The best part was the staff. They are kind and gracious and made it a good flight.

It is good. The aircraft is big enough for my legs. Just not that cold enough and food is not that good. There was a food that was supposed to be beef, but only onions, no beef inside.
The crew assisted the super senior citizen and accommodated her requests. Experience with crew was excellent. However the aircraft did not have a separate business class cabin. Some of the small offer to improve confirmt of passenger like making a bed in helping them sleep, closing the cabin door would go a long way as some of the traveler are not even aware of these facilities. Once they know, they may prefer flying business.
Since I traveled on my birthday, they gave me a gift and a card. How thoughtful and caring.

Our flight was canceled, then they moved us to a different flight number yet we didn’t receive notifications timely. We had to find out the latest on our own / later AA sent a text with the updated info..
They didn't tell me they changed my flight. So I got confused on what happened to my flight.
Great flight experience although the food served was not up to the usual SQ standards with the main being too saucy.
Very pleasant, look forward to flying with JAL again if the price is right.
Though the flights to and from Tokyo were the longest (and some foods I found a little bit unappetising, but some I liked), and Osaka to Tokyo was very short (therefore no food or entertainment), I kinda enjoyed them and might use them again if I go to Japan again at some point in the future
Very nice staff and very good choices for food and drinks.
The flight took off at 10pm in Singapore (which is not an issue). However, the breakfast was served at 2:00am Singapore time to ETA of 5am SG time. Hence, it was difficult to get much of rest or sleep during the flight.
I was expecting to fly in a Japanese airline because that what I bought, very disappointed finding out the change of airline without any explanation.
The stewardesses were excellent! The food and service were great. I will definitely fly ANA in the future.
Excellent. There were setbacks, but it had nothing to do with the crew. Mostly, mechanical which delayed our flight.
Awful. They cancelled my flight from Osaka to Tokyo and did not communicate this with United so my flight was never rescheduled. I had to call United myself who, after being on hold with them for an entire hour, did not believe that my flight had been canceled because ANA never reported this. ANA themselves refused to rebook my flight. United then said they would only rebook my flight for $600. After three hours of calling I was able to rebook my flight. My total trip was delayed 7 hours.
Flights got canceled due to weather and rebooked; however, were rebooked for the latest times and I was unable to move anything up.
Overall great. For improvement: early online check-in with seat choice.
During booking, I selected the seats so that my wife and I would sit next to each other. However, the airline changed our seats at boarding so that we were seated apart. Very disappointing.

The usual excellent experience with Singapore Airlines. The airplane was on time and actually early to Haneda Airport. The onboarding experience was pleasant with no delays, perhaps owing to the fact that the flight was not full. Nevertheless, the air crew were their usual outstanding standards in serving the passengers.
Very good flight from Boarding to landing -efficient and comfortable with decent entertainment options
Overall, very good. The food was better than expected with the exception of the pork and potatoes dinner at the end of the flight. My family all selected that dish and did not set it. I tried a bite also and it was honestly terrible. Also, it would be helpful to know when the snacks in the back of the plane are available.
The crew and their service was top notch, but the plane itself seemed to be on the older side and worn out. Also, the food could’ve been better. 9 out of 10.
It was a middle of the night changeover, so we were all ready for sleep. Staff were helpful and managed a few hours sleep. Food options were good.
Excellent- a lot of food Disappointed with the premium economy pouch- did not have toothbrush and tooth paste or socks. Other airlines provide them
It was for the most part a 10/10 they said they had entertainment options but all they had was old movies for streaming from the mid 2010’s so like 10 years ago

I appreciate the economy price of the tickets. The long flight made the comfort level on the lower average side. Wi-Fi connection was not consistent but working. Overall, I would fly again with zip air but next time get the flat, premium seats with the amount of money I would save otherwise.
Comfortable seats and lucky no one was in middle seat. No water on the plane. Plane was on time and staff was fast.
You get what you pay for and nothing more. Wanted a cheap flight and that’s exactly what I got, though it’s human nature to wanting to feel like you got a good deal as well. There was none of that here. I was cheap and they were too. Got to my destination safely and that’s all that really matters.

Flight was seamless. Free wifi helped pass the time. Food was okay, just make sure you pre order or pick something up from the airport

Inflight WiFi would lose connection when you don't continuously use it, and would sometimes be difficult to reconnect. Food quality could be a bit better. Other than that, it was excellent.

By the time we reached the aircraft, all semblance of orderly boarding had disappeared and it became a complete bun fight to get on board. Uncoordinated boarding, seat comfort is terrible, even toilet is so small that overweight people wouldn't fit in. Baggage scam with additional fees. Stay away from this airline.

Scoot is a no frills budget airline. Do not expect a legacy airline experience.

The cosmetic condition was pretty run down. The carpets were badly worn out. Even the paint on the wings was chipped and peeled! Looks like they are running these 787s to the ground..

We flew on the 787 Dreamliner direct to main gate at KLIA2, quick entry via eGate and on the train 41mins after touchdown. Go well SCOOT
It was a cheaper flight and it arrived early. I thought the crew were pretty noisy for an overnight flight, and my friend was not able to sleep because of the noise. Also I think it’s absurd they don’t provide complementary water. Why does everything have to be a surcharge? Airplanes are dehydrating and it would be beneficial to help passengers stay healthy.
