Slow boarding, late departure and arrival. Very good crew and free messaging over WiFi but outdated electronics and seats
Overall good solid airline but got “burn” with my check in the “free” laugage that weighed 8 kg.
The service was impeccable both ways. I’m very happy to have had the opportunity to fly Swiss Air.
I have no Comment. Super clean, Fantastic Crew, Food was delicious. Also wanted to add the Zurich Airport. Super nice people everything is in order super clean.

The boarding of this flight was total chaos. For some reason, all passengers had to stand in a lengthy line at the gate to have our passports checked for the FOURTH time. No reason was offered for the necessity of the fourth re-check, and when we got to the end of the line, the check was perfunctory. There was little to no crowd control at the gate and in some cases, tempers were flaring. On the other hand, once we got on board, everything about this flight from start to finish, especially the quality of the food and the service, was probably the best I have ever experienced..
Boarding was very chaotic, we had to stand in two different lines that were not clearly marked, and the announcements were not understandable from the microphones, and we speak both German and English. We paid Kayak $120+ for seat assignments when we purchased our tickets but when we printed our boarding passes, suddenly we had been changed to 16 rows further back than our assigned seats we paid for. The seats we were assigned to on our boarding passes had no usable overhead bins and so we had to sit with our carry on backpacks underneath our feet in an already crowded space. One video/entertainment screen kept crashing and thus was useless for viewing anything. It was not an enjoyable flight.
Way too crampled. Charge more and put in less seats.
The seats on Lufthansa’s international business class on the A350-900 is the worst product in the market. Our chief purser was AMAZING though. She is the best FA I have had in many years.

I was never able to use this flight. I booked my flight through KAYAK, using cheapfaresflights, and the agency did not book the ticket correctly. When I went to check in for my flight in Rome, my details had changed. My name was incorrect , and the itinerary was not what I had paid for. I was unable to board the flight and I had to purchase a second ticket at considerable expense. Unfortunately, no one at KAYAK or Cheapfaresflights was able to help me. They both shifted the blame on United Airlines, United Airlines was able to provide me a full detail that the error occurred on the travel agencies side. I consider this fraud and will pursue it further.

When we were boarding, we needed to go the desk and give the address of our final destination. While giving our address, I was yelled at because the woman at the desk couldn’t understand that I was giving her our US address. I kept giving her our street address and she couldn’t understand and she yelled “listen lady, I need your address. Just write it down!” I wrote down exactly what I had been telling her.
The flight left 2 hours late from Munich therefore we missed our connecting flight to Charlotte.
In economy seating, if the person in front of you puts their seat back preventing you from reaching the floor to pick up something you dropped, aren't the airlines squeezing these seats a little too close together?
This was a United flight. Seats were way too small. Zero space for bags. My toddler and I were crammed in the middle back of tnr plan with no option to upgrade. Food was awful. Crew was late getting to the plane - it was just pure hell.
The travel on premium economy class was very positive. Comfortable with plenty of space and leg room. The service throughout was top notch. Crew members were kind and helpful. Food and entertainment were excellent.
Based on my wife's damaged condition, BA very kindly upgraded us from cattle to business class. MUCH appreciated!! One of these days, as it gains more experience, BA MAY learn how to depart on time (with over 30 years experience with BA, no flight has EVER managed to leave on time), Once airborne, the entertainment was ever so very pedestrian. But the flight was uneventful and the cabin crew's service was superb. And whichever driver landed the aircraft had obviously done it before. But BA unfortunately is learning from that scuzzy airline Delta. Delta is ALWAYS stunned when one of its aircraft actually turns up anywhere and is NEVER ready to receive it -- even when it turns up where and more or less when it is supposed to, NOT an example worthy of emulation.
Incredible. The upgrade to Business was a phenomenal way to end my trip, beyond grateful for the generosity and hospitality.

OK. Needed more information on baggage details with different airlines and airport baggage pickup Also, it appeared they offered free WiFi on their info publications but none did.
Great until k found out they never got my check bags onto the plane.

You were not able to check in online. Was not able to select a seat. The flight was delayed, so missed my connecting BA flight. Flight was rebooked, but to a different airport luckily for the same day. My friend that I was traveling with her flight was rebooted 24 hours later. Very disappointed.
The seats are so close together. The space between me and the seat in front of me was almost clostrophic.
On Sunday, we checked 2 bags going from Split to La Crosse, WI. Both were left at Heathrow, along with 169 others. One made it to La Crosse on Monday night and the other is still sitting in Chicago, as of Thursday morning.
