The business class is excellent. I loved the food, and the crew was very attentive and professional. From boarding to arrival, everything felt smooth and well-organised.
Great service and comfort level. You can have more of vegetarian food options.
It’s great, long flight and arrive safe at destination
Everything was excellent as I expected. They also had a very caring crew. I had a headache and asked a Tylenol. The crew members kept checking with me how I was doing.
I can't believe they put my wife and I in the two middle seats! It is a very long flight and we had single flyers on either side of us blocking the way to the bathroom! There's no reason to not give one of us the isle seat so we could have managed bathroom needs and snacks with convenience. So I think very poorly of Korean air to put us both in the middle, I've never had that happen before and will probably avoid this airline in the future because of this. We tried to have them change it but they didn't so you pretty much lost a customer because of it.
One of the flight attendants stepped on my foot. I was on the aisle seat. A lady inside needed to get out. So Instood. Just then, a flight attentendant came wuicklybtheoughbthe aisle and stepprd on my sock covered toes. I let out a small sound. She stopped momentarily, but didn’t ask how I was just took off of the aisle. Never came back to see how I was. Fortunately, I was not really hurt other than a slight soreness in my toes. But I found that to be very negligent.
Korean Air is unlike any other major airline I have flown with. The grace and respect that the staff has from check in to de-boarding is unmatched. The flight attendants this time were especially wonderful to my five little children. They helped us rearrange to more suitable seating, brought our children’s meals, and patiently waited for them in the aisles when they had to use the bathroom. We felt so welcome and comfortable. I really appreciate the meal voucher when our flight was delayed. I am grateful to have had such an stress-free experience.
It's good overall. Flight was packed. Inflight entertainment choices were lacking.
They were very accommodating of a dietary issue. Nice movie & tv selections. Non-stop helped get through a very long (15 hr) flight
The flight was on time and very quick, as expected, but the leg room isn't great in coach seats.
On time departure & early arrival made the long day much better
It was insanely hot on the flight - especially before takeoff and then when we landed - but I was literally sweating in flight.
Alaska changed their departure time 4 (!!!) times, then couldn't find my luggage from a direct flight from Spokane to Portland. There were 11 passengers who didn't get our luggage & had to wait 40 minutes for Alaska to find our luggage. Alaska should reimburse everyone their airfare for such inexcusable service.
Previously there were complimentary beverages served on short flights with Alaska Airlines. It was a very nice amenity and would love it if Alaska Airlines brought back that service!!

No entertainment or food on a short flight, even in first class
Delayed flight, but there was good communication about the delay. The flight attendant saying over the intercom; ‘the ten people on their way to Maui need to contact me now or I’ll be very upset’ seemed overly dramatic and unproductive
Excellent crew, free wi-fi, good experience. But we were in Row 30 and were song the sat called to board. It’s RIDICULOUS that the end of the plane would be among the last to board IT MAKES NO SENSE.
The flight boarded and landed on time. There were frequent snacks & beverages, The pilot spoke in a clear calm voice, The leg room was cramped and there were no screens (entertainment) on this long ~6 hr. flight.
Initial flight was delayed, which caused me to miss my only connecting flight.
This a short easy flight. No food or drink but that was not an issue since we were only in the air for 35 minutes.
Fast, lovely scenery, great info on the Delta flight screen about landmarks we were flying over. Great landing!
Delta needs to step its game up get a more reliable internet service. Internet service was non-existent for this flight.

Check in process was terrible. Lady at counter didn’t know what she was doing
They boarded very early. We rushed to transfer and got to the gate 5 minutes after boarding was scheduled to start, however they were making a last call and holding signs for “all customers” to board. They were helpful at the gate, but I was surprised to see that we were some of the last to board at 5 minutes after scheduled boarding was to begin.
The crew on this leg continue to be extremely helpful with my wife’s mobility issues. They also came by many many times to ensure we were comfortable and had drink some food.
The Pilot was one of the best I've had, very informative about turbulence and got us to our destination early
I liked the cleanness in the bathroom and good crew on board and at boarding gates. There was no Hindi (Bollywood) movies. The entertainment can be improved as it is one of the worst one I saw when I compared it with other airlines. The Mumbai to Amsterdam flight did not have any food for my family which does not contain eggs in it though we have selected “Hindu Asian vegetarian meal”
Friendly boarding crew. Better could have been a bit more substantial food for this 3 plus hour flight.
they were super helpful. Agents at the desk got me on an earlier flight and I was able to get home several hours earlier.
Amazing service, with enthusiastic crew members, and some breathtaking views of Vancouver. No IFE though, as it is only a 1 hour flight on a regional Turboprop jet.
Could not understand what the attendant was saying during his announcements.
Once again our Air Canada flight was delayed! I'm hopeful competition arrives with other airlines soon and maybe they will make a better effort to be on time!
Boarding was OK. The overhead bins on the Havilland 400 are smaller than the allowable carry on bag sizes, making the bags to be jammed in and as a result slowing the boarding process.
My luggage was lost and didn't arrive on my flight
Not so good. Got seat no 12 e. Squeezed between two people. No entertainment, hard to move around. Did not enjoyed that flight.
Flight delayed, Poor communication. Uncomfortable/cramped gate area. Insistence by AC staff that our carry-on bags had to be checked due to allegedly small size of overhead bins (not true, as we saw when we boarded). Awful-tasting snacks.
There was no entertainment at our seats. The flight was comfortable and we had leg room. The snack we had was really good.
The original connecting flight from Vancouver to Portland was canceled and then delayed. I ended up waiting for almost seven hours instead of three.
