Pros: Service was good. Flight was on time. Comfort was fair. Bathroom on board plane was so small my knees would hit door.

Cons: Maintnece delayed our flight for nearly 3 hours. We remained aboard the parked plan for this time span and not allowed to get off of plan.

Cons: There was no food or entertainment so I could not make a judgement on these. With a short flight it is not needed.

Pros: There is a dispute going on about who cleans the planes and so the crew won’t help thereby placing the customer in the middle of the dispute. 45 minutes late because of this nonsense.

Cons: Your seats and leg room are terrible...but you already know that. I am not at all overweight but I am tall and I dread 9 hours in your planes. Fortunately I was able to move to an exit row (without paying over $100 that your company wanted to charge me).

Cons: I am not crazy about this plane. I had flat beds, but the ones that face each other in an awkwardly intimate way. Also miss the places to store the things I might need/want on the flight. All I had was the little drawer.

Cons: The scheduled plane had a mechanical problem so we deplaned for alternative plan. It took six long hours to get another plane in. Meantime passengers stood in line for hours to make other arrangements. It would have been appropriate for the airline to call in extra staff to help stranded passengers. We missed the scheduled connecting flight and a tour. We got in at 1:00 am, 12 hours later than planned. We had meetings next day and were very tired because we got in so late

Cons: Should have had better back up plan to get flight out even with weather issues. Should have had better communication as to status.

Pros: I had a problem when I was printing my ticket. I called Frontier about the problem. They fixed the error, waived the extra fee and as long as she had me on the phone she walked me through the rest of my check in. When I got to the airport the staff at the Frontier counters were very friendly and courteous. The flight attendants were also upbeat and good with the passengers.
