Pros: "Professional crew attentive."
Cons: "More local information weather etc."
Cons: "Flight into Seattle delayed, flight out of Seattle to Minneapolis delayed flights out of Minneapolis to Bismarck delayed. Ran from gate F to gate c24 arrived at 10:23 p.m. Slight to the park at 10:25 p.m. and they closed the door on me as I was running up there. Ran across the entire terminal to get there and they would not let me on. Last Flight of the night to Bismarck. Missed my uncle's 90th birthday party. Would not give me food voucher. Delta gate agent told me she would lose her job if she did not close the doors 8 minutes prior. However the Minneapolis flight waited for 15 minutes for people to board that plane. How does that compute? Why would they not wait 3 minutes for me rather than pay the money to put me up in a hotel?"
Pros: "Crew is always friendly"
Cons: "Aircraft broke, had to route me to an additional three stops just to get me home and through the night. Also, still unsure of where my checked baggage is."
Pros: "Missed it"
Cons: "Give me back money"
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Flight attendants not friendly"
Pros: "Nothing to like when 1. you are arriving at your destination after 24 hours plus delays. 2. you paid Comfort+ class (not cheap) and are constantly pushed back in the Main Cabin."
Cons: "Actual flights flying on time. What a mess!"
Pros: "Pedro helped me in Punta Cana with a wheelchair he went out of his way to make sure I was okay and comfortable. He was amazing! I so grateful for him."
Cons: "The trip from Atlanta Georgia to Austin Texas was TERRIBLE!! The delta staff working the counter in Atlanta were rude, I was actually forced to get a complete stranger to help me with my wheelchair because there was no staff to help me. I was yelled at by delta staff. It was a horrible experience."
Pros: "The crew was amazing"
Cons: "Don’t change my chosen seat that I paid for as I am entering the plane without my knowledge and acceptance"
Pros: "Smooth ride"
Cons: "Everything was excellent."
Pros: "The crew did their job. Some attendants were very kind, helpful."
Cons: "Food could be better. Old aircraft, old style seats. Other airlines have improved this very, very much. Delta is lagging behind."
Pros: "Getting to my destination."
Cons: "Leg room, more room for carry on bags, coats, etc."
Pros: "Staff were friendly. Nothing they could do about the maintenance issue that we experienced."
Cons: "Hour delay due to a maintenance issue. This was a hassle in and of itself, but the flight was also on New Year's Eve and ended up getting us to Buffalo about 20 minutes before midnight, which was a bit disappointing when I had made previous plans for the night. Also, I found the cabin to be very cold during the flight, but it was pretty short so I didn't complain."
Pros: "Free WiFi"
Cons: "Dirty bathroom on the plane."
Pros: "The Delta crew is always nice I got wings and a lot of snacks"
Cons: "On the McDonnell Douglas 88 (MD-88) there wasn’t any IFE ( In Flight Entertainment) screen."
Pros: "Everything."
Cons: "No food or drinks"
Pros: "Excellent attendants. Smooth boarding and on time flight."
Pros: "Almost everything."
Pros: "I liked that the plane wasn’t full which was a surprise."
Cons: "Last leg of the flight as usual we had some plane on it’s last legs with entertainment equipment from the 90’s and that’s being generous. My iPhone 7Plus is only a little smaller than the screen they would have you watch for five hours. Also the plane was old and noisy and seats were not really comfortable. But this is par for the course flying to Hawaii for some reason, no matter the carrier. Hawaiian Airlines is usually better but that’s to be expected."
Pros: "Entertainment on first flight"
Cons: "Food, no smoking at Minneapolis airport"
Pros: "The flight entertainment and crew were great. They had a lot of the latest movies available to watch, though I'm not sure you'd be able to watch if you didn't have your own headphones (I did). The crew were friendly and helpful. I got a cold cup of coffee when it should have been hot, and they corrected it immediately."
Cons: "They charge you for everything: sitting in an aisle or window seat ($15); checking one piece of luggage ($25); for food, even on a five hour flight, save for complementary snacks like a granola bar or pretzels. I paid $11 for a tiny sandwich (it fit in the palm of my already small hands). I will definitely get good at the airport next time. It may be just as expensive, but at least it will be filling."
Cons: "Seats are hard to get comfortable in. Headrests are awkward"
Pros: "The service was impeccable as always"
Pros: "nice people"
Cons: "need more food and drinks"
Pros: "That i survived"
Cons: "Cramped no entertainment cofée was nasty"
Pros: "The service and snack selection is better than the other large US carriers. Delta studio is a decent replacement for the lack of PTVs on these planes."
Cons: "Delta offers a decent product on most of their fleet but the 717 or MD-88/90 can be extremely loud at the back of the plane. You better bring ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones and learn to read the flight attendants lips."
Pros: "My original flight from MSP to Grand Forks had the nicest pilot that went above and beyond his duties on and off aircraft."
Cons: "Switched planes 3 times, Gates 4 times and little communication on what to expect now, and moving forward. Ended up delayed on jetway 90 minutes before returning to gate to be switched on and off planes for 4 hours Also Delta broke my suitcase in 4 spots I will be contacting delta about this horrible experience!!!"
Pros: "Got upgraded to 1st / Business class."
Cons: "Due to weather the power outage in ATL, the flight out of PHL was delayed by about 30 minutes. No movies. No meals."
Cons: "I dont like that we wasted 3 hours delay in the fiarst fly, makimg us waste more time at los angeles it was a really nightmare"
Pros: "Kenyatta Cheatham, our flight attendant was absolutely delightful! She made my flight enjoyable with her beautiful smile. She clearly loves her job!"
Pros: "Delta is the best airline by far."
Cons: "My bag did not make the connection even though there was almost 4 hours layover... :("
Pros: "Crew was curious and quick to think of alternative solutions."
Cons: "The flight was way too hot. They didn't have enough A/C and we were all sweating up a storm on the flight. The flight was also scheduled to leave 15 min early, but we ended up leaving 15 minutes late, it was odd. One of the bathrooms was out of order too."
Cons: "Was not a wheelchair waiting for Wallace."
Pros: "Layout of aircraft."
Cons: "USB port barely accessible. Also, it didn't seem to work."

Cons: "It was a morning flight from Toronto to Omaha via Minneapolis and unfortunately coffee wasn't served. Or maybe it got over."
Pros: "On Time"
Pros: "Delta made sure my husband and I had seats together and my husband was thrilled to have a window seat. We took off and arrived earlier than scheduled so we didn't have to run to catch our connecting flight."
Cons: "Everything was perfect. Nothing negative to report."
Pros: "The crew was great, boarding and exit went smoothly."
Cons: "Seats are tight, not very roomy, I'm 6' tall and my knees were in the seat in front of me. The delta studio entertainment app didn't work, couldn't use the internet at all."
Pros: "The staff"
Cons: "I used a regional certificate to upgrade; this wasn't 1st / biz class at all; the seats are just big clunky leather seats, no recline, no leg room. Really disappointing for a red eye flight across the US."
Pros: "The crew & my seat"
Cons: "The movie offerings & the snack offerings."
Pros: "They had aircraft flying to my destination. All other airlines were booked for the time and the destination I had in mind."
Cons: "Long Delays, Over Booked Flights, Customer Service is not helpful, Wrong info delivered by Customer Service, No boarding gate info, Luggage was damaged, and I was charged a large premium with no added value. Delta sold me a 1st class flight because of their delays and overbooking their flights. This was because they could not fulfill the ticket I had. This was Delta's solution to their problem caused by them. I still have no idea why the flights were delayed. On top of all this, I overheard a walk-on pilot ask if there was room for him to catch a lift home. The flight attendant responded with "absolutely this flight is not full at all, you can sit right here". Wait I had to pay 200 bucks extra for an overbooked flight and you are having your Delta representatives say different. This was my first and last trip with Delta. I spent 1000 dollars for round trip ticket from Seattle to Spokane WA. No way is that OK or acceptable under any circumstances to treat your customers like this. The best part about all of this is, I have sent feedback and called customer service to talk to a manager to hear the blame put on back on me. Perception is reality Delta. Awful service, awful prices, awful care, awful communication, and awful value for the money."
Cons: "even though I paid for premium economy, the seating was still cramped shoulder to shoulder"
Pros: "I was upgraded to First at the gate. The crew was very professional and friendly. Food mini-minimal, but OK."
Cons: "On this A320 craft, old style, the First class seats are a joke. I had seat 2B. The pitch is apparently less than in the Comfort+ rows. The passengers in 1A and 1B started reclining even before departure, and during the whole flight. For me and my neighbor, with that seat on our chest, it was impossible to reach down to the seat-back pocket, not to mention to the bag stowed under the seat in front. To get out of the seat, I almost could not get my legs through the 5-in. interval between the back of the front seat and the irremovable armrest. I shook the passenger sleeping in 1B rather violently a couple times. The lady in seat 2B apologized, but she had to climb and put her feet on my seat to get out of hers, there was really no other way. Delta needs to address this ridiculous situation of their First Class seats urgently."
