More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff

Flight was late, boarding totally chaotic, seat uncomfortable, food good, attendants and pilots good.

aegean took off late, which made it impossible for us to make the next flight on air canada, we all ran to the terminal, the plane was still there but the air canada folks wouldn't let us board because they said the door was already closed. they told us we had to go all the way back to aegean desk to arrange another flight.

Due to long security check and no last call announcements from Gate staff, my family and 12 other passengers missed the flight.

Boarding process makes no sense for priority boarding or not since everyone gets crammed in a bus and everyone gets out without any difference.

Ryanair is the worst airline in Europe and easily one of the worst in the planet

Letting people wait outside for boarding in the rain and almost 0 degrees for a high temperature destination is very customer unfriendly

The Ryanair staff was not polite. We all travelled with the same suitcases as we departed from Thessaloniki, however they decided that for some passengers the suitcase was not the rigth one as far as the dimensions are concerned. Furthermore, one air stewardess asked passengers to close themselves the luggage cabinet in order to prove that the lugagge was not properly fitted, which i think is very unkind and unprofessional. We also had to wait outside , some metres away from the plane until last passengers came off....It was generally a dissapointing experience.

Late again rude staff at gate bullying passengers made us stand in the cold 3degrees for 40 mins before they let us board

The usual average Ryanair flight, but we landed 20 min before due time, which was very good.

Great flight and reminded that the logistics completely Astoria. No real story about victors, m

it s a budget flight, crew was doing their job well, it was on time.
