It is not so much I had bad experience with Singapore Airlines, but with Kayak and particularly Underpricer. My wife and my seat arrangements were changed some times after we booked our tickets and reserved our seats I February 14, 2026. However, after our arrival we realized that we were separated and sitting in different isles. Our return tickets indicated the same. Our several calls to your Underpricer customer care were useless as they cared how much they could charge us rather than actually help us. At the end they referred us to Singapore Airlines. If that was the solution, why did I have to call your Underpricer customer care. I will definitely erase your app from my phone and I will never use Kayak for future traveling. After all, there are so many agencies that I can use other than your company.
It was good but n it to the same standard as London to Singapore
Great flight attendants as always, they were super helpful and friendly. Made my kids super comfortable during long flight. The food were fine, some great taste some not so much specially the scramble eggs thats too watery. And maybe since its general food, better to not serve coffee pudding that kids cant really eat or maybe just serve different pudding for kids.
a longer gap btw the supper and breakfast would have been better - felt like the sleep was way too fragmented on this red eye flight
The quality and the quantity of food was terrible. I was starving to death at the end of the flight. Used serve 3 meals long time ago, now reduced to 2 meals during the 17 hours flight. Never offered wine or tea to us. We have to ask . Extremely hard to get the attention of the flight attendants. They intentionally ignore us to minimize the service. Bathrooms were dirty
SQ is a market leader for good reason and its 787 this time was actually comfortable and the service top notch as always.

Never book through Kayak. They can offload booking to third parties that are completely horrible.
I loved the full Taylor Swift selection but felt that the other selections were limited, didn’t span the popular music eras nor a wide enough range of music genres. BUT the seat and bed were GREAT (it was wide, long enough, had great storage, firm enough to uphold body postural comfort). Outstanding crew and really great food - gourmet innovative dim sum breakfast so different from the boring standard fare offered by many other business class products.
Crew is excellent Wifi needs to be improved in order to connect to the internet.
The staff were excellent, the seat comfort is very poor on a three hour flight, Scoot Airline seats were poor quality also, they are okay for a short flight time of no more than one hour!
Most passengers going to Dumaguete early are tourists who are some booked thier ferry online. Mine was wasted because of delays cause by waiting on runway before taking off and too long before they let us go down...I could still make it in time if they let us go down early. We are just there waiting to go down the plane for 10-15mins.
We were allowed to board early, seats were spacious and we arrived early.
I had excellent experienced flying with Cebu Pacific on my domestic flight. However, no food and beverage serve might be due to short travel time of 40 minutes.
No entertainment and not expected. Cabin was very cold which brought the comfort score down

Cebu Pac has a habit of changing boarding gates. They do a lot of remote boarding. So just be attentive to the announcements, especially if it's near your boarding time.
Was denied early boarding for a hot seat row 1C. I asked gate attendant why I couldn’t I board as I paid extra for that seat and it’s privileges that come from purchasing it. and she said no that Cebu Pacific does not allow it. When I boarded plane finally I had nowhere to put my bag as the seats behind me had taken my overhead area. The flight attendant said that the gate attendant was wrong. I fly a lot in the philippines and to Japan and now I have no choice but to fly with Air Asia. At least they board with zones and allow rows 1-3 to board early.
Flight was delayed from 8pm to near midnight. They made us board then sit in the cabin and wait for even longer for take-off. No compensation whatsoever - not even in a free drink or meal
We were told that flight was delayed by 20 mins, but it left close to an hour late. But they did make it up and arrived early; it's just very difficult to keep waiting when it's a late flight. Food was mediocre.

Premium check in was worth it. Boarding process was a little chaotic. Seats were super cramped and I am less than 80kg and 180cm
Great. Very satisfied with a direct flight from Penang back to HK international. Stewards in the cabin were very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to fly with Air Asia in the future.
Second time flying on AirAsia. They’re fine for a low cost carrier, so I don’t expect high level hospitality. They could have informed us that the flight would be delayed even if by a few minutes, instead of the passengers asking the gate agents why we’re not boarding 8 minutes before takeoff. And given some of the passengers on this particular flight were problematic, the crew did great handling such people.
They didn't have a single blanket for hire for a long haul overnight flight. This wasn't good enough even for a budget airline
Air Asia’s standard has dropped tremendously post pandemic. The whole organisation feels ‘soul-less’
It’s THE worst international flying experience I have had. I will avoid this airline.
“They carefully called each boarding group in turn, only to herd everyone onto a bus for the drive across the airport apron. By the time we reached the aircraft, all semblance of orderly boarding had disappeared and it became a complete bun fight to get on board. Rather nonsensical really — why bother with boarding groups in the first place?”unless you are at an air bridge!!!

Uncoordinated boarding, seat comfort is terrible, even toilet is so small that overweight people wouldn't fit in. Baggage scam with additional fees. Stay away from this airline.

Scoot is a no frills budget airline. Do not expect a legacy airline experience.
Food & lower the prices. Look at Air Asia food look better & affordable
The cosmetic condition was pretty run down. The carpets were badly worn out. Even the paint on the wings was chipped and peeled! Looks like they are running these 787s to the ground..
6hrs fly they dont give you a glass of water from seoul to singapore need to buy drink and food plus they charge for bag on international fly is always Free 1 bag from seoul to singapore is Not a local fly you are traveling true asia same story from singapore to Bali no water drink after payment for bag drink cost more the regular airline Well never use this company again we use regular company like Delta korea japan China and even scoot parent company Singapore Air
We flew on the 787 Dreamliner direct to main gate at KLIA2, quick entry via eGate and on the train 41mins after touchdown. Go well SCOOT
no charging point. food offering is limited and very much on the budget line. Overall is not satisfying for such a price and duration of flight.
First time flying with VietJet Air is so so. Check-in process for domestic is okay and easy but during our flight back to Manila, the ground staff at Tan Son Nhat International Airport weighed our hand luggage before boarding when in fact, it should be weighed during the check-in process. They are very strict in terms of the 7kg hand carry it’s either you’ll pay extra, or leave things behind.
Late departure, late arrival, and personal items on laps during takeoff and landing. Departure gate opened on time, but no direction as to whether to board at front or rear of plane based on seat number. Fashionable staff with sunglasses inside the plane and cockpit remained for ten minutes after the boarding complete announcement. For a scheduled 80 minute flight, adjusted to 65 minute as noted on takeoff; the total time on the plane with delays was r more than two hours. No confidence had there been an emergency that anyone would have been able or aware of what to do.

Flights on time is good. Crew should take care of passengers more.
Seats too small and tight. Flight attendants don't know how to deal with family with noisy kids on board.
Flight was delayed 2 hours, which seems regular with this airline. Aircrew were avarage, friendly but robotic. At check in I asked for a spare seat. Got some stupid response about loading capacity (it was 85% full!) Then passengers behind jumped up and moved to vacant exit rows, they obviously didn't pay for. Waited over 20+ minutes to disembark, with ground staff trying to squash all passengers onto 1 bus. Causing even more delays. Unsafe and stupid! But this is a problem at Saigon airport. Overall a very average experience!
Some chair in the flight should be maintained, but I think they may not have time to check every seats, since it is high demand in this period.

As usual...the airline tries to pack as many bodies as possible on the plane. Very little leg room...although the flight was so short there was no inflight food or beverage...you could hardly put the tray table down if there was food/beverage service.
Good value airline for a LCC - food selection and drinks looked well priced. Flight was delayed and no rush to make up time
