Cons: "When disembarking the plane there should have been more organization for social distancing. There shouldn’t be people standing over your trying to hurry and get off the plane. Everyone should stay seated until it’s time for your row to get off. None of the flight staff made people do this"

Pros: "Flight was on time and crew helped find a place for my violin. Even though I was early to the gate, they also helped me update my seat before the new flight crew arrived."

Pros: "I liked having the entertainment system on the Minneapolis to Atlanta flight. I was able to watch the football game which made the time go by more quickly. The crew was excellent and provided good service even though I did not have any food or drinks."
Cons: "I am always dismayed by how long it takes to get passengers on the plane. Once on the plane, it also takes too much time to get passengers seated. Passengers continue to bring luggage which takes up too much space in the overhead bins and have more items than permitted. I do not bring luggage on board because it is too hard to find space and it holds up the boarding process."

Pros: "The crew on both legs of our trip were nice and accommodating."

Cons: "Boarding was very slow and exiting the plane was also slower than normal. An overhead bin was locked and that delayed passengers"

Cons: "The bathrooms smelled every time someone opened the door. Febreeze, please!!"

Pros: "Seats were comfortable but crowded. Was nice to have the built in screen for entertainment."
Cons: "Did not like being bumped to a flight with a five hour layover in SLC. Travel day was already very long. We booked the flight originally based on the shorter layover of an hour and a half. Seemed very inconsiderate."

Cons: "Its a flight to WV (my birth place).... it is what it is... smll planes, tight quarters and people who don’t get any of that and are not happy anout any of it"

Cons: "Didn’t make the flight due to delay and late arrival! No help getting seats on a later flight or next morning."

Cons: "Sat on the tarmac for 20 Minutes, after taking off late. Arrived to my connecting gate 10 Minutes prior to scheduled departure with no delta attendants in sight and watched my plane sit at the gate and pull away with no way to get on board. Now I’m waiting unnecessarily for 4 hours on another flight."

Pros: "I love Delta! Always professional, efficient and polite. They disappoint on this round-trip flight. They are my go-to carrier. When I call the people whom I speak to are always very polite and efficient"
Cons: "The person next to me was a very large individual and the seats were not wide. This phenomenon had nothing to do with Delta as a carrier, however."

Cons: "The only thing I don't understand is how the planes are loaded. and this is only a comment and I know you and others carriers have there way of doing things. I just don't understand why you load the first section of the plane first and the back of the plane last, It looks like you would want to load the back and come forward so everyone is not getting hit and stood over while everyone is loading."

Cons: "Did not assign seat at check in. Had to go to gate and check in. Staff handled it well, but it was inefficient. Wasted time dealing with it."

Cons: "The plane was terrible. Trim pieces falling off the seats. In very rough shape. The crew did ok, nothing terrible but the service was mediocre and they were very stingy with the snacks and drinks."

Cons: "I was a concerned when I couldn't select seats during check-in and was informed that our seats would be assigned at the gate. After boarding, it made more sense since it wasn't a full flight; I could understand that was likely done so the plane would be weight-balanced. It just caused me some concern the day before."

Cons: "I purchased a basic economy ticket and upon checking in, my Delta app said my seat was unassigned and I had to get my boarding pass at the airport. I checked back later and the app had me as number 7 on the standby list. I called Delta (wait time 3+ hours... my flight was in 3), and then the Delta app support where I was able to get through to someone. She told me that the ticket I purchased over a month in advance did not guarantee me a seat on the plane (???). She said that if I was bumped from the flight they would reschedule me for the next morning. She was pretty rude and made it seem like I had a 50/50 shot of getting on this plane. I rushed to the airport in hopes that I would be the first from Standby there, and the gate agent told me that I was fine and would board right after first class and be assigned a seat then. Great. Once I got my seat assignment, I board to find out there is someone else sitting in my seat...... They eventually called the desk and had her moved, but it was the weirdest boarding experience I've had.. and I've flown Spirit. These planes that Delta fly's are SO OLD. Both times I have flown Delta the "turbulence" has been so bad and cold air was blowing right on my the whole flight with no option to turn it off (it wasn't from one of the vents, but from the side). Someone close to me works for Delta and I know for a fact that some of their engines blow mid-flight.. and they tell the passengers that it's turbulence.. so that doesn't make me feel very safe. I won't fly Delta again if there is another comparable option."

Cons: "No blanket if you're not 1st class lol. I haven't flew in solo long, idk,i thought they were complimentary lol. & cups of water? What happened to the Shasta's lol."

Cons: "Agents at the ticketing countet were the rudest i have ever encountered in my years of flying. Had a problem and when i asked for their assistance was given the Delta 800 number and told to call and they walked off. When i called it was a 2 hour wait for an agent. Thank goodness for their app as i was able to.change my flight with the My Delta app. Also they had overbooked the flight and rather than giving assurance to people just told us to wait and "line up orderly"."

Pros: "My seat was very near the front ...two rows behind comfort class seating (which was mostly empty). WiFi services and entertainment were offered...to those that brought along their own receiving devices."
Cons: "My seat happened to be one row in front of the Exit Aisle Seating rows....I wasn't aware that this meant having to sit straight up the entire time without the chance of reclining my chair back into the Exit Aisle's space.The 2 hour and 13 minute flight time sitting straight up really worked up my sciatic nerve into a flaring frenzy. I Forgot to bring my iPad Pro with me on this trip...and had no adequate access to any entertainment content."

Cons: "Travel to Canada from the US is generally an unpleasant experience, probably because there are not many travelers. Not many connecting flights and long layovers. Plane is small, no exntertainment, no food, few beverage options."

Cons: "Very poor assistance for special needs customers. Excessive waits for wheelchairs. Ignored in London waiting to be escorted to gate."
