films in the international and drama categories that one would not normally come across as well as the standard western or asian action movies // the seating was also comfortable in economy and the bathrooms kept clean //
the main hot dishes were fine, if not slightly oily, but the accompanying side dishes -- appetizers and such, were nearly exactly the same for both hot meals on the 12 hour flight // be a little more creative
Nice new airframe, for what that's worth. Staff are attentive, friendly.
Atrocious legroom & my legs are NOT long; like being in a stress position entire haul. BRUTAL. Flown many airlines to SEA, this was so bad it shocked me. The food (every 'meal' was poor, gross all-around but the "bacon & eggs" ....the egg didn't taste like real egg, bacon left raw. Inedible. The one exception was the chicken breast, that was actually a good standard... but they never have enough for everyone, and the rest of the meal was inedible. Almost no snacks offered, variety of drinks non-existent.
Very comfortable seat in the exit row and entertainment to choose from offered a wide variety of current and older movies, I was very impressed and will for sure book through China Eastern for my next flight to Hong Kong next month
Breakfast was a bit bland but nothing bad
The seats are very small and the food was horrible. The flight attendants were rude, they actually rolled their eyes on you when you asked for water

I didn’t receive my bag and I lost one day waiting for it without going anywhere . Without any information about the delivery time . Very disappointing about that services , I even couldn’t change and I still waitingggg
Plane was new and very comfortable. Smooth flight
Flight attendants had to serve food/drinks, which they did the entire flight (literally, drink service took 2 hours). People got drunk and super loud. We were late leaving London which isn’t an issue except the people at the BA desk were the least helpful. We found out more from the pilots than anyone in the airport.
Gate agent refused to let me carry on a suitcase that I have carried on dozens of flights (this specific suitcase) and I understand overhead limitations (I have more than 4 million air miles just between United and American Airlines). This was an A320 and I was about #10 getting on the flight. Space was not an issue. This added an hour to a 25 hour day to wait for luggage at LAX. And BA gives the agents an edge in that their test fixture has rounded corners to that a 22 inch suitcase that has hard square edges at the bottom (or wheels that make it square) won't fit in it. So the agent just points that it doesn't fit and you have to check. I was not happy from Paris to London.
Flight being changed three times and delayed multiple times. Not weather related. To top it off, the airline decides to leave my bag in the states because the flight was changed and I didn’t notify them; which of course is ignorant because they changed the flight and didn’t even notify me.
Everything was good.
There was nothing worth liking . Plane was dirty in side . Tray tables were broken. Used pillows without hygiene sealed bags. Toilets were missing basic supplies.
Crew was aggressive and impolite even with senior citizens . There is no point in speaking English with senior citizen of Asian decent. Making faces and giggling among themselves with a sarcasm.
Airlines staff took my complaint seriously and found the bag at Hongkong airport. Later the bag was brought to SFO and delivered at my temporary stay. Very good job done.
On arrival on 10th Sep at SFO, I found one of my checked-in baggages was missing. This made me bit worried. I made a complaint to airlines staff there. Some inconveniences caused since I kept my needed cloths in that bag.
Ground staff was organized, efficient and polite. Breakfast in economy was very good and flavorful.
Flight attendants were efficient; but not particularly friendly. No offer of water in t the middle of a long flight.
