Previously there were complimentary beverages served on short flights with Alaska Airlines. It was a very nice amenity and would love it if Alaska Airlines brought back that service!!

No entertainment or food on a short flight, even in first class
Delayed flight, but there was good communication about the delay. The flight attendant saying over the intercom; ‘the ten people on their way to Maui need to contact me now or I’ll be very upset’ seemed overly dramatic and unproductive
Excellent crew, free wi-fi, good experience. But we were in Row 30 and were song the sat called to board. It’s RIDICULOUS that the end of the plane would be among the last to board IT MAKES NO SENSE.
The flight boarded and landed on time. There were frequent snacks & beverages, The pilot spoke in a clear calm voice, The leg room was cramped and there were no screens (entertainment) on this long ~6 hr. flight.
Initial flight was delayed, which caused me to miss my only connecting flight.
We had the bulkhead seats in back of the first class section and there was a rigid plastic barrier which made it very hard to get in and out of our seats. We paid extra for the bulkhead and got neither extra room nor he's getting up. We were very disappointed.
Flight was good. The food I preordered was not great. The sandwich bread was a little hard, the cheese was wet on half and dry on the other half. There was a lot of condensation inside the package. Other than that it was great.
Much better than flight from Portland to St Louis, as it was smaller and not confusing.
Seats were not bad enough and uncomfortable good legroom in the emergency exit row we were in, but we were forbidden to hold my grandson on my lap for a little while, and the stewardess passed us saying it was against regulations which makes little or no sense when you’re 36,000 feet. The food snacks were really bad. Tasteless tasted like wallpaper, but we’re supposed to be protein bars, and the announcements were all completely incoherent because of the noise of the airplane and the lowness and crackly nature of the PA system.. this was disgraceful. No one in our party could understand a word of what the captain or the flight attendant were saying —not a word! The landing was a little hairy in a pretty stiff crosswind -we bounced before the plane stabilized on the runway
Fast, lovely scenery, great info on the Delta flight screen about landmarks we were flying over. Great landing!
Delta needs to step its game up get a more reliable internet service. Internet service was non-existent for this flight.
One of the best airlines that I flew on, the flight attendants were very attentive and professional.
Check in process was terrible. Lady at counter didn’t know what she was doing
They boarded very early. We rushed to transfer and got to the gate 5 minutes after boarding was scheduled to start, however they were making a last call and holding signs for “all customers” to board. They were helpful at the gate, but I was surprised to see that we were some of the last to board at 5 minutes after scheduled boarding was to begin.
The crew on this leg continue to be extremely helpful with my wife’s mobility issues. They also came by many many times to ensure we were comfortable and had drink some food.
The Pilot was one of the best I've had, very informative about turbulence and got us to our destination early
I liked the cleanness in the bathroom and good crew on board and at boarding gates. There was no Hindi (Bollywood) movies. The entertainment can be improved as it is one of the worst one I saw when I compared it with other airlines. The Mumbai to Amsterdam flight did not have any food for my family which does not contain eggs in it though we have selected “Hindu Asian vegetarian meal”
Friendly boarding crew. Better could have been a bit more substantial food for this 3 plus hour flight.
they were super helpful. Agents at the desk got me on an earlier flight and I was able to get home several hours earlier.
Amazing service, with enthusiastic crew members, and some breathtaking views of Vancouver. No IFE though, as it is only a 1 hour flight on a regional Turboprop jet.
Could not understand what the attendant was saying during his announcements.
Once again our Air Canada flight was delayed! I'm hopeful competition arrives with other airlines soon and maybe they will make a better effort to be on time!
Boarding was OK. The overhead bins on the Havilland 400 are smaller than the allowable carry on bag sizes, making the bags to be jammed in and as a result slowing the boarding process.
My luggage was lost and didn't arrive on my flight
Not so good. Got seat no 12 e. Squeezed between two people. No entertainment, hard to move around. Did not enjoyed that flight.
Flight delayed, Poor communication. Uncomfortable/cramped gate area. Insistence by AC staff that our carry-on bags had to be checked due to allegedly small size of overhead bins (not true, as we saw when we boarded). Awful-tasting snacks.
There was no entertainment at our seats. The flight was comfortable and we had leg room. The snack we had was really good.
The original connecting flight from Vancouver to Portland was canceled and then delayed. I ended up waiting for almost seven hours instead of three.
