Cons: "Attends on flight said to go ask gate crew to help me and I rushed out to be greeted again by the bus mean crude snotty agent. She told me to get my rear on the plane The attendants didn’t have a clue that she had others to board ( they all got upgrades) and I better move my rear. I was shocked."

Cons: "The flight was delayed by six hours, for no other reason than the airline itself, not the weather. Change of planes, emergency landing back at Atlanta, changed to another plane, no flight crew for over an hour, then to top it off, the final landing was the hardest I’ve experienced."

Pros: "Boarding was easy. No issues. Friendly staff. We had to fill out customs declaration forms but didn’t have a pen. We asked stewardess for a pen and they didn’t have any left. She said to borrow from a neighbor which I thought was rude. We don’t know our neighbors. If a flight requires filling out a form, they should provide enough pens to do so."

And the girl in front of me was wildly dancing the whole flight in her seat with headphones on and she get pushing back in her seat hitting my knees And every announcement the flight attendant made during the flight sounded like he was stoned and obviously didn’t care what he was saying"

Cons: "Delays, missed a connection, booked a new connection through the app and that one was delayed as well...what was supposed to be a 3.5 hour experience turned into a much longer one. Seats do not accommodate people over 6'2" abiet very poorly."

We were backed up circling before landing for ~ 1 hour and there seemed to be an unusually large number of folks trying to get through customs/security - noe Delta's fault but an unwelcome experience after being in the air for 8+ hours."
