I had to purchase new toiletries and had to make arrangements to get back to the airport. As of now, I do not plan on choosing American Airline nor LATAM for my future flights."

Our legs were extremely cramped by the time we got to Rome. We had no overhead storage, which was already small, so we had to put our carry-ons multiple rows behind us -- which made exiting the plane a pain. There wasn't any personal entertainment systems, just one tv per section. The food was sub par. The crew was nice enough, but I'll NEVER take American Airlines internationally again."

I didn't know the airports were that far apart and the one-hour taxi drive cost me 80 dollars. From Sao Paulo to Washington, things went as well as expected. Once landed everything was horrible."

When i purchased a ticket from cheapo air, the person helping me was so nice. Unlike United airlines, or Viama. When i missed my flight that i paid $1,300.00, United said they'd give me another ticket for $4,000? This was a one time offer to redeem my $1,300 Viama said $10,500? I will only buy my tickets from cheapo air from now on."

When you travel to another country they should have at least one person who speaks English. Can't really say much for the food, essentially requesting a vegetarian meal was out of the question, so i just starve. Drink some watered down booze, take a few dramamine and sleep. The layovers are ridiculous. 14 hours, 8 hours 4 hours? Good thing God made Beer and pizza."

Long story short, I was demanded to identify if I held Chinese or US passport... I have written a letter to United CEO. I got reply that I would get a reply in 24-48 hours. I'm waiting. My second leg was two hours delay from Chicago to Boston."

The confirmation ticket said the flight took off at 4:15 but when we got there they said the flight was changed to 3:45. We missed the flight because no one notified us of the change. We also had purchased insurance. We deserve either a refund or a free flight to our next destination. Some sort of compensation is deserved."

Cons: "On arrival at the airport, help was needed to get the boarding pass but there was no one at the ticket counter to help. For that reason, Joe missed the flight. When the representative did get to the counter, she was of no help in helping him get to his destination. He was marked as a "No Show" and his reservation was cancelled. Joe was told his return flight was confirmed. He was able to make arrangements with another airline after spending another $300 to get to Orlando. However, when he confirmed his flight home, he was told it was canceled because he "no showed!" He talked with people in Orlando and I called the phone number on the email received from Spirit after he missed the flight. I spoke with 3 different people who only wanted to tell me their policy. I needed help in getting Joe back to Akron, Oh. They could only tell me that we would have to make a new reservation and pay even more money for him to get home. They did not honor the money that had already been paid to them. They did not help us at all. They could only quote their policy, which was a moot point by that time!!!"

Cons: "It was a rollarcoaster of an experience! The communication was awful, from the crew to the passengers and even amongst themselves. We were lied to (for the sake of peace) and told many different things, from slight delay, to big delay, to leaving now, to cancelled, to can't fit everyone on our flights tomorrow and there are no hotels, to we may rebook this flight for tomorrow, to we are reimbursing, to we figured everything out, let's go now. We had to be rechecked in, new tickets issued, then sat on the plane for an hour as baggage had been taken off the plane, taken out of the security area to the other side of the airport-lastly, we were told luggage would come the day after, then after landing we were told we wouldn't get our luggage for two more days. It was incredible how poorly everything was handled. Aside from that, we know it is a discount airline, no frills. But the seats not being able to tip back had a HUGE impact on those of us flying for the first time. For late night or long flights, Spirit isn't ideal for comfort and ability to sleep. Otherwise, everything was fine :) Honestly, I won't fly Spirit again if I can help it. Granted I don't know if the crew member was sick, got in a fight or had some other sort of delinquecy, but wow... the lack of viable options and the announcements being made, changing of plans, etc. was unlike anything any other airline would tolerate."

Cons: "I will never use spirit again they ended up costing me more to fly than if I went with another carrier. it was cost and disorganized no one at the counters when I arrived at the airport big lines and instead of being focused on customer service the majority of the staff kept rearranging lines than staff that helped process people. just a general poor experience."
Pros: "I got to fly American Airlines and now I know to not book Spirit again. Can't wait to try JetBlue next time!"
Cons: "We were landing at FLL. The airport was closed and the flight was still a "go" for when the airport reopened. Well, just as FLL airport opened again, spirit canceled the flight. Why is beyond me."
