Cons: "I was hungry but couldn’t eat the bbq turkey sandwich. Didn’t like that there wasn’t a screen to show movies or show where we were on this long flight."

Cons: "What food? Alaska Airlines doesn't feed the cattle. Even the Salmon I brought back, one was semi frozen, expected that... The other was not frozen at all??? What's up with that??? Leave that one out on the tarmac or what??? Doesn't matter what "AGREMENT" Alaska Air has with any airlines. Make you go through TSA again and there isn't enough time to catch a flight 60 minutes later. Much less get bags and check in again. I"m look for a different air carrier. Alaska Air is a mediocre airline and it's okay for them. That landing included a few bounces. The pilot came over the com talking about a great landing. I'd hate to see one of his bad landings."

Cons: "The flight attendants on board the plane were amazing and I'm sure equally as frustrated as the passengers. The gates were mixed up at the airport. We were told we had to move gates and would be delayed one hour. One hour turned into two and just before noon they told us to rush boarding. If we didn't take off by noon the pilots would time out. They timed out and we had to deplane. Alaskan was not telling us very much information and we were again delayed until 2:15. We started boarding at about 1:35 and we sat on the plane until well after 2:15. Apparently there were mechanical issues and again we had to deplane. We, as were all of the other passengers, were extremely upset. They couldn't tell us what was going to happen. A supervisor came out and basically said I can refund you, you can rebook, or you can wait it out. There were limited spaces on flights for the next day. Finally, at 4:30, they boarded us again and took off at 5. The whole experience was extremely upsetting. Overall, we were delayed 7 and a half hours. We missed a whole day of vacation and lost money, with very little remorse or compensation from Alaskan airlines."

Pros: "We were treated with respect and kindness throughout the flight. There were 5 of us traveling together, two being 7 year olds, and they enjoyed watching movies and playing games to pass the time."

Thankfully there was another passenger giving out beadryl. many people sneezing the whole flight. The passenger with the cat was nice, giving chocolate to all the flight attendants. At one point he had the cat out on His lap petting it... I was waken from my sleep with my eyes swollen shut and sneezing. you will see other complaints about this flight... As for me, I want my upgrade refunded. I did not eat, I did not watch movies.... I did not get to enjoy my flight."

Pros: "Delta is the airline to fly if you have to fly (like I did) during a pandemic. They made sure at every turn we felt as safe as possible. They had passengers distanced from each other the whole time, handed out sanitizing wipes as we walked on the plane, made sure folks kept their masks on, gave us individual little baggies with snacks and water bottles that also had individual hand sanitizer packets. I felt so much more safe flying Delta on my way home to Hawaii in July than I did when I flew American Airlines on my way to the mainland in June."

Cons: "Last leg of the flight as usual we had some plane on it’s last legs with entertainment equipment from the 90’s and that’s being generous. My iPhone 7Plus is only a little smaller than the screen they would have you watch for five hours. Also the plane was old and noisy and seats were not really comfortable. But this is par for the course flying to Hawaii for some reason, no matter the carrier. Hawaiian Airlines is usually better but that’s to be expected."

But entertainment system also didn’t work, and as always, seats are disgustingly uncomfortable. Also odd that they made us check bags with so many empty overhead bins."

She had about half of the First Class cabin offended as soon as meals started getting served - I didn't see ANYONE around me that got what they asked for, and then when people stated the issue, she didn't respond very well. I tried to take things in stride (first world problems?) but it is a bummer to pay extra for the first class treatment and then to not have that great experience, especially on back to back 5ish hour flights."

After missing our connector - they did put us up in a hotel overnignt. However we still had to pay extra for taxi back, parking an extra day at the airport, and extra meals. Oh - and the extra trip to detroit..."
Cons: "So after waiting 45 minutes on the tarmac - we left and headed to Atlanta. There we landed and waited because they had no gate for us. Then we finally got off the pane and ran to our connector which left without us. We were told they don't hold the plane for less than ten people. So the four of us don't matter. We sat and sat waiting...and then lost another day due to travel."

Cons: "Air conditioner was not working properly and we were delayed over 3 hours waiting on the plane at the gate and tarmac. Then they had to de-ice the plane which added more delay. Lost too much time that could have been spent in sunny, warm Hawaii."

New charges for carry-on as well as checked baggage is ridiculous. Return flight was over two hours late. Sun Country takes the prize for the least leg room in the industry."

They wouldn’t allow me to to board even though I showed up an hour, twenty minutes before take-off at their online POSTED terminal BUT they’ve moved (unfortunately no update on their web site). By the time I managed to get from terminal #2 to #5 (around LAX on a busy morning), a half hour later, the counter help wouldn’t even consider issuing me a boarding pass!"

The sweet lady in front of me,, thought English was her second language, had a crew member raise his voice to her to tell her to sit down, this after 30 + minutes of her looking to and for to get someone to just get her a cup of water so she could take her medicine. I suppose she should've pushed the attendant button but with English was her second language she must not have known this procedure? I asked for a soda and once he brought me the disgustingly warm soda with cup of ice I had to hold it on my lap the whole time because my tray table was broken. Def could tell that my once-favorite airline has switched ownership. I know changes have to be made in this day and age but it was really gone downhill. I gave you a 5-star Yelp and 5 Star Trip Advisor last year and have talked you up to so many people; sure wish I could do that again. :("

Cons: "My suitcase was left behind I had to pick it up at a later time. My military issued gear was in there and I needed to make sure it would arrive later that day due to me needing my gear the following day. It was flown out with another airline."

Was not informed that the flight was delayed until I checked into airport/ even though we were told that the airline knew that the plane was late “all day.” Arrived for a 3:50 flight and did not take off till after 9. Furthermore, there was limited communication regarding when we would actually take off. Checking-in I was informed boarding would start at “6:40” and then we did not board until 830-9."

Cons: "gate was changed 4 times without any assistance for a senior citizen travelor; Kayak placed my order in the wrong name, charged my credit card and I was assessed several fees to get it corrected! also had to pay fees for seat and luggage not taken care if when I made reservations with kayak. The order for a wheelchair was not placed from Kayak even though I submitted it on Kayaks original order."

Cons: "The flight was delayed because of SC operational impotence and I was missing my connection. SC said they will refund the fare but refused to compensate $200 in fare difference on an alternative flight. I could not afford the alternative ticket and missed my appointment that I have scheduled 3 months in advance. SC customer service manager named Cole enjoyed torturing me on the phone for 30 min saying he was not going to approve the difference in fares blaming on weather. While an agent at the gate indicated the delay had nothing to do with the weather!!! Most horrific experience ever! And I fly all the time"

I assume it's a safety thing but seems like there could be a better way to handle this and speed up process to make sure people aren't missing connecting flights."

Ended up using Sani-wipes and had no coffee - seemed ok for a relatively short flight and half full plane. 90 minutes to make the decision to just go on resulting in many rescheduled flights."

And thank you for the USB outlet, now if you could just do that for ALL domestic flights i would never fly anything other than AA. Did they wait for me?! NO! I was rebooked. It's unfair that they stole an hour of life from every other passenger to accommodate a few. Back to the guy who puked, an hour after that he started shaking and grabbing his head and asking me why am I hurting his heart. Then incoherent blathering and then his last episode 20 minutes before we land in which he started hitting himself in the head saying he would die right now for his wife and how he's made mistakes. It was three separate incidents from this one passenger and not one flt attendant noticed? Yeah it was bad piled on worse stacked on top of never United ever again."
