Cons: it would be great if you could not use all those one-use plastic cups. waste is a real issue in the US and the solution is using re-usable items like washable cups. Unboarding was a nightmare and it started to get really hot waiting to get off.
Cons: They have to improve the boarding process a bit.
Pros: For me the boarding was of fast

Pros: Crew was good. As always not enough leg room if you are taller. Resent having to pay extra for more leg room.
Cons: Everything. We were incredibly delayed which happens but none of the staff knew what was happening. Different passengers were told different things and when we tried to ask questions they were far from helpful. It was not a good experience at all.
Pros: crew was great with my girlfriend who is diabled.

Pros: I find airline seats to be getting smaller, even though I have lost 5% of my mass. Perhaps it is my age. My chair at home is a prototype airline seat, designed by a Scandinavian.
Cons: Entertainment on airlines is "meh" at best, but I prefer old movies. So I bring a book. Then the airline comes up with novel locations for the light switch. Airlines should remember that travelers have just had the "TSA experience."

Pros: The flight was on time and arrived early with minimal difficulties
Cons: A crew member required several passengers including my girlfriend to check a bag that has routinely fit on all flights prior with even checking to see if it would actually fit at the gate

Cons: Recycling/reduce waste. Gluten-free choices.
Pros: Used system wide upgrade to first class. Seat is spacious and comfortable. Mattress pad is a good addition.
Cons: Crew member serving 1st class was bad, average business was class crew is much nicer and more helpful
Pros: The Crew was great. Very courteous and respectful.
Cons: Better communication. Flight was delayed but passengers were not notified right away. We were notified after we were supposed to have boarded already.

Pros: United Airlines culturally has a very big issue. The crews are not friendly and the seating is awful.
Pros: The flight was delayed several times due to bad weather in Tampa. The gate agent was good at explaining the problem and said it was the FAA that had put a ground stop in place. It was nice to be informed about what was going on.
Cons: The cabin was very noisy -- don't know if the AC fans were cranked up or what, but the constant roar made it difficult to converse with the crew about snack and drink choices.
Cons: The flight was delayed and it ended up being delayed for 4 hours and we had to take a cab to Detroit to catch our flight to Europe
Pros: The entertainment system was good and they had free text messaging through the plane’s wifi network.
Cons: The plane stank. I was 3/4 in the back of the plane and there was a strong pee odor.
Cons: Worst first class service. Only came by twice in two hour flight
