Pros: This is the way to fly long haul.
Cons: Frustration is it is impossible to sleep during the breakfast service, but this is a problem for all airlines and Virgin is better than most.

Cons: Information on when we can check in on upcoming flights. Other airlines we have booked for flights will email us 24 hours prior to departure. Virgin Atlantic did not. I had to call and I was directed to their web site and was able to check in on line. Thanks

Pros: such a big difference in size of aircraft, very comfortable and great crew.

Pros: the crew was very polite and professional.
Cons: the aircraft is small and confined, only two toilets for the entire economy level passengers for a 6 hour flight. the online entertainment lacks variety and the food was okay.

Pros: Crew was great flight was comfortable however checking in bags and printing boarding pass was slow and also very unorganized
Cons: Checking in bags and printing boarding passes were long unorganized lines of people

Pros: Loads of leg room compared with other flights (I'm 6' and my knees are usually embedded in the seat in front, but not this time!
Cons: USB socket on the entertainment on both flight out and return was broken.

Cons: My tv screen could not show the movies

Pros: The flight was so delayed I missed my connecting flight to jfk.
Cons: The flight was so delayed I missed my connecting flight to jfk.

Pros: The airplane was quiet My seat did not recline, but was seated in a different place where the seat reclined Bathrooms were clean and plenty
Cons: The remote controls for the entertainment system That you can’t reach the vents when you have to be buckled

Pros: Good collection of movies
Cons: To pay for luggage for international flights while on their website it says i dont have to pay if im going to South Africa. The food was not so great.

Pros: Fabulous flight, light on passengers, so excellent service given by the crew. Virgin goes the extra mile on service and little perks. 747-400 planes also very comfortable, compared to the Airbus 320,
Cons: Nothing. Trip both ways were outstanding.

Pros: - Presence of entire box sets of some TV shows was a nice touch that I made good use of.
Cons: - EVERY damn movie is prefaced by 4 minutes of ads. - The touchscreens (at least in economy) are slow resistive screens that are horrible for fine control gestures (like slightly changing the volume or position)

Cons: They lost my luggage, and ruined my trip, Customer service doesn't pick up the phone

Pros: Crew was amazing and we got fed so often. The movie choices were good.
Cons: I wish I could have ordered a drink (pay or otherwise) from the tv in front of me

Pros: Loved the food and ambiance
Cons: The on air entertainment was surprisingly low quality

Cons: I did not like the fact that my seat was between 2 small children that belonged to a family sitting behind me .It was ridiculous to put a stranger on a 10 hour flight with a 3yrar old on one side and a 5 year old on the other

Pros: The entertainment selection was good, though I didn't need to see the blurb about having vloggers available before every movie. One of the very few airlines to use boarding by rows, which speeds up the boarding process.
Cons: The legroom is very cramped, pretty difficult to eat your meal with the seat in front reclined. The crew were not very attentive: they completely missed me while I was waving the rubbish on their collection rounds. In the end I had to dump it myself in the toilet bins. The PA system is too loud compared to the rest of the entertainment, had to remove the headphones for each one of them.

Pros: Quite a big choice of movies and TV shows to watch, more than enough for an eight hour flight. Normal headphone plugs so you can use your own.
Cons: I booked together with my wife, yet we were allocated seats apart and were not able to be reassigned together. The leg room was so tight that I could not pick up things off the floor without putting my head in the next persons lap. Though the cabin crew were smiley and friendly, it was hard to get their attention when needed. The PA system is much louder than the entertainment, so announcements were ear bursting. The dinner selections ran out early, so a good proportion did not get their choice.

Pros: The flight crew from the mel to lax route were excellent. One was especially attentive to my 2 toddlers and gave me a bit of a break, something that has NEVER happened in over 40 flights traveling with children.
Cons: I think something was broken in our section (mel to lax) as it was uncomfortably hot and the flight crew tried to get it cooler but could not. I’ve never experienced a flight that was too hot, usually the opposite. It was stifling.

Pros: The crew was excellent. Flight was quite comfortable. Nice attention to service
Cons: I would have appreciated another round of hot drinks.

Pros: Boarding, flight and crew all great. Having the connecting security pass in the airport which is a lot less busy than the main area. Good info given for connection.
Cons: Food (main meal) wasnt the best but great snacks and drinks. Having to check in again in gatwick even though jad boarding passes.

Cons: I always think Virgin's meals are the WORST among those of all the airlines I use. PLEASE LET THE VIRGIN COMPANY KNOW THIS FACT. The touch screen of the DVD player did not work well so it was a frustrating experience.

Pros: No one would update that the flight was delayed. They would not even communicate as to why delayed and would not put us in a different flight. Absolutely no customer service. Disappointed and would not fly jet airways again . I missed my conference lecture today as I was late.
Cons: No communication, nor will they tell you why it's late . Nor will they move you to another flight even wen requested

Pros: food was good, and tvs in the seats.
Cons: wifi didnt work, was the whole reason i took this airline. most international flights are cold it was very hot

Cons: During my flight from LAX to LHR I requested (pre-booked) a special meal (Asian Vegetarian). During the flight I was told there was no such request in their records and therefore I had to stay hungry for the entire duration of the flight. During my return flight from LHR to LAX the in flight entertainment system for my seat was not functional. I requested it to be reset several times and in spite of the hostess resetting it several times, it did not function. I had to stay without an entertainment system during the entire flight. This was my first time travel with Virgin Atlantic. I may never fly Virgin Atlantic again.

Pros: Legroom was much better than on U.S. carriers doing same long trip.

Pros: first time I flew VirginAtlantic. Heard so many good things about it. It fact even our Uber driver was praising the airline on our way to the airport. But once onboard: - poor food (I mean 'survival kit' style) - entertainment station was not working - games feel like 20 years old - design (heavy red) now looks dated and suffocating - hostesses are more focused on their hairstyle than their customers
Cons: Back to Air France next time!

Pros: Food, crew and overall experience was good
Cons: Got assigned seats all the way in the back. They were comfortable but would have preferred better seats.

Pros: Smooth boarding process
Cons: Delays caused us to miss our flight from London to Vienna

Pros: Very comfortable and spacious seats, good air circulation and friendly crew.
Cons: Food and wine selections were limited and only mediocre. We flew economy plus.

Pros: Australian airports are wonderful.

Cons: Seats need more padding

Pros: Dinner was fantastic! Excellent meal. Flight crew were terrific as well.
Cons: Dislike the recent removal of onboard snacks. It's a very long flight. Nuts or chips or cheese and crackers would be very helpful. Had no idea this service was discontinued until way into the flight. Not sure why it was stopped. Btw I don't believe this was a Virgin Atlantic flight, I believe it was Virgin AUSTRALIA. Think you have names backwards on survey.

Pros: Wifi worked very well
Cons: Jave to pay for everything on an overseas flight

Pros: The crew
Cons: Food

Pros: New Dreamliner aircraft was very comfortable with loads of leg room for a tall person like myself at 1.76m
Cons: My seat was directly under the aircon and it was blowing very cold all night which made it quite uncomfortable. Fortunately I had an extra blanket which I could wrap over my head.

Pros: This was my 3rd time to fly to Brisbane, Australia. Love flying with Virgin Australia. They have great service and friendly staff.
Cons: I brought my own padded seat, but it is a long flight, so it's best to get up and walk around as much as you can.

Pros: Food was very good crew were pleasant and helpful
Cons: Seats are very hard

Pros: Mostly everything was fine.
Cons: Not really anything particularly that I didn't like.

Pros: Entertainment was okay, flight crew was nice
Cons: After checking in my wife and I were in separate seats. I was then unable to change my seat after check in. After calling the helpline I was informed that it is impossible to change the seat after checking in until I am at the airport. No other airline has such an obscure, in efficient rule. Virgin takes pride in being a step above their competition - I didn't see it. I have flown international on Delta, American Airlines, British Airlines, United, and others and any difference in the experience was negligible.

Pros: I liked entertainment options on your phone but at the same time there was nowhere to plug your phone if it ran out of battery.
Cons: The boarding was good but we did not depart o time which did not cause us to be on time to our destination. It was international flight for almost 4 hours and there was no foodie snacks serve. Only tea or coffee. For a international flight more than 2 hours you should offer something else, soda juices and a snack at the very least. I guess the reason why I am feeling this ways is because I flew with virgin a couple years back to London and was so impressed by he service and the airline and the great quality modern vibe. It was the W hotels of the airlines industry and this time I really want impressed.

Pros: Getting off the flight
Cons: The seat was excruciatingly uncomfortable. My legs went numb within an hour. It was hot and stuffy in board, the head rest kept slipping down and hurt my neck the legroom was tiny and cramped my knees and feet. The jerks behind me shoved their feet in the seat and I was disturbed every rime they tapped their screen. Mine wasn't working well so I had to repeat pressing my screen the entertainment selection was lame. The food was stodgy undercooked glutinous and bland. The snacks were stale and the tiny drink servings were almost pointless. Clint think I'll fly Virgin australia again

Pros: Due to earlier late connecting flight into LAX, I assume, my bags didn't make it with me, and arrived two days late. But your man Fred from PNG Air was right there in POM Jackson's airport to take my information and somehow two days later I did receive the bags! Thanks! The flight itselfe was fine in every other way.
Cons: Maybe when I checked in for the last two flights if your check-in agents could've told me more clearly about where in the system my bags were, it would've been less of a surprise to find out in POM that they were not with me. I did ask, but got answers like 'we'll try to transfer them' or 'your bags are in the system', which were not too informative, but maybe as complete as those workers could ascertain, I don't know. I would've liked to be able to check in on line in advance for this and other flights on this trip, if you ever decide to open up that facility (without a charge), it would be appreciated.

Pros: At JFK the lounge and service was the best I have encountered.

Pros: Top notch for a long economy class flight. Great new plane!

Pros: Pleasant, helpful staff at check-in and on flight

Pros: Not much to be honest. Which is a shame because I usually love the service from Virgin Atlantic.
Cons: The TV system needed replacing. The controller was broken and the sound was terrible. Made my flight longer than needed.

Pros: It was a lot faster than originally predicted.
Cons: The inflight entertainment system kept glitching and needed to be reset a few times

Pros: Attentive, friendly crew
Cons: Delay, small seats

Pros: No food provided limited entainment
Cons: Chairs were comfortable

Pros: Nice crew
Cons: More comfortable seats

Pros: Nice crew great sitting
Cons: Boarding has always been slow with this trip.... disorganized

Pros: Staff excellent
Cons: Seats that go flat so u can sleep on long flight

Pros: Having a seat on the plane after it being delayed over 5 hours,
Cons: Leaving on time.

Cons: Mediocre sandwich

Pros: Food was good (not pasta!), crew was very accommodating
Cons: Flight was delayed (again!). There was no desert with the food.

Cons: Giving economy seats with the middle seat empty does not make it business class. Very uncomfortable seats. No recline and very hard.

Pros: Smooth flight
Cons: Weird plane noises (typical of older Airbus planes)

Pros: Comfortable seats, pleasant service

Pros: The crew was intuitive and caring. Very nice and polite
Cons: The is no good reason why we had to wait 1 hour in line for security as only two Security booth are active. I believe there is a room to increase the number of security mabhines and personal in that specific gate

Pros: Direct from SJC, not crowded
Cons: Guy in front of me was reclined whole time and very little room like that.

Pros: Love to fly Lufthansa, I never had a bad experience with them
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Attentive and friendly staff, great food and plenty of drinks!!!

Pros: the service with lufthansa is great. I always enjoy my flight with lufthansa

Pros: Clean, modern plane
Cons: Flight was 40min late, which can happen. Caused me to miss my connecting flight and all three employees from Lufthansa I dealt with had a total ‘I really don’t care attitude ‘

Pros: Everything. Lufthansa is still the best.

Pros: Excellent overall. Much communication from the cockpit to explain weather delay etc. two meals transAtlantic. Genuinely friendly crew. Wine with economy meals a pleasant surprise, Electronic check-n and Gaye change alerts very smooth Lufthansa will be my first choice next time I fly.

Pros: Very well organized.
Cons: Not Lufthansa but United.

Cons: Notifications for Change of Boarding Gate is not very effective. It is dependent on internet connection and may lead to missing flight connection. It happened to me, in spite of the wifi connection at the airport. Some airlines would put up an electronic notification for the change at previously known Gate. It's also possible to miss Airport voice messages due to temporary impairments travellers suffer from the previous flight. You can call out a passenger for all you want and still miss passing out the message.

Cons: Absolutely perfect.

Cons: Seat in front was broken (did not hold in place reclining) and my seat was broken too. I was able to change seat but 2 seats broken in consecutive rows is not good as it makes you think what else may be broken and what kind of accidents could occur if seats are not even checked by crew.

Cons: While missing a connection happens sometimes, Lufthansa was particularly dreadful in handling the situation. Hundreds, or perhaps thousands, of travelers were not informed about what was happening with their connections, or given any guidance. This all arose from around an inch of snow in Frankfurt. It caused bedlam at the Frankfurt airport, which the Lufthansa staff appeared utterly unprepared to deal with. This is our second very bad experience with Lufthansa.

Pros: Left on time, arrived on time. Efficient service.
Cons: None. The seats on this Airbus 320 were more comfortable on this leg than on the transatlantic leg of the journey.

Pros: The plane was new and modern. Overall impression very good - until I took my seat.
Cons: The most uncomfortable long distance flight I’ve ever experienced. The space in economy class is never impressive but this one was a joke. I had isle seat and I’m a small person. I don’t know how can you survive being a big man in a middle seat. Torture!

Pros: Service, food, on time, everything that counts was in place.

Pros: Not go your a day off
Cons: Your programmers don't know what they're doing

Pros: The Lufthansa crew is always wonderful as always.
Cons: screaming and kicking child behind my seat, with no way to "escape". I had a severe cold and that was certainly not something I needed, I tried to get some rest, but that was impossible. The seats are getting smaller and smaller, hardly any legroom whatsoever. Also, what I had planned on bringing on the aircraft as carry on (which was my work equipment, tablet/printer etc), I had to check in as luggage because it was "overweight" meaning more than 8 kg and pay ADDITIONAL $200 (in addition to the $100 I already paid for one suitcase). I've seen many passengers with "heavy" carry on, which they were apparently allowed to bring into the cabin without any problems. I had never had to pay for any carry on, and I am seriously considering using another airline for future business travel.

Pros: I usually love flying Lufthansa - my favourite by far. It usually out-classes emirates in the economy class, and they usually appreciate the destination (in this case, Saudi Arabia - serving beer and other alcohol regularly). This time, on LH 598, they were suboptimal. The service was OK but I felt judged for asking for beer throughout the flight. The food was bland and the speed of service was “ok” at best. There were some good things - Warsteiner is an amazing beverage. When the attendents did approach, they were generally nice. Additionally, the entertainment package was reasonably good. I usually have to decide between emirates, QA, and Lufthansa. I would still say Lufthansa, but a note to them: please don’t let it slip. You’re a solid carrier and you have great service.
Cons: -speed of service -feeling judged for having beers -one rude flight attendant -suboptimal food

Cons: entertainment was not working! the flight to Frankfurt was late and I missed the connection to rome! crew told me to run for the connection but ad the gate they told me they had already put me on a later flight! no need to run like crazy across the airport if they had me already booked me on a later flight! missed my train connection in rome to bari...asked the airport lufthansa rep. to put me on a flight to bari but they told me they couldn't do it although there was a flight available!

Pros: excellent service and crew

Cons: When I missed the flight in Brussels I had no options re: changing my ticket as there was no ticket sales counter at the airport. Had to go to the travel agent and book a flight on another carrier.

Pros: Plane didn't crash.
Cons: No leg room. Seats to narrow. Food mediocre.

Pros: Lufthansa arranged for pickup with a van upon disembarking from my late flight from Pisa and took me through a special passport and security checkpoint so that I was able to catch my MUC-SFO flight. Flight departed late, but pilot made up all tge lost time in flight. Crew was professional, very polite and efficient.

Pros: Flight was fine.

Pros: Great seats!
Cons: Staff didn't seem very happy.

Pros: The flight was right in time and the crew was good.
Cons: I couldn't get my phone to connect to the wifi.

Pros: It was ok
Cons: Two flights were both late Had to run to gate Luggage delayed

Pros: Movie choices
Cons: Crew was very very rude , special meals were not provided in spite of being confirmed many weeks before

Cons: There is no entertainment so I do not know it should be rates.

Pros: 0
Cons: No checjed in luggage allowed - i did not know that when i bought it!

Pros: Smaller plane was more comfortable than the A380 that took me to Frankfort..
Cons: The cheese sandwich was awful.

Pros: Our first flight was late. We were met at the gate immediately after landing and were brought individually and directly to our next flight behind the scene, including passport control. Excellent.
Cons: I wish Lufthansa would find a way to create less trash. Too many small plastic cups are used. Proved refill options rather than new cups.

Cons: Flight delay

Cons: Boarding in Frankfurt was just short of a free for all.

Cons: Because of a family illness I had to reschedule my flight 2 weeks before. Because the flight was booked through a secondary company, rebooking the outgoing flight ended upp: a) costing me as much as the whole original return flight; b) was no longer a 1 stop flight as I also had to stop in Frankfurt plus the company would not allow me to choose directly, I sent them details and then they booked what they could find; and c) I lost both the outgoing flight ( which was charged) and the return flight ( which was not changed) premium seat bookings both of which I had to pay for a second time. If I had booked directly with the airline this would have cost a transfer fee and I would not have lost the premium seat bookings. This was therefore a great expense and inconvenience. I will no longer book flights indirectly when using kayak. In future I will search using google flights and then go straight to the airline sites to book. Very disappointed. I never had this problem when booking with kayak before

Pros: Clean and rasy

Pros: Of course, a short flight, but the sandwich was fresh and staff helpful. Thank you.

Pros: Champagne in economy class plus food on a 2.5 hr flight! I am a fan of LH.

Pros: On time, nice and professional personnel, kids-friendly, tasty & free food & drinks. Great airlines every time!

Pros: female attendants were nice boarding was efficient Munich airport was unbelievably clean and well organized movie selection was good
Cons: the male flight attendant on the Munich to Washington DC leg was very short with people food was just average definitely not enough leg room in coach

Pros: Everything was great!
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Crew was very friendly. Connections great
Cons: Seats very uncomfortable.

Pros: Only masked picking up trash during pandemic - difficult to rate crew
Cons: Organized exit vs. usual crowded chaos of passengers in a hurry

Pros: Everyone from the TSA agent at gpt to the gate agents and airplane staff were very rude.
Cons: Just being helpful and friendly.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: They should tell about why they are postponing the flights constantly. Just a flight delayed 4 times and no explanation.

Pros: Boarding, departure and arrival were on time

Pros: Boarding crew in Spokane was friendly and very efficient.
Cons: There were no snacks - they told us they “ran out” on the previous flight and hadn’t refilled yet.

Pros: The new premium economy seats were really nice.
Cons: Check the pillows in premium economy for any stains. I had a pillow with several 2-inch yellow/red stains on it. There were no more pillows of those pillows, so the attendant gave me one from business class.

Cons: The flight attendant was outstanding. Flexible. Good sense of humor and very professional

Pros: Crew

Cons: The aadvantage app kept crashing so we couldnt watch movies during our overall 8+ hrs travel, on both legs

Pros: The customer service on British Airways is excellent. The meal served on the overnight flight was wonderful.
Cons: My original flight was rerouted due to a connection delay. They lost our baggage due to rerouting our flight from American airways. We were told that our bags would be delivered the same day and we are still waiting on our bags.

Pros: nothing
Cons: Flight crew was an hour late to the flight, whereas customers were waiting for far longer than that.

Pros: Because he flight wasn’t full, the seat next to me wasn’t occupied, giving me a bit more space.
Cons: Food was bland. Flight was delayed almost two hours.

Cons: Delayed 2+ hours because the crew didn’t arrive on time. Horrible take off and landing. Additionally, baggage claim in DCA is ridiculously long.

Pros: Flight, Plane, and Customer Service was incredible. There was a woman at Phoenix Sky Harbor, Michelle, who saved my bacon in a crazy change of flights. THANK YOU MICHELLE!!!
Cons: American Airlines texted me at 6 AM saying that my 10 AM flight was cancelled and I had been rebooked for a flight that DEPARTED at 7:35 AM. I was and am livid. Thank goodness everyone at the airport did an incredible job and I made the flight, but what a terrible way to start the trip to Tahiti. I will be using American as a last and final option from now on. Changing flights last minute like that, especially when making an international connection, is hateful. Never again.

Pros: Anything
Cons: LATE!!!!

Pros: Entertainment choices, no additional charge for wine, food was good
Cons: we were packed in like sardines on American airways ..NOT British airways. I’ve flown overseas on European flights before and there is more attention to comfort. We sat in front of the lavatory and could not sleep because every time someone used it, the light flashed in our eyes and the flush was quite loud. I paid extra for the seats we had but did not know they were right by noisy bright rest room.

Cons: Today’s flight was extremely cold. Almost everyone in the plan was under the covers at some point.

Pros: Nice people

Pros: Left on time arrived on time. Also, luggage got to the carrousel quickly.
Cons: Nothing it was a short flight and the plane was mostly empty.

Pros: On this flight back to Arizona they arrayed mutt husband and I together, unlike on our way to Spokane. That was much better. We had more leg room this time.
Cons: The seats are hard, fine for young people, but difficult for older people with arthritis and Auto immune diseases, such as fibromyalgia.

Pros: American Airlines is always my first choice for flying. Gate crew was February friendly & efficient.
Cons: This particular plane was not worth the up charge for seats. The head phone jacks did not work in our entire row & nobody cared, so we were not able to watch the monitor or any entertainment. Seats that didn’t have to pay extra we’re working. They skipped our row when offering drinks & snacks, when my seat mate asked for some of the biscotti the attendant questioned her asking if she was sure she hadn’t already already had one. Final small thing was the latch on the try table was not working correctly. In a nut shell, not worth the extra money that was paid.

Pros: Excellent and original Japanese foods

Pros: Courteous professional staff!
Cons: I couldn't imagine a smaller space for traveling - rediculously small!

Cons: Poor seating and lost my bag.

Cons: there was screens but no movies or anything

Pros: seats comfy, seemed like a newer plane, crew was lovely.
Cons: usual complaints about domestic flights - not having free headphones and not having free snacks.

Pros: Very hard landing.
Cons: Your pretzels are terrible

Cons: The boarding passes I printed out at home could not be scanned at the airport. This also happened last time I flew. There are words printed thru the optical.

Cons: Terrible attitude of Kay (Kathy) our flight attendant. Seemed like she didn’t want to be at work today. Said “thank you” and no response— didn’t talk at all. Seemed overworked?? No movie- no monitors? This was not First Class Service and we were very disappointed.

Pros: Not very much positive to say unfortunately. The staff were good and did as much as they could to keep up feed and happy.
Cons: The plane was extremely old and dated. Never been on such an old plane with no up to date equipment or facilities. The chairs were very uncomfortable and the food was awful. There was no personal entertainment screen for an 11 hour flight and only one of the safety demonstration screens was working during take off. Also no plugs at all.

Cons: Tv was out the entire international flight. When I asked the flight attendant for help he said that "wasn't his job" and walked away. When I asked another attendant for help she said there wasnt anything she could do and that their "tv's suck". Rude crew, uncomfortable, cheap.

Pros: Short flight
Cons: Numerous delays.

Pros: Departed and arrived on time and friendly and efficient service during flight.

Pros: New configuration made the flight seem much shorter. Crews attention to detail, flow and timing of service made the flight feel hours shorter than normal.

Cons: Surprisingly, AA provided the worst experience of the overall itinerary, compared to Aer Lingus and Iberia. The AA plane was outdated, cramped legroom - despite having purchased an "upgraded seat" and departed 1hr late

Pros: Wide selection of movies and other entertainment.
Cons: This was not food that was served in the Economy class. This was pure junk. I understand that airlines are saving on the service in Economy but a minimal quality should be maintained. I recommend to prepare some sandwich etc. and other snacks and to take it on the plane.

Pros: The food was okay, and the flight attendants were lovely. That's about all the positive things I have to say about that.
Cons: The entertainment was high my list, only because you're stuck on a flight for many hours. Although I was exhausted because I had a 8 hour layover in Manchester, it would have been nice to have a couple of entertainment options. On my flight on British Airways from New York to Gatwick, we had so many movie and series options. These things are important on a long flight, otherwise the flight becomes torturous because you run out of things to do. On this flight, we had no choices, only what was given to us to watch. This made my flight unbearable.

Cons: American Airlines made me check my carry-on luggage, despite there being many open overhead compartments visible on the plane.

Pros: Nothing. Flight was late, I was bumped out of my seats that I paid extra for. The seats we had wouldn't recline. Boarding was announced in 5 minutes so lines were formed and we boarded 35 minutes later as we had to wait for one extra cabin crew member. We got charged toe all our bags (see SWA). There was human waste in the bathroom.
Cons: See above

Pros: The crew was friendly and efficient.
Cons: Paying for extra legroom, delays, being told the flight may be canceled if we didn't leave by a certain time, no beverage service

Pros: i dislike booking with British Airways and ending up flying with American Airlines, who is their partner. This usually happens from US>London, but happened both ways this trip. AA flies outdated aircraft with old entertainment systems. Time for an upgrade! AA crew is okay, but BA crew is better. Might choose a different carrier next time.

Cons: Where to begin? The pilot suggested we would "probably miss our connecting flight" but not to worry because he would be "moving quickly" through the air. Missed my connecting flight. Ended up stuck in Charlotte with no more flights to Florida. And the airline left my bag in Charlotte. Disaster.

Pros: Cheap. Easy. Got me to my destination

Cons: The only downfall of the flight was the seating. Having to pay extra for an emergency exit row to get more leg room isn't good practice.

Pros: The plane left on time.
Cons: At Heathrow -- The passengers were sent thru three security checks to get into the boarding lounge...after the TSA standard check. There were no bathrooms, no water and not enough seats for everyone. It was hot, loud and there was no exit once you entered. This is one of the worst pre-boarding situations I have ever had, ever. The security people were unnecessarily slow and difficult.

Pros: Excelente la atención y los servicios prestados por la tripulación

Pros: All personnel where polite, helpful, and respectful. Greg to have wifi and power chargers.
Cons: There was no real entertainment on the screens. No movies.
