The seat and leg room is small on the 2 seated row. Otherwise, very good crew and service.
Entertainment sounds were not good. Otherwise everything else was good.
Plane was empty on the first leg of the journey. Seats have very little space between seats. No entertainment.
Great flight. I didn't watch the entertainment. I used my iPad the whole flight. But, staff was great, smooth flight, comfortable seat (business seat 7A) and food was really good (I'm a vegetarian).
The flight was very nice but the food selection for the people in the last rows was limited to vegetarian meals only. I think vegetarian meal should not be offered as a main selection.
0lane 2qs on tim3. Very bad food. No free wifi, only for texts. Entertainment poor and hard to access.
At boarding, the locations where we had to have our passports checked prior to boarding were very unclear. Occasional staff wandered around telling people, but in busy area of the terminal this was not obvious. It was also located well after the check in desk in terms of walking to the gate. The Premium Economy service was attentive and warm. The only big draw back was lack of restrooms, and no division or even curtain between PE and Economy.
We had seats between the bathroom and a screaming baby, and did not have enough room to lay my head down on the tray table. Not ideal.
Very nice crew and great food. Easy to board just wish the flight could be shorter or seats more comfortable or more room to walk around when you get cramps in your legs from sitting so long. Crew was great and attentive and really was good food.
My experience was wonderful. The professionalism of the crew was exemplary 🙂. The meals were wholesome and tasty. I have no complaints

We were in premium economy seats that appeared to be locked in plae, No reclining. My aching back.
I don’t understand how they charge as much as they do for such a poor experience
I wish the plane had pod seating for business class. I had a window seat (8K) and I had to climb over the person sitting on the aisle when I needed to get up. Also there is no partition between the seats for privacy when sleeping. The Asian airlines have much nicer business class seating. Their seats are wider for better comfort when sleeping.
The seat space seemed small especially when the person ahead reclined but other than that, very good.
Luggage transfer in Chicago was not performed in time. I received my luggage at my destination two days later.
Food was poor quality and the screens for entertainment didn’t work properly
everything was perfect! plus so much leg room w all the empty seats near me :)
