The baseline is to have everything happen as expected. That is what happened with the small exception that climate control in the aircraft sss not turned on when boarding started making the aircraft very hot. All in all great experience!
On time, quick boarding, so nice of them to honor active and retired military with early boarding. Attendants were nice . Plane was clean. A bit crowded like all flights.
My bag was open when I got to Portland and all my clothes were wet and my parking pass was wet
Had to deplane 2 x due to problems with plane. Delayed over 6 hours ans was given a $12 food credit which barely oaud for anything and limited to wear incoukd redeem.
After boarding the plane had to wait an hour at the for the copilot to show up before we could depart
No beverage/snack service without any explanation or reason. Late boarding and delayed flight.

There was overbooking that delayed boarding. Then an airport emergency lockdown that caused further delays in boarding. However the time was made up during flight and there was a minimal delay in landing. Everything else was excellent.
Delta is the best. It was all very easy and on time.
Lady Pilot was perfect in every way wheels up to wheels down communication, professionalism, excellent on time departure and on time arrival, excellent communication! Fantastic job with Superb attitude!!
I couldn’t give an honest evaluation, because the Houston airport has a problem and I was stand up for several hours and after a long trip from Munich I feel really very tired
A couple flight attendants in business class had bad attitudes and provided poor service. They did provide drinks or refill drinks. They talked to certain passengers for long periods of time and ignored others.
I especially enjoyed having a lightly packed flight which enabled me and my wife to occupy a three seat area with nobody in the middle seat.
Fantastic experience once again flying with United! There was great communication from the cockpit and one of the flight attendants went out of her way to get my two little kids some special treats which elevated our travel experience coming home.
1) United economy seats barely recline. 2) I have yet to get United WiFi to work, after numerous flights.
It was great. The staff is always helpful and polite. The app is great and makes the whole trip and process so easy. They even offer a step to step guide to your correct terminal. And they keep all the information you'll need updated. Anything you can think of! Great experience.
It was hot and not as comfortable as the flight to Chicago. Must have been a different plane that needs to be worked on or replaced.
Short flight, but no drink/snack service. The flights both going and coming were delayed.
Why wasn't this flight departure scheduled eith another crew so that it could leave on time? When we arrived in Denver we had so little time between flights we had run to the connecting flight. We should received some credit for the inconvenience.
My flight was 3 hours late, which caused me to miss my connection in Denver. Further, this connecting flight was then Later canceled. This required me to stay another night an hour and a half away, and rent the rental car for an additional Night. I am still waiting for United Airlines to reimburse me for the inconvenience and Expense of having to extend my rental Car for An additional Day. Our flight was delayed to Louisville. What made this worse was they did not have another flight attendant to service the flight. This caused an even longer delay. Then when a flight attendant did show up, she chose to "swap" flights with another flight attendant. Therefore, we had to wait longer for the other flight attendant to come to our flight. This is information that the gate attendant should not have shared. Processes and execution at American are broken. Passengers are feeling it. Fixing this starts at the top of the organization.
The gate got changed several times and the flight was delayed over an hour. Awful experience
It was an older plane. First Class was not especially roomy or comfortable. It was a short flight so there were no meal but they did offer mixed nuts which used to be normal but now is rare. Crew member was very polite and professional.
No Snacks or Entertainment. The flight was short, snacks should still be given.
The boarding process needs to be fixed. The zone don't work, especially when there is hardly anyone in zones 3, 4,and 5, leaving the majority of the passengers backed up in the aisle, especially because passengers seated near the front are blocking passengers who are seated in the rear of the plane. It would also help if the size of carry on bags was more strictly enforced.
My Internet did not work for Outlook email or basically anything. I paid for one hour of in-flight usage and it was terrible. I spent a lot of time on different sites and browsers with no luck and a lot of frustration. Other than that, the flight was on time, crew was nice, service was fine. Seat was OK even though I paid for the extra 6 inches. I cannot imagine how tight the seats in the back must be.
I had a carry on and a personal bag. I put my personal item under my seat and on way to the seat I put my bag up. I usually close my eyes and rest as I was on call for last 36 hours. I heard very loud announcements that someone needs to identify their bag. Pretty sure it was not mine until the hostess pointed out my jacket details attached to the bag. I asked why she got my bag out. I got berated and did not want to create a scene. But this person needs to be talked to.
Everything was fine. Flight boarded and departed on time. Seating was spacious enough for my carryon to fit under the seat in front of me. No complaints at all. Flight even arrived early.
Other than being delayed 5.5 hours and having to get a hotel because I missed my connecting flight, it was an okay flight. No in-flight Wi-Fi or entertainment.
Boston ticket agent Cheryl Porter is WONDERFUL. Our Iberia flight to Barcelona was cancelled the morning we were scheduled to leave and Cheryl was our super hero - she found us seats on a flight to London and on to Barcelona. Truly a “can-do ” attitude which we appreciated so much after the Iberia ticket agents told us there was “absolutely nothing they could do”. (As did the customer service agents at Iberia’s call center) Ms Porter is truly a wonderful person who genuinely cares about travelers!
