Cons: "I was shy about 45 min of boarding my flight. I didn't want to do self check out because I wanted to make sure my Itinerary was right so I went to a clerk. She did my boarding pass by verifying who I was and by my Id and printed out. I then go to security they asked for my Id and boarding pass. I gave it to them and she was like Ingrad is not your name doesn't match your ID. I said no it doesn't your going to have to go back up and get my boarding pass redone again. I was Furious and frustrated because I didn't want to miss my flight over a mix up from one of your Clerks and at the time she never asked me if I wanted a window seat or not . This made for a bad experience going to Atlanta but I was grateful that I didn't miss my flight."

Cons: "They change schedule day before we flight, the change schedule 2 time while were flighting"
Pros: "Very nice flight and attentive staff. Enjoyed the view of NYC as we flew up the East River, then looped over Nassau County to approach LGA."
Cons: "The male flight attendant who handed out the complimentary drinks and snacks acted a bit strangely. I was very thirsty, and I asked him if I could keep the rest of the can of soda. He neither said yes nor no, but rather completely ignored what I said and just poured my drink and moved on. I was a mildly annoyed, but figured maybe it was policy and he was shy and didn't want to debate the matter. When he took care of the older couple behind us, however, things got really strange. He asked them whether they wanted pretzels or peanuts, but they misheard him and asked for a ginger ale. I happened to know that he did have ginger ale, since my wife had just gotten one, but rather than just pouring the old folks a drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" They misheard again and asked him whether he had a diet ginger ale. Again, rather than just pour them the drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" This went round and round a few more times -- like a poorly designed computer UI that refuses to accept anything except the correct input -- before the old couple finally figured out the disconnect and picked their snacks before their drinks. Very weird."
Cons: "The staff"
Pros: "On time flight"
Cons: "Cramped seating in coach. Think comfort not profit"
Pros: "Crew was all very nice"
Cons: "Flying is always uncomfortable"
Cons: "No air conditioner it's too hot inside"
Pros: "Friendly crew"
Cons: "Seats too close. Food lacks salads. Fruit salad tasteless--fruit not ripe--looks good, but no taste."
Pros: "They have the flight very well planned out, you get frequent drnks and food initially and then they turn the lights out for a good amount of time so that people can rest. Then, they come by again before landing with more drinks and a snack. Very well coordinated."
Cons: "Really, my only complaint is that after leaving Atlanta ~ 4 pm,,you arrive in Europe at 8 am. The first day is very difficult to adjust to. I would much rather arrive in Europe at night, and get to rest for a night before starting."
Cons: "Plane was sat broken at gate and needed part to be flown in. 150 minutes delayed. Not acceptable."
Pros: "Flight took off and landed on time"
Cons: "Delta costumer service was terrible. Cancelled my trip twice. They lied to us saying that they were going to give vouchers for hotel, that we were going to be automatically booked for next flight and that our bags would arrive with our flight. Waited 7hs to talk to an agent in the airport. 24h wait in Atlanta had to sleep in airport. They wanted me to wait three days in atlanta. They forced me to check a carry on because they didn't have room in the plane. They told me my bag would arrive with my flight. It never did. I still dont have by only bag. Unbelievable."
Pros: "The crew chief"
Cons: "Water not to top; towel holder broken. 20 minutes for wheel chair to arrive"
Cons: "The redesign of seats means that very few of Delta's planes can actually accommodate a sherpa-style pet carrier, even though they are an industry standard for in-cabin travel. Further complicating the problem is that the clearance under the seat varies depending where in the cabin you're seated. It's become an extremely stressful proposition for which I have the privilege of paying an extra +$100 each way whilst having to give up one of my carry ons. As far as I can see, the charge is just straight up greed, since no one would be able to use the space beneath the seat in front of me, anyway, and carrying on my cat cause zero extra work for the crew. I'm going to have rethink my loyalty to Delta. At least with Southwest, they'll let me check two bags for no additional cost."
Pros: "Got to Richmond on time."
Cons: "Had the same problems with loading. Loaded from the front, not enough room for carry on, slow us down causing us to take off late. Made up for lost time though."
Cons: "Flights too close together, didn't allow time for transition go gate and a break before getting on another plane"
Pros: "Flight left on time and got in early. This allowed us to catch an earlier flight to Seattle."
Pros: "at least, i got to Haiti"
Cons: "delays + long flight."
Pros: "The boarding agent took the scattered seat assignments of out party of six and got us all co-located - of her own initiative. I really appreciated that."
Pros: "I commend the gate agent for trying to get the plane boarded by herself. But it was a SNAFU, very unusual for a Delta flight. By herself, it was almost impossible to deal with passports, visas, and people cutting inline."
Cons: "Didn't use the priority boarding lane. Once we boarded and left the gate, The plane stopped 30 ft away to proceed to unload and reorganize luggage in the cargo hold for about an hour. Flight was late in arrival by about two hours."
Pros: "The service with a smile. They brought water and snacks while we were waiting for our luggage, that was very thoughtful."
Cons: "The screens weren´t working, so there was no entertainment for the 3 hours long flight."
Pros: "Leg room was good but could have been better"
Pros: "Everything was fine"
Cons: "The gate was so far away for a flight that takes 29 minutes."
