I’m on this flight every other week. Same flight, same day of the week, same time of day… Multiple times there are issues getting flight plan registered and FAA approved r to take off. PAPERWORK This is exhausting and it sucks.
Flight Staff: Always great! Checking back vs carry-on: I typically check my bag since so much time is spent stowing the bag, it's heavy, maybe not enough room. Delta is charging $45 to check bags. Yet, the people who have multiple carry-on bags are then asked to check their bags and are offered this service for free. This does not seem fair to a person who is trying to be proactive in improving the process . Boarding: Boarding is always slow and exhausting. With the exception of First Class, Economy, why not board the zone in the back of the plane first??? Seats: Why cross the seat belts? I get that it looks nice, but people waste so much time moving them or sitting on them and then having to move. Seats: On both my flights the seat did not recline. Not a big deal. Smell: There was a horrific smell like the restrooms on my first flight. I thought I was going to be sick. Most flights do not smell great. Does Delta use air purifiers or anything?
The crew were very respectful. And also they were welcoming.they did help us locate our seats.i enjoyed.
Chaotic boarding at these gates, multiple gates squeezed in at the very end of a concourse, behind a restaurant. Agents gave up on boarding by individual zones. Flight itself was uneventful, which is all we hope for any more.
Flight delayed due to ground hold. Republic airways did a great job.
The flight was smooth, the crew was great but the plane was quite old
Flight was warm for first few hours and quite rough
Flight was delayed several times. At one point, they "pulled back" 15 minutes from the delayed boarding and sent a text saying we would board sooner than previously advised. The flight then was delayed again. And when we boarded, there was an unspecified technical issue which had us waiting in the plane for about an hour.
The Dekta Rep that checked us in was great. She's very personable, pleasant, and can tell she enjoys her job.
1st flight had mechanical issues after we boarded and almost took off. They tried to fix on runway but couldn’t do we went back to the gate. They couldn’t fix it there either. So we had to deplane and board another plane 2 hrs later. All in all our flight was delayed 4 hrs so we had to cancel some business meeting we had in London for the morning since we were supposed to arrive at 7am and did not arrive until 11:45am. Also, the 2nd plane had mechanical issues as well but fortunately they were able to fix on runway.
Flight Crew Review The crew was absolutely amazing from start to finish! They were friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely made the flight feel comfortable and enjoyable. Every interaction was pleasant, and they went above and beyond to make sure passengers were taken care of. You could really tell that they cared about providing great service. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism and would be happy to fly with this crew again!
stood in line to check in luggage for nearly an hour. very poor service and not excusable
Same as the previous flight as far as comfort and food. Entertainment didn’t have a watchable screen so everything would need to be watched on your own device in which they didn’t have a charging port that accommodated my iPhone. Seats were very uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly.
Some of the Air hostesses are not that friendly. Need improvement

We paid extra with copa for seats near one another The plane was changed and we lost our seats We were all Separated. We have not received a refund for our seats despite emailing and calling.
We were in transit from Lima (flight at 1.10am) and we were in stand by in our flight from Panama to Washington. We wait from 4.30 am to 18.30pm in the Airport. The company give us 2 x 15 dollars for eat during the day and a personnal travel voucher of 400 dollars each. Do they buy food one time something in the Airport ??? And one of us live in France so the voucher is not usable. More than 24 hours travel !! And our place were near the toilets, with 8 children around us. The boy behind my seat stamped his feet on my back all the flight. Really Wonder full ! So we are totally unhappy with our travel. Thanks Copa Airlines....

Copa crew is almost never great in terms of service.
I missed my original flight due to miscommunication and it was a challenge to communicate with service personnel, since my Portuguese is limited. However they got me food and a hotel overnight and a seat on the next available flight.
It was a bit unnerving to know that flights are generally oversold. We chose not to pay extra to reserve a specific seat, without realizing that that makes us vulnerable to being bumped. Everything else about the flight was great.
In flight from Miami to Anchorage, we were all on board ready to take off. Pilot decided to take on more fuel causing a delay. Once fueled, the pilot came back over the radio stating more delay due to VIP. These delays caused me to miss my connecting flight. I went to the Alaska Air counter for information. They flat out stated that it was ATCs fault that I missed my flight and booked me a flight the next day about 1300 . I believe if we had the fuel prior to getting on board we would not of been delayed and I would have taken off on time. Pilot was taken out of the equation. I think they should’ve taken responsibility for their pilots decision to top off his aircraft instead of waiting til the last moment. Enough said…
We liked the way we were treated by the sraff at lima airport counter and the the flight attendants. We did not like the fact that the kiosks at airport rebooted after we entered our information and then told us that there was an issueand we needed to go to the counter. Such a waste of time for a group of 6. Once we got our boarding passes there was no assigned gate so we did not know where to go.
Honestly first time flying with delta and it was pretty good. All the process very smooth and crew was always nice and attentive.
Nothing I like, I missed this connection b/c of an earlier flight delay. I had to stay one more night and I paid out my own pocket. LATAM failed to send me to a safe and decent hotel.
It was delayed for 2 hours. Then when we arrived they took us on a very uncomfortable bus and left us there. The bus driver wouldn't let us out because no one from Latam was there. Everything was disaster.
LATAM is a great airline who takes care of there guests. They consistently walk around and see if you need water in addition to taking care of all the passengers. The chicken in process is really easy and I’m always offered a chance for an upgrade which I appreciate.
Deleted flight made me loose my connection flight now stuck in Atlanta for a day
Comfort in exit seat was excellent. FLight crew and flight were excellent. However exit seat tray table was broken so could not use it. Entertainment monitor did not work at all despite attempts to reset it.
Did not like the check in guy quibbling over a couple pounds at the luggage weigh in

This is related to my second leg of the flight, from Washington DC to SFO. I understand things happen, but I got home at 3 am for a 12:59 am landing. I live 10 min from the airport. Bridge breaks when a few rows of the plane are off? Maintenance didn’t catch that?
Great Brasilia aircraft - not a Boeing 757 like the next part of the flight. Flight from MCI to IAD was great, on-time, comfortable, did I mention that? The flight from IAD to EDI was painful. One of the reasons I won't fly United again? Boeing 757, with a seat pitch and material that was horrendous. Worst aircraft ever, made worse by United sardine-can tight seating. Oh, and the connection window, 45 minutes, really? At IAD, in different concourses? What idiot came up with that flight scenario? Happily, (for me and my travel insurance people) the flight was late (reminiscent of American Airlines). The crew was professional and courteous.

Best flight in years. Pre-boarding because of my mobility issues. Good food and beverage from beginning to end. Excellent choice of films. Good service by stewardesses. Comfortable seats. I could lie down!
No drink service but there was no N/A as an option to choose. Seats were extremely tight. I am under 5.5 and I bumped my knees have no idea how taller people could manage.
Bad check in experience. Dirty ancient aircraft. Truly awful food and this in Business/ First class.

Very kind Lufthansa agent somehow gave us all no charge extra business class seats and helped us get home rested and happy.

Horrible experience with Avianca, they delayed their flight and when we arrived to NYC, AVIANCA took 1 hr y 30 mins to park the airplane and all passenger get off the plane, it made me lost all my trains to get back home and I came back to my place at 3 am instead of 12 am. On the top of that their plane seat are so uncomfortable and is not enough space and killed my legs and knees, Avianca used to be good when it was a Colombian company, now after Brasilian company bought them, their service quality is bad and their flights are delayed and oversold.
I handed in my suitcase in perfect condition at SAL Airport. And in MIA Airport I received it with one corner broken and the wheels bent.
I like the crew members they're very friendly. Clean plane. The flight was on time. I dont like the comfort my car seat its better that the plane seats. They charge for everything. This airline was very good. Now it's a low cost airline
6 hour flight and have to pay for everything 100 dollars to add a carry-on bag is insane
The check in is the only positive thing in Avianca. The seat is the most uncomfortable I have traveled, the distance is minimal.

Felt very cramped in the back of plane. There was an hour delay for take off sitting on the runway, but we did arrive on time. They charge $120 for carry on bag and backpack at the airport its ridiculous.
