We were moved to the international terminal and had to wait over an hour to get through security because they were understaffed. We finally got through security as the doors of our plane were closing. Upon reaching our assigned gate, we were told it had changed. We received one email less than a half hour before boarding of the change but since we were in line for security, did not see it. Our rebooked flight was delayed which meant we wouldn't make our connecting flight in DC. We went to Ft Lauderdale instead and sat near our gate until boarding time. At this point we we were informed of yet another gate change as boarding was supposed to start, however there were no announcements made. Our 2.5 hour non stop flight turned into an over 12 hour travel day"

Off I went, and off Irma went, I had to change my return travel plans and unfortunatelyJetblue didn't have s direct flight to my new destination, the counter agent in DC went thru possible options and worked with main ticketing to refund my flight for future use, noting it saved me money to rebook online at a cheaper fare, what airline does that theses days. Very pleased and grateful Jetblue made my travel during a tense weather weekend the least of my worries, they were Rock Stars!"

The seats did not recline and there was limited leg look because the exit row seats were aligned differently due to the crew seat next to the door. Also, the bathroom was right in front of the row in front of us and so it was busy, noisy and smelled. Obviously we didn't get our free drinks either. Now I'm having to fight with American trying to get a refund of the money we spent for the Main Cabin extra fees. The fun never stops. I will never fly American again."

Cons: "95% of my united flights are delayed. Today, they overbooked and asked for a volunteer. I did so and was offered a $1,500 compensation. Instead of 8:00, I would arrive at 11:00. I was very excited and patiently waited for the plane to board, so I coulD receive my new flight info. The flight is inevitably delayed, as it always is with this airline: I would have ended up missing my connection, so it seemed to work out well. However, they’re about to close the doors when the agent says “it’s not overbooked anymore” she gave me the option to so either get on that flight and wing it on my layover to find another flight, or go to Newark. But I needed to make a decision at that moment. The agent revoked the $1,500 because it was no longer overbooked and her demeanor immediately changed from The kind, accommodating agent she was when she needed me to give up my seat. She became short and rude. I got the last available seat because I was the last to board and was forced to check my bag because there was no more room. All because I was willing to change my travel plans. I get to my layover, and the earliest flight I could get would land at midnight with an additional layover. Oh! And the first class seat I was supposed to have on my second leg was not available. All of this was while I was seriously ill— throwing up, just wanting to be home. Honestly, I’ve never liked United. I constantly get over it, because it’s often the less expensive option. At this point, I am so sick of how they treat their customers, and their inability to depart on time. Last time I let them put me through this again."

We were given no information, the delays just kept increasing and increasing. We had to fly out the following morning which made things very inconvenient for getting rides from the airport and getting to work on time."

However as I was getting ready to head to the airport, my flight was canceled and they rebooked for another flight that would leave the next day with a 3 to 4 hour layover. I was frustrated with the flight selected and therected seemed to be no effort into suiting me with an equivalent flight in which I purchased, which was a direct flight. I spoke to a reap that found a flight on another airline, but it still was not a direct flight in which I requested. For this being my first impression I was not impressed!"

Cons: "After booking my flight two months prior and checking in 12 hours earlier, I was not allowed to board the plane because United had overbooked. Thus forcing me to fly to Charlotte then Newark at a 5 hour delay. There was also no drink for those in my row during a two hour flight from Charlotte to Newark."

Would love option of an entrainment unit on seat backs but I understand that with cheap flights it wouldn’t be cost effective for frontier. Flight delayed but that happens a lot with other airlines. Gave regular updates at desk and reason for the delay. Staff wonderful. Plane spotless"
Pros: "I was a little hesitant that I could pay under $100 for a round trip flight from Charlotte to Philadelphia. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. My bags even beat me down to the bag check!"
Pros: "I had never used Frontier till today and I have to say for being a discount Airline I was impressed. The flight boarding was quick, the seats were the same size as a normal airline in coach.....while I did not pay for a reclining seat I was comfortable for the 1.5 hour flight. I packed a bag that met the personal item size maximum and was not hit with any other fees. I actually found that the service was good and other passengers were friendly......probably because everyone was so happy that they didn’t overpay for the flight. I’ll definitely book again!"

Pros: "Frontier's flight from Charlotte to Trenton was canceled due to equipment problems. Frontier gave us a $10 meal voucher, rebooked us on another flight, and gave us a voucher for a future flight."
Cons: "The flight was scheduled to depart at 10 am but we had to wait till 2 pm before the flight was canceled. The rebooked flight took us to Newark. We then had to drive to Trenton to pick up our car."
Pros: "Crew took great care of passengers as we were delayed 2 hours on the tarmac for deicing. Not their fault but the company gave passengers a $50 certificate for our late arrival."
Pros: "When we were flying from phili to Charlotte they put my boyfriend's bag in the slot to see if we woyld have to pay for our carry on. His was good. Mine was a little bigger but because i had my chemo medication in it they did not charge me. When i was returning from Charlotte they charged us for both bags. I told her they didn't in phili and she said every airline does it. So maybe something should be written in ur policy. What is the sence of taking a carry on when you are going to pay $90.00 round trip. Makes no sence to me. I hope u do reply back. Other than that everything was good."

Cons: "We booked this flight well in advance and had confirmation for it. Imagine our dismay when we received a notification a few days before our trip that our connecting flight from Denver to Salt Lake City was changed to 10 hours later. When we arrived in Denver, we went to the customer service desk and was told that the flight we had booked didn't have any seats for us and we would have to take the later flight. No explanation. It was scheduled to leave on time, just that they had no room for us even though we had a confirmation number for that flight. I don't know if the responsibility was with Frontier airlines or our booking agency, but rest assured I will not use either one of them again."

The 'threat' that if yiu din't pay for seats tigether, you may be separated frim your companion. Overall, a great example of overpromising, overcharging, and underdelivering. A flight attendant whose response to my surprise at having to pay for coffee was "...I don't make the rules." Frontier should spend some coffee money on retraining attendants on customer service."
